Being calm and rational and complying with the officer once he said he had 'probable cause' would have been much more intelligent. He would not have been tased, he would not have had 11 stitches put in his head, and he would not have had to spend a night in jail. He would also not be facing felony charges right now.

It has little to do with with him either having something, or not having something, in his car. It has everything to do with him not complying when he was placed under arrest.

We have courts and attorneys for a reason. It's much more sensible to be calm and compliant in front of the officer and making him get his just-desserts afterwards.


I understand, sorry, bad call... I only read half of your previous comment, then rushed into that reply. I have the utmost respect for Benjamin Franklin, guess it caught me off guard.
