TENNESSEE FARMs HAS ACRES OF DEAD AND DYING CROPS.... SAY 'NEVER' HAPPENED BEFORE... SAY 'IS NOT' BUGS OR DISEASE... BP/COREXIT KI

I am actually seeing this on some of my plants now in California. I will upload some pics tomorrow after school. It killed one of my baby tea roses, and is going after my grapes, and yes, it is exactly those white spots and then holes. this may not be BP. This may be worse, like a biological plant disease that is spreading fast.

We had a really hard rain this morning and my plants/flowers/leaves are worse than before. A lot of my leaves are turning BROWN AND YELLOW and are falling off the trees as if it were October. My plum tree is about dead. I am seeing brownish red spots on leaves, or holes all the way through them. The rain is making it worse. I am so concerned about it and have never seen anything like this before. If anybody hears about a possible cause or sees anything similar in their areas, please post.
