I live in the desert in Arizona where the tempature in the summer is over a hundred (sometimes 115 and up). Our electric company SRP already has price hikes every 6 months. We just had a 6% hike in May...despite the economy.

I'm already swealtering trying to save money in the daytime.
We cannot live without Air Conditioning here. The people here cannot afford this tax hike. We already are paying out the ass, and our employers make us work in hotter then hell conditions as it is.
