It fits... it makes sense... but why the two IDs on separate threads?

I know that about the id and the proxy.... but if this is the same OP as the other thread, he is claiming to be from France (and consistently using a French proxy on that thread) and here he is consistently appearing to be someone else altogether.

I just want to know if anyone has established if this is the same OP, or two different people altogether... If it is two different people, they are posting about pretty much the same information, but with different clues on each thread.

"...Bay St. Louis city leaders say they believe the first significant landfall of oil or an oil like substance has hit Hancock County's Shoreline. First a large track of an greenish-brown mousse like substance was discovered in the water around the Bay Bridge then hours later what appeared to be oil mixed with water was found on the shoreline in front of Hancock Bank. What looks like oil mixed with water rolled ashore with the waves.

"This isn't a natural substance that we're looking at because I've lived here for 56 years and I've not seen anything like this on our shorelines in my lifetime." said Bay St. Louis Mayor Les Fillingame. In the midst of the oily substance a Redfish is still alive but looks to be fighting for its life. It's a sight city leaders find extremely unnerving, said the mayor. "I'm beyond infuriation because there is no reason for this because there's been plenty enough time to do the things we needed to do to protect the Bay of St. Louis."

A few hours earlier there was a view around the Bay St. Louis Bridge witch included a heavy concentration of a greenish brown mousse like substance. "There's just a lot of it and we've been seeing some of this on the beaches but not in this quantity." According to Hancock county EOC director Brian Adam.

"Every indication of what we have right now it's algae but we don't know that for a fact at this point ." City Council woman Wendy McDonald got a close up look at the stuff from a boat. "I road from the Wolf River to Henderson Point and there's just ribbons of it coming about every ten feet and there's another ribbon that's mainly tracking between the middle part of the bridge. It was pretty alarming." She and others say what was even more alarming was the booms deployed in the Bay did little to contain the substance.

"Whether or not this proves out to be oil or just a tremendous algae bloom the boom is not keeping it at Bay at all so it's moving beyond the boom very quickly and it's infiltrated the entire Bay Of St. Louis." said Fillingame. Early samples of the stuff did not appear to be oil. Ward 2 Council woman McDonald has this question. "Is this the precursor to anything or is this just an anomaly." McDonald said. "There is a lot of information we'd like to know right away." The Department of Environmental Quality took samples of the material and will have it tested. Fillingame wants answers, "We're very concerned what it is where it came from the fact that nobody saw it coming and nobody knew that it was approaching the bay and we had no for warning." City leaders say it's been taking anywhere from 4 to 6 days to test suspected oil substances found on the coast-line. But they say they will demand speedier test results or they will have independent tests conducted.

Suppose they nuke the well. That will cause shock waves to go through the seabed. What happens if those shock waves cause lots of methane clathrates to be disturbed, and turn into methane gas? Suddenly a few squillion gallons of methane would pop up in the gulf, followed by massive methane explosions and burning.

MAYBE NUKING IS NOT THE BEST IDEA.

Assume the nuke would be placed at least a 1,000 feet down a relief well shaft, also 5,000+ feet underwater. That assumption would put the nuke at a depth of 6,000 feet down, well over a mile down. In itself this would be a fully unprecendented nuclear weapons test. Not at all like the Russia use on land of a nuke to seal off a blown out out of control well. How big would such a nuke have to be to even bee effective at stopping the well blow out is completely unknown.

Use the wrong size of nuke and the GoM beaches may have more in common with the beaches of the Bikini Atolls than just the swim suit by that name.

Just a small taste of Project Rulison. Notice how an energy company, Noble Energy, was involved in this project. Notice how the DOE was/is also involved in this project. This took place in Colorado.

The Rulison cavity is located 8,425 feet below the surface and is 140 feet wide and 270 feet high. So, the cavity extends to 70 feet out in all horizontal directions from the imaginary vertical line of the ground-zero. If you consider that Colorado geology professor Geoffrey Thyne (who worked for Garfield County in 2008) believes Rulison's radioactive gas could have migrated as far as 1,750 feet at the time of the blast, then we can extend the 'danger zone' to 1,820 feet. If Noble Energy decides in the future - which is to be expected - to apply for a permit to drill at the 1/2 mile radius, which equates to roughly 2,700 feet (over 1/2 mile) from the ground-zero, then they could be drilling less than 1,000 feet from the 'danger zone.' Noble Energy plans to utilize fracking and slant drilling. Garfield County Commissioner John Martin has said that the 'reach' of fracking "goes from 1,300 to 1,500 feet." So, with or without the slant drilling, Noble Energy, if it drills anywhere near the 1/2 mile radius, could hit radioactive gas. Even if Noble tries to drill straight down, it might miss by a few hundred feet: High Country News noted in a 2005 article a study (by a large Oklahoma gas exploration company) that found 'some of the company’s gas wells missed their target by 300 to 400 feet.'

The BLM's approved Master Plan (Environmental Assessment) notes that Noble Energy will be the only entity that will do 100% monitoring of its own samples for tritium for the proposed drilling. There will be no independent analysis and (if you consider DOE to be 'objective') it may end up that just one Noble well out of 79 will be monitored by the DOE. The BLM Master Plan notes that "some or all" of Noble's wells may be included in the long-term DOE sampling program, but realistically the BLM has formally requested monitoring for "at least one of the Noble’s wells..." Noble's plan doesn't call for sampling of solid radionuclides, like Strontium-90, or all the other radioactive vapors such as argon-39 gas, carbon-14 gas, krypton-85 gas, and tritiated water vapor. All of these could contaminate drilling equipment, the workers and float into the aboveground air where it will descend and/or precipitate onto the ground. How will Coloradans know when radioactive gas is (again) spewing from Rulison into their communities? They probably won't. Are there tritium-gas samplers downwind? How will Noble Energy customers know if their natural gas contains radioactive traces of strontium-90 or radioactive argon gas? They might never!

Hi Karu, their 60 day hurricane window began on the 20th of June. If they were going to nuke it I assume it would be before the 20th of August but new sources now say between October and November. Odessa is interfering with their plans and has taken possession of Omega. Russia provided the US Navy and other countries with a new technology to combat the worst. Russia gave the US Navy the system on the 20th of June during their joint exercises. Russia gave them a 101 day deadline to fit it to their subs and use it or else they will nuke it.You will notice all the major countries have all launched and re-fitted their subs in the past three months.
