I noticed that the test repeated certain questions...

Will I get extra credit for that?

that's pretty typical in psych tests, I suppose it's meant to "catch" you in a lie or something

Mmm that's a problem with regular folk.. For the majority, aspies are "losers" with "no lives", or retards, or just outright strange people that no one wants to interact with, for the most part..

That's just the way it is, some things will never change.

I think having a low number just means you are very self confident in most social situations.

Many personality disorders could affect these results, thus it is not clinically definitive for this syndrome.

My score is 13. I'm just glad it wasn't an 11 (I keep seeing 11's lately!)

I tested my husband about six months ago and he got 32, but I know after being with him over twenty years that he has learned new ways of dealing with people and situations so I would say he would be over 40! We have three boys and the eldest is definetely like him. The middle one is like me and the third is a combo (train obsessed but self confident)!

Which is interesting, as I have never been diagnosed, but both my children are high functioning autistics.

It seems that the number would change "somewhat" pending on your circumstance and where you are in life. In other words, some folks may be very outgoing or very withdrawn due to circumstance and experience and may start at one end and then change completely just do to their social experiences and could change again due to just being depressed or achieving something.
