Breezy I still dont see China as the bad guy in this. Maybe be in house fighting between TPTWB. I read it as China telling US PTWA to back off.

So am I reading Aco's note correctly?

N/S Korean incident is a diversion, and will escalate to a level where again, many of the World's subs will congregate in one specific area.

The area bounded by Japan, China, Russia and the Koreas?

As for Osettia, it is the land mass between the Caspian sea and the Black sea. The latter providing access to the Mediteranian. (and Suez canal)

We're still talking about Augie(s) aren't we?
QUOTING BHD

Yep, guessing that the Mediterranean is down, waiting for the count to start.

I don't understand the 'emperical' calibrator. Does this mean that a third-generation calibrator has been developed, just hoping for the best since nothing else is working?

Apparently empirical calibrators are for land use, whilst initial calibrators are sea useage?

3x refers to strength I guess.

This is the real shit here.... we dont know what a fricken calibrator is, other than a loose suggestion that it can keep Augie/synthia/corexit monsters at bay. Does it do that? or is it a monitoring device?

What difference between land and sea?

I was sent this ages ago by someone I thought I knew, but it turned out to be from a random... If you sent it to me, could you own up?

It was in relation to the missile launch, and suggestions of a Chinese sub out there.

Its the only other info I have in relation to how/why calibrators could be different on sea and land. Sea Salt.

FOLLOW THE PING ALL THE WAY BACK TO MING!
THANKYOU FOR YOUR CO-OPERATION SARDINES.
NOT A TING YOU COULD HAVE DONE TO STOP IT.
WRAP THE SALTY SEA ROUND YA LIKE A BLANKET,
AND YOU'RE SAFE FROM THE ‘WAVES’, BUT IF YOU
COME OUT TO TAKE A PEEK, YOU'RE JUST LETTIN'
IN THE FREAK, AND MING'S NEW FRIENDS WILL
MAKE YOU SEE WHO'S REALLY RUNNIN’ THE SHOW.

Keep this for your own work sunshine.
Don’t go global on me.
Get them thoughts in alignment!

I have sent countless emails back, and nothing returned, so I am happy within myself to post it.

Have not heard from this person since. Reason I put it up is that it states the 'sea' could be a means of protection from 'waves' - which I am taking to mean frequencies. Ties back in to Aco's posts about Subs being used for future battles.

So maybe a clue in there regards calibrators? Be good to understand what 1 x, 2 x, and 3 x actually refers to. Power output?, number of antennae?, octaves?, Hz, GHz etc?

Maybe all you uiet buggers just watching could help out a bit so we're not just chasing our tails or wasting time barking up the wrong trees... A primer is needed.

Not much of a "primer" here but wondering about Ming's new friends - synthia? or another country?

Re: Something Just Went BEZERK in the Gulf of Mexico. The US Navy just sunk a French Submarine
I just made a very important connection between my academic training and what has happened at GLP recently. My background is in risk assessment, including the development of classification schemes based on various psychological and behavioral dimensions. In the course of my work I have evaluated about two dozen risk assessment schemes for criminal behavior of multiple types, and conducted or participated in numerous qualitative and quantitative risk assessment research projects.

What follows is what I think is happening at GLP. It is merely a theory based on my education, training and work experience. First the technical version, then I'll try to connect the dots.

To develop a risk assessment "instrument" one must identify underlying dimensions of behavior and outcomes associated with them. Then you figure out how to measure the dimensions and what data are needed. Often one is unable to get enough information for a particular data point so they gather what is referred to as "proxies" - or data that reasonably represent the concept you want to measure. One that comes to mind is an instrument that wanted to get at the ability to develop relationships. So the question asked whether they had lived with someone in a committed relationship for at least two years. Well, for various reasons this was a failure as a proxy for the ability to connect with others and the item was dropped in revisions. Just want you to be aware of the potential for limitations by using proxy measures.

So once you have your dimensions, you have to gather a data pool to validate your assessment scheme, the bigger the better. Every time you break your sample into smaller groups, you need to maintain a certain number of participants so that your statistical results are reliable, and robust under further testing. Each sample can be broken into an infinite number of subsamples based on whatever characteristics are most important to the researchers. Therefore, you need a really BIG sample if you want to end up with at least 500 in your smallest subsample (for example, women who become sex offenders - very rare so you need thousands to get enough to study that one small phenomenon).

