So the student doesn't mind if he harasses someone on the street, but he doesn't want to be harassed so he blocks his face out. What a dipshit.
He was questioning a representative of the public, or at least attempted to. So that's harassment now? Geez-oh.

There's a time and a place for press conferences and interviews. Beyond that, I think there should be open season on paparazzi who refuse to give public figures that private time (yes, I know the young dude called himself a student but he acts like a paparazzi so he is one).
