You don't know what she did during the protest or what people around her did. They really could have caused damage to property and other people who were not involved in the protest.

Her actions and attitudes and the actions and attitudes of those involved and around them, could incite/cause herself or others to cause damage to property or peoples around them, it's very simple.

Why does it have to be a 'Big Brother Bothered Me At My Home' issue? First of all, they didn't break down the door and smoke the house. Secondly, they are merely asking if she saw/knows of any damage being done by anyone. How 'sinister' is that? Answer: It's not. It's probably more to protect the owners of land/shops around where they were protesting...

I have been late for work and inconvenienced because of protests going on in the past. They should crack down more on you protesters imo
