I'm not followed around by aliens and I'm not so sure I've ever been followed by car, but I have had a helicopter damn near land in my backyard, my neighbors are definitely not merely neighbors, my phone is definitely tapped, and my house was most definitely entered while I was not home as my "indication" was altered.

BUT since all that happened about oh say 2 years ago they seem to be perfectly content just monitoring me via whatever all the means were they set-up when they entered my home and tapped my phone, plus whatever they hope to gain by pretending to be my neighbors (not even sure if its all the same alphabet soup ageny involved across the board - could be several).

I'm sure they're pretty bored with me by now, but hey whatever floats their boat.