What if GLP has been using the last several years of posts to develop a data pool to be used in that type of research design? What if they developed the profile and applied it each time they've gone down recently? It would explain the erratic banning-unbanning where people find themselves caught up for whatever reasons we cannot identify from our perspective. What if they are letting some people back in on purpose to test their behavior? To see who they can bring back into the fold and who will follow them to other sites?

This type of database is perfect for a merger of qualitative research software analyzing language to identify patterns, and an algorithm used in risk assessment, among other applications, that identifies risk based on how you score next to your "nearest neighbor". It was developed in nuclear engineering to identify various risks using feedback from multiple systems by looking for patterns that cluster around certain outcomes (usually a yes/no). I have had lengthy discussions with the guy that adapted it for risk assessment. I even read his dissertation. The algorithms are proprietary so I have not seen them. Even if I did, I'm not a theoretical statistician so it would make little sense to me, but the underlying theory does. It is perfect for use once you can translate the qualitative information (i.e. posts) into hard data points that can then be run in statistical equations predicting likely outcomes based on known behavior of others (e.g. they compare your profile with one who has the particular outcome they are looking for).

It is possible that they are trying out violence risk assessment by changing the site to keep the particular posters they did, and splinter the rest to other forums, where they are possibly keeping an eye on them (at least those with IPs that are constant and/or kept the same name). They want to see what type of attitude, either acting on or discussing in a forum, can predict who is going to have a particular outcome. They've bet the horse on one pool of potential outcomes by keeping a certain profile of posters (i.e. subsample), but other types of forums will have other types of outcomes because certain profiles have been drawn to them. They could the IP visits of all posters who have left and not come back through ISPs (rather than the site hosts, I do not imply that any sites are sharing data with GLP. I have no idea and this is just a theory anyway).

Now that GLP has their research pool and have isolated their discussion to each other on the board and not directly, they have better control over the influences on their subjects. Better explanation of the outcomes by controlling exposure of the subjects to anything else that may influence the outcome, including other poster profiles by prohibiting unmonitored communication. That is why they do not want many posters back, we fit some profile other than what they are interested in. But someone else is likely interested in those profiles because if the theory holds, many were developed. More than you can imagine. Someone is likely tracking the other, non-GLP profiles.

That's why they had so many threads on GLP asking about age, gun ownership, relationships, etc. They can directly learn or impute characteristics of each type of poster. Once they have enough data in the database, they identified a profile they wanted to keep. That's why they went down so much, they are working the filter/bans based on the profile. They probably also want to see the reactions of people who go back, and have been correlating IPs with ae to cross reference postings/personality types.

Sorry, I got a bit ranty there. It goes much deeper than I can explain in something this short, yes short.

They've profiled us, filtered us through bans, and are at the very least watching the outcomes of their own posters and manipulating the environment to either achieve an outcome or at the very least monitor what comes of their predictions.

do not ask me how i know this, all i'm prepared to say is that this info comes from the highest order

the european (and subsequently global) economic domino effect of destruction is planned to begin in february 2011

there is a 20% chance it will not go down like that but that depends if 'Leonidas and the 300' can hold on to the Thermopylae a little while longer while the rest of you prepare

So we have Chin aliance - China, Japan, Egypt, Venesuela who else was it?

Odessa - still Russia, US, France, UK, Israel, Germany..

So with Odessa safe harbour expiration, who goes to what port?
QUOTING BHD

BHD, we've discussed the "alliance" issue on this thread much earlier and I haven't read anything new to support your suggested alliances.

imo,

China alliance includes UK, Nords, and Austraila. Venezuela is irrelevant.

Odessa = Russia, US, France, Germany, South Africa, and Japan.

None of the mid-East countries, including Egypt and Israel would be a part of either alliance because, as we say, "They ain't got no dog in the fight."
QUOTING AC/SC

Hiya ACSC

There was a refrence of Egypt leaving Odessa in an Aco' note. Assuming there are only two factions, that means they are with the CHINs.

Early OP/Aco' post stated USNavy was on board with Odessa now.

I got it completely wrong about Israel being part of Odessa. That would not be the case, so they must be with the CHINs.

Venesuela IS important as China does many naval exercises with them, and planes involved in skirmishes flew from their bases. Their country and surrounding countries also have a great deal of ancient monolithic sites.

Interested in your theory of OZ and the Nords siding with the CHIN? the NORDS are currently on the nose with China diplomatically. And OZ?

Always keen to see other perspectives!
 Quoting: BadHairDay

Hi BHD and ACSC,
Tnx both for putting the things straight.

* About Egypt:

-OP ...Egypt has joined China. REPEAT. Egypt no longer part of ODESSA.

