I bet they feel poisoned and nauseous. They are literally feeling the irreversible chemical-damage on there system and showing this torture in their behavior. This sorta stuff is the type of doom that truly sucks. I'd rather have an asteroid...an earthquake...tornadoes...or something more natural... But this shit sucks beyond words. |

The picture of the huge old gentleman turtle dead on the beach, the oiled pelican, and now this. These are images that I will forever remember. What has man done??? Mark 13:20 And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect's sake, whom he hath chosen, he hath shortened the days. “Things fall apart; the center cannot hold.” Yeats |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 978506 United States 06/21/2010 07:53 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I believe it's oxygen depletion that is making them act "drunken". Imagine all of these compunds (Oil, Dispersant, Methane and whatever else) is causing the oxygen levels too drop fast. Also the Salinity of the saltwater must be messed up as well. Also when the reef structures die off they release massive amounts of poison. Living reef creatures in a mass death can be highly toxic. |

Before that though we get to live in the wasteland just like fallout 3. Got your pipboy? |

Quoting: PinchesStupid dolphins...aren't swimming to the pacific... "And though I believe in the ineffable glory of God, and though I might have experienced the undeniable reality of the Deity, and though I may know the secrets of the ages, these do not fulfill the Love in my heart. But to Change and Be and Do and dissolve both the subject of my person and the object of my God into the fluency of Empirical Providence. The Way, the Truth, and the Life." |
