i myself am of the opinion the beck and aj are both real, i do know beck picked up on the sound bite when obama said that the internet has to much information. ultimately only time (and legislation) will expose the real rat, but i doubt there is one. a house divided against itself cannot stand. if anything it was more like aj had penis envy with beck. and the big man who owns fox wouldnt have beck in the time slot that beck has if he didnt feel the same.

my only ultimate problem is beck is biased. he is looking from the view point of the capitalist and i understand where he is coming from, i for one dont want to kill the goose that lays golden eggs but on the other hand i do tend to be one of the peons who ends up working for someone, and as such i do believe there should be a happy medium where i earn a living wage and can afford to do things like oh i dont know, go to a doctor maybe? so i see things from my point of view as well.

unfortunately, if we dont watch it, beck will be the mouth piece for the elite capitalist(like he isnt already), and its end is called class warfare (haves against have nots), and we are further unfortunate that both big bussiness and labor are being pitted against one another by politicians, politicians who dont let a great tragedy go to waste. but dont worry, the ends justify the means...............

Lot of shills making posts on this thread. I find Glen's research to be fantastic. His whole Crime Inc. is very informative, and he has the balls to take on George Soros...who pretty much owns our WH.

I saw him admit he was wrong on this. Am I blind? He has said several times that there were two things that he was wrong on. Then he says about above two things.

But, jess, what about all the other things...

He has facts, not just bullshit. I admit, I am a true hard core into what he talks about. I am a history major and I have picked up a shit load of books he recommends.

If he was crap, he would have been kicked off a long time ago. He is hitting the real secrets and the real movers. He is exposing the darkness that happens in this country.

I am not a huge fan of AJ. However, he is completely against all the corruption from TPTB and our political critters and isnt afraid to call out anybody.

Glen Beck would love you, OP. He sucks the life out of people who would ask such a question as, "Should we not listen to him?" and replaces it with sound bytes just ready for you to repeat in your daily life, and ultimately into your subconscious.

You came here for people's opinions, and mine is that he's put in front of a camera for a reason. Authenticity is not one of them.

It's okay to use your own intuition and reasoning skills. Fire up those brain cells and form some original opinions.

He is good with history, he is not a republican, he makes money good for him. I don't care about his religion. I care about the mess that is happening in this country. He has good

If I was Glen Beck I would say Obama wasn't born in this country, not without hard facts.

So, on the whole it seems we are pretty evenly split. I have to say, I don't think the arguments against Beck presented in this thread were very compelling. As the guy above says, he is an entertainer ... well, obviously, since he is on the TV. The question was is he giving real INFORMATION.

I think Beck gives real information. His expose of the Cloward-Piven strategy was real information. But his show is a mixture of information and opinion. Look who owns Fox. Think about how many people are influencing him and who they might be. These guys sit around all day working the angles on how to portray everything. Beck is part of the team.

Remember when Limbaugh started having dinner with higher-ups in the Bush administration? They blew smoke so far up his ass and it was painfully obvious. These guys are influencers, but someone unseen is using them.

It is all about pushing peoples buttons. We are like rats, trained to eat the cheese and/or salivate at the sound of a bell. Glen Beck pushes your button; Oberman someone else's.

Beck (and Rush) uses typical sales techniques. Start off with a premise that is true, then twist it around to a conclusion which he, himself, has manipulated.

i used to listen to Glenn Beck...i enjoyed his doomsday scenarios...

but when he started telling the 911 truth people that they were stupid and that the Obama 'birthers' were liars...

then i started 'listening between the lines'...and i find all kinds of inconsistancies with his position....why is that?
