Anybody else wakeup at 3:23am everynight???

Teebo the same has been happening to me for a while. It creeps me out. I would like to know if u found out anything about this other than the replies you got here. Please let me know

i wake up at that time every morning too.

its the "witch hour/devils hour" where the evil spirits are most active, the energy wakes you up and you feel scared/nervous.

I dont usually wake up at night, but when i do i always wake up completely wide awake,sometimes heart racing. Its always quiet, and the Time on the clock is always 2:14 switching to 2:15. Usaully once or twice a month. Its always creepy feeling too.

I wake up at 2:13, 3:13, 4:13, 5:13 and then I get up and go to work.

This may sound crazy, but I have awakened at times between 2:00-4:30 am from a sound sleep. Almost every time I was having really strange dreams and the red (message) light on the TV cable box is lit.

Since the mandatory conversion to all digital cable box broadcast I have been suffering from tinnitus. Had MRI, EEG, hearing tests, nothing found abnormal.

RF hearing is something that has been studied and I've read lots of info on it. Here's a link for a pdf about auditory effects of RF hearing. It's 12 pages and might be too boring to read the whole thing for someone not dealing with tinnitus. If that's you, skip to page 8 and start at Significance of RF hearing to the end on page 10.

I live less than 1/2 mile of a massive cell tower and they're being put up all over the place. I'm almost certain that my tinnitus problem started after the cable TV switch.

Sorry if it seems I veered off topic, but my point is that I think all these towers and antennas could be disturbing your sleep. Perhaps a strong RF pulse is put out in the middle of the night in that time frame.

around 3:30 here I have been waking up. I don't think anything about it anymore. It is hard to go back to bed too.

every night around 3am...started for the past year...

pissed me off at first...
but now i am used to it...

open eyes, think to myself "must be 3am"
look at the clock, sure enough, 3am...


"ok go back to sleep everything is normal"

I kinda of enjoy it now, seems to be a wakeup call...HMMM...
THAT MAKES SENSE NOW...

for the past 3 months been waking at 3:23am sleep only comes at about 12 or so ,i try and sleep earlier but my mind won't switch of
there are days in waking up ..i obtain nose bleeds in 60% of these past few months
constant headaches and body pains mostly in my neck

I don't wake up at the time, but I see it ALL THE TIME. This might sound a bit strange, but were you adopted?

I woke up at 3:23 am about 4 times now. Its really strange that I had to Google it up and found this thread.

I get knocks upon my wall around this time most nights. I live in seclusion no neighbors.

Must be nice to mooch off the system.

Hmm - I know of pastors that have woken themselves up at that time on purpose to pray for the healing of others. I have been waking up around 3:30am for the past couple of weeks but have not checked the exact time - I will now!

Same here in that we have a cell tower less than half mile. We got rid of the cable boxes and went back to cable ready. Do you have dental work? I have fillings, plenty of them and I'm sure that it's part of it.

I do, just started about 2-3 mths ago. Like an internal alarm clock. Didn't think much of it at first. But, then I thought it was strange I was doing it. Like I'm being woke up for something.

I should really look at the time when I get up to take a piss.

what happens when they change the time by one hour? Does the time when you wake up change?