* But about Isreal ; OP told us that the israeli sub was hostile so that means it did not belonged to the ODESSA-fleet.
That doesnt mean they are WITH China, but they are defenately NOT with the Odessa!

-OP 12:48 PM Mistral just approved and issued hostile classification on new israeli submarine

-OP ... I remind you that the classification of the Israeli submarine is above DED. it is not an "ordinary" submarine. remember when it appeared a twilight alert was issued on strategic assets.

* This post indicates that there are 3 PARTIES >
ODESSA, CHINA, and ISLAMIC (Crescent Moon)??

-OP 1:53 PM we have a global "Cobalt is Blue" alert request from chinese submarine XTVR3241A
-OP 1:56 PM XTVR3241A is blocking entrance for Israeli Sampson class TT41

- OP ... Crescent Moon is a surface vessel. Another poster/link said it was the Islamic faction of the illuminati which is also correct. It fits and makes sense.

-OP 3:32 PM (pag 530) Mistral has issued Crescent Moon with a Hostile classification about 4 hours ago

This indicates that CUBA is NOT part of the Odessa-fleet:

-OP 3:02 AM Crescent Moon is in Cuban Waters. . (my Girlfriend says she thinks it is seeking safe harbor from Hunter Vessels(2))

* All in the Odessa-fleet:
Russia, US (partially and under conditions), Germany, Canada, UK, ... (Egypt was too but not any more)

-OP 2:06 PM A quick Overview on DED strategic assets past 30 minutes. 1 russian submarine, 3 US submarines, 1 german submarine, 1 canadian submarine, 1 British submarine all responding to our vector alert and converging on Israeli submarine one and new two. rim halt perimeter increased by 5 nautical miles for possible friendly fire complications

-OP 2:03 PM at my girlfriends Weekly Wednesday embassy meeting there was a topic discussed on the agenda which have direct bearing on our discussion. at the meeting a document delivered by A US Naval Attaché was discussed. The briefing heading said PPOG. basically it said that the US Navy has reactivated PPOG and that is why Missouri didn't follow the Paris protocol. The US Navy will still take action(coup) if massive and forced evacuations or martial law is called in and around the GOM theatre. They intend to block the white house. The army and marines are overstretched and far away to effectively counter a sudden full scale coup by the navy. The coast guard has confirmed that they will side with the navy. The Navy only expects limited compliance and even mutiny by the national guard when Obama gives the order for FORCED evacuations. Their main concern is the Us Air force. The problem is that some odessa members do not feel comfortable with the proposed new leadership of PPOG or its initiative. There is general mistrust. Everyone is worried.

Also Norway and The Netherlands, Japan

-OP 7:23 AM 7/24/2010 Good day, on Wednesday my girlfriend told me that 14 European nations with russia china india and japan approved the Odessa Protocols at the embassy meeting. This morning the DED shows the change in DED signatures and that there are already 7 new vessels from the Odessa Fleet near the rim. 3 of the odessa fleet vessels are russian, 1 from germany and one from norway, 2 are from a salvage company registered in the netherlands and are not navy.

-OP 3:11 PM One Odessa asset has broken Protocol and is on DED
-OP 3:17 PM It's a Norwegian surface vessel

So in first place China approved (to) the protocols, but seemingly never really joined the fleet (played dice). "Approval" does not mean automatically "participation". Lateron we learned that Japan was part of The Odessa fleet, giving the fleet safe harbour that China refused and now Japan returned on their descision and follows China, throwing the fleet out.

-OP 2:06 PM Missouri excepting protocol after GCP quarantine proved successful, transfer complete. US Navy onboard with Odessa.. ... Israeli submarine cornered with no escape. Sampson option disabled by rogue crew (US Navy Operatives onboard Israeli submarine giving Golgotha confirmation) Chinese assets not responding. But not regarded as hostile. standby

-OP 1:55 PM 8/17/2010 Good day, a summary about the new Israeli submarine.
They tried to enter a new cavity in a collapsed pipe but was stopped by a Chinese submarine. It tried to leave but was cornered by Odessa assets. A Norwegian vessel broke protocol to inform about the Israeli submarine surfacing close to its position. The Norwegian vessel did not take prisoners aboard as speculated in this thread. The so called "prisoners" were put on deck/topside of the submarine. A surface vessel with a US Flag but no further insignia approached the submarine. (two hours) The "prisoner's" were then transferred to the US ship. What seems to be a relief crew then boarded the Israeli submarine and it submerged about 40 minutes after boarding. It has since disappeared from DED. I Assume it has left the GOM theatre. The Sampson Device was disabled. We don't know what the Israeli submarine was trying to achieve. Speculations are ripe but now void. Our main concern now is with Crescent Moon and the Chinese factor.

