I special ordered my backpack from Europe. It's 100% waterproof down to 20 meters. I'll start a thread soon about most of my special bug out gear. All in all, it looks like a good bag on the surface, but I'll give you more info in a minute.

Price is the best part about that deal, especially if you can talk it under $200 (and the backpack is still in good condition). Usually that pack goes for $300-$400.
