I think we are close to agreeing. Dry words typed out are easily misunderstood due to perspective and point of view.

The first ammendment places an expressed limitation on the federal government that prohibits congress from enacting any law for the purposes of advancing or hindering religion. You could call that a "separation of church and state". There is however, no separation of church and state as it pertains to people practicing their beliefs freely even in public service like a politician saying a prayer by themselves or even calling for or leading one in public.

The first ammendment does not prevent school children from praying over their lunch. It doesn't legally stop coaches from praying for a safe game over the schools PA system. Those situations have nothing to do with the federal government and certainly don't amount to national law. It does not even prevent federal politicians from doing the same. It only prevents laws from being enacted for or against religion by congress.

we have islamic laws and those are governed by civil courts.Not sharia courts.I think ,this is fake news.sharia courts cant be established in country with constitution.You will have to rewrite your constitution to do this.