-OP ... Japan received and opened their case only after the wall was deactivated. The RISING SUN has since withdrawn from ODESSA and is disregarding the Paris Codicil.

But this post ties JAPAN and the Crescent Moon togetter after Japan dropped out of the ODESSA and pledged loyal to China,
this is suggesting that the Islamic CM is not hostile to China.

-OP 11/2/2010 6:39 AM Good day, Crescent Moon has hit a mine. (first report was 40 minutes ago). This was not on DED
KremPP has just now (5 minutes ago) issued an awareness alert that conflict between KremPP and KremPM not resolved over Crescent Moon Status. Situation now Critical regarding RISING SUN attempt to send two vessels to assist Crescent Moon vessel.

-OP ... The latest update on Crescent Moon is that there are injuries but no loss of life aboard Crescent Moon. Also keep in mind that Crescent Moon was not in The Gulf of Mexico but in Japanese territorial waters when it hit a "Japanese Mine". Until we have further data the situation has been tentatively classified as a "Friendly Fire" incident.

The French are part of the O-fleet:

- OP ... Mistral also sent a condition update to all French assets in the area

South Africa is not:
But it is not sure to whom it belongs to, coz they can not engage or provoke it ...

-OP 7:52 AM 8/4/2010 ...
18 hours ago Manthatisi appeared on DED (This is very unexpected)
Reading Chatter between Mistral and other assets it seems they are all surprised by the sudden appearance of Manthatisi in the theatre. High command is still asking for proof positive identification that this is indeed the SAS Manthatisi and what power source is used. They don't understand how the batteries can last this long. (My girlfriend says it is strange that "they" could track the Missouri but the Manthatisi just suddenly appeared undetected until it was within 3 nautical miles from the rim) There was a crisis alert for about two hours when It was nearly attacked by a German submarine. 2us has informed Mistral that this submarine, whether or not its the Manthatisi, is definitely Also fitted with a Calibrator with 2x the range

-OP 3:05 PM Relay from Mistral. second Russian submarine says manthatisi still has special 101 clearance. do not engage Manthatisi, manthatisi must be protected and not attacked or provoked at all maritime costs. requesting separate vector channel for explanation.. .

Israel is not.

Argentina is not :

-OP 3:45 PM DED shows three new submarines, two are from Argentina navy
Somehow the submarines, except US and British, are coordinating with each other because they form a ring on around the rim.
-OP 4:02 PM Ok the British submarines look like they shadowing the Argentine submarines. The Em hatch is holding or it has been fixed because it has joined the the formation on the rim. They are waiting for something. I dont know if the cargo is on the GCP sub or on the Mistral

Venuzuela is not :

-OP 6:31 AM yes, venezuela , two hit

Is OZ part of the O-fleet? Would they have granted a mission to take place if they were NOT part ?

-OP ... Australian mission successful. Aborigine contact confirmed as positive

* Why did the Chinese had interrest in the Cuban 88 dead ??
What evidence did the Chinese got? What advantage did they get with that action ? Did this event played a big role in the spreding of those briefcases lateron?

-OP 1:56 AM 7/23/2010 Good day, I just want you to know that at 01:18 this morning paris time 2us reported that they Observed around 88 dead on an abandoned cuban registered surface vessel. (my girlfriend think most may be cuban refugees, but I'm not sure) 2us captain reported monitoring a chinese vessel giving "limited" assistance to a US surface vessel who was towing and evacuating the cuban vessel. the US surface Vessel was NOT from the US Coast Guard but they followed high level bio quarantine procedure (translation problem)

* Crescent Moon is serious issue:
So NOT belonging to the O-fleet.

-OP 2:29 AM 7/26/2010 Good day, my girlfriend just phoned from her office to tell me Crescent Moon is on DED (serious issue)
- ... 2us captain reported overnight that Crescent Moon was doing Z formations around inner rim. Mistral instructed 2us to shadow CM during the Z maneuvering.

ODESSA-fleet:
- Russia - France - UK - (part of) US - Norway - The Netherlands - OZ (?) - (part of) Israel

NOT Odessa-fleet:
- Cuba - China - Israel - South Africa - Argentina

former Odessa and now joined China:
- Japan - Egypt

PS: I will check Aco's posts also in a couple of hours, have to go now for a bit. Be back later ;)
