Know why?
What do you do to purify water? YOU MAKE IT EVAPORATE....
What is clouds and rain? EVAPORATED WATER.
OIL DOESN'T EVAPORATE UNTIL IT IS BOILED OR BURNED. THIS IS NOT WHAT IS HAPPENING IN THE GULF.
AND EVEN IF IT WAS, IT WOULD JUST CAUSE NORMAL ACID RAINS.
THIS IS UTTER SHIT.
