I think I'd put my bet on earth's magnetic field, but the question is: is it maintaining it in balance, or is it preventing it from returning into balance?

Yeah, possibly, but the thing that works against it is there are no historical records of days and nights lengthening or shortening (except for the catastrophe myths and legends). Even more so now, with our more sophisticated instruments, there's no indication that earth's rotation rate is changing. It's possible that perhaps it is slowing at the same rate as what scientists say the earth is experiencing, but that will take millions of years (if not billions), and I doubt the builders of the device planned it to last that long. A lot can go wrong in a million years.

Perhaps there's a more subtle effect.

Still don't have a clue WTF is supposed to occur!

Zuci, my theory is on Earth expansion, and its relation to harmonics within the planet as it expands. Rotation and hence centrifugal force causes expansion, and as the 'voids' are filled with oil, being an abiotic substance produced by Earth, it can keep on expanding to the point where crust is no longer a part of the system. ( a very long time from now!)

So even a small slow down will cause the expansion to be slowed, and keep us and Her within a particular frequency range and harmonic. Anchoring us in a particular plane.

been watching an old one by Bob Dean where he makes mention of Lake Vostok .... done a bit of research on that and thought it was interesting

the remarks went something like this -- and these are actual quotes: Jesus Christ, it’s a god-damn boat! Christ! It’s a big boat!
OK. One would say: Why would something like that be so highly classified that it is way above top secret? Why would the discovery of a boat on Mount Ararat be classified so far above, you know... anything?

Anyhow, the story comes out. The reason they classified it is because, after they discovered that it is a god-damn boat, a big god-damn boat, they inserted a team of SEALs on the site. That’s a term that the military uses to put a bunch of guys on a scene.
KC: Right.
BD: Apparently they dropped them by aircraft. They parachuted down, a dozen of them or so. They inserted them onto the scene and these guys spent several days in this god-damn boat. And then they extracted them by helicopters.
And when they extracted them, the guys brought with them some “anomalous artifacts” which have never been described or named. But those anomalous artifacts is what led to this whole thing being classified not only Top Secret, but the way the hell above.

BD: You know, they have classified Lake Vostok. They took it away from JPL who was monitoring it and, you know, with satellites and all... Are you familiar with Lake Vostok in Antarctica?
KC: No.
BD: Oh, God, that’s a sensitive story in itself!
Under the ice in Antarctica there is a fresh-water lake deep, deep down under the ice, that’s 100 miles long and 50 miles wide. Fresh water. The temperature in the damn lake is about 65 degrees, which is pleasant swimming, you might say.

But at the end of Lake Vostok is what’s known as a gigantic masscon -- a mass concentration of metal, very similar to the masscons they discovered on the Moon -- a gigantic, circular-shaped, metallic object deep under the ice at the end of Lake Vostok.
Highly classified. JPL had it. The National Security Agency took it away from JPL. It’s one of the most sensitive things in the world now, as to what is the anomaly at the end of the lake -- the mass con -- the mass concentration that is so easily picked up by satellite? Another top secret, you know?

KC: Well, tell me this: Do the Chinese know it?
BD: Oh, I’m sure they do. As you may know, the Chinese now have gone into space in a big way. It never gets into the newspaper, but the last I heard, the Chinese have a satellite orbiting the Moon, taking lots of pictures.

But the big secret seems to have been for so long, is: Why are we keeping classified the enormous facilities on the Moon? And they’re not ours.
KC: Whose are they?
BD: Well, that’s a good question. I can tell you flatly who they are.
KC: OK.
BD: Are you familiar with the term Anunnaki?

There are four different groups that I’ve encountered, and they are all humanoid. One group is completely human. And not all of the Anunnaki are nine feet tall. They were human enough that we are related to them, and they’re related to us.
And that lovely little story in Chapter Six of Genesis is quite true. They did, indeed, engineer the genes and chromosomes of an existing species on this planet... God knows how long ago. Sitchin says it was 200,000 years.

BD: There is an intelligence on Mars that wants to limit our access to their reality. And they’ve done a damn pretty good job of it.

BD: I have a half-penny in my pocket... I don’t believe that we’re going to have a nuclear war because I don’t think the custodians will allow it. The planet is too valuable. It’s too rich a reservoir of life. Not only the humans that are here on this planet, but all the other creatures. This planet is an absolute cornucopia of beautiful, beautiful forms of life. And, not only that, but the... What is it? The fauna and the... what’s the other term?
KC: The flora?
BD: The flora! The flora is infinite, almost. No, the planet’s too valuable.

KC: OK.
BD: They’ve got a lot invested in planet Earth and they’re not about to let it go to a nuclear war, because they have the power to see that it does not happen.

KC: OK, but what about Planet X?
BD: Oh, it’s a reality.
KC: Yes?

BD: Because Jack Parsons established it. Anyhow, they sent out a couple of Pioneers – satellites -- back in ’82, just to try to determine if there was some truth to it. And the Pioneers apparently came back with data which said not only Yes, but Hell, Yes! And the Pioneers concluded... the Pioneer satellite data concluded.
So, wow! Astronomers were troubled by that. Whew! Could this thing be real? Well, and what did they do? They sent out what they call an infrared astronomical satellite. I think they called it IRAS. And this was done in ’83. They sent the IRAS out, taking infrared pictures all around the ecliptic, above and below.
And apparently IRAS got two giant, positive responses that yes, the twelfth planet, the tenth planet, however you want to call it... yes, it’s real. And that’s when the lid slammed down.
KC: So it’s out there. It’s on its way back in, right?
BD: According to the Sumerians and Sitchin, apparently it is. And if you are a student of history as I -- one of my majors -- its last pass was 1600 BC. The Sumerians, and Sitchin, and all of those say it has an orbit of 3600 years.
KC: Mm hm.
BD: Listen [sighs]... Every time Nibiru would make a pass, it was not always devastating. It would depend on whether the planet Earth and Nibiru were on the same side of the Sun at the same time. And if we were on the same side of the Sun at the same time, all hell would break loose on planet Earth.
Well, apparently the last pass triggered the explosion of Santorini. Thera, the volcano in the Mediterranean, the Aegean Sea, blew its top, brought to a close the great, great Minoan civilization, among other things.
It affected Egypt. It’s all in the records, apparently. There are even historians and theologians who say that Santorini’s explosion is exactly what you’re reading about when the plagues and all hit Egypt, and allowed Moses to get the Israelites out.
But if you look at 1600 BC and figure... and that was the relatively recent past. It’s due now, and apparently the guys in the astronomical observatories know it. And that, again, is Above Top Secret.
Let me give you a tiny example: A number of years ago, there were two brilliant guys working at the Naval Observatory in Washington. Tom Van Flandern is one, who I hope you’ve interviewed.
KC: No, but please continue. We’d love to do that.
BD: He’s no longer with the Naval Observatory. The other one was the Chief Astronomer at the Observatory, a brilliant man by the name of Robert Harrington.
KC: Right.

BD: And Harrington gave an interview to Zecharia Sitchin a number of years ago, I think it was ’91 or so, where he came right out and said:
Dr. Sitchin, we are interested in this because it ties in perfectly with the work you’ve done on the Sumerians and the ancient planet Nibiru. He said: We’ve found it. It’s real. We have photographs of it. And, he says, from what we can put together, it’s a rather nice planet.
It’s about two and a half times the size of the Earth. Apparently it’s heading toward the system, the center of the system. We’ve concluded about everything about it, except that we haven’t named it.
And Zecharia spoke up and he said: It’s already been named. He said: You simply call it Nibiru, as the Sumerians called it... The Planet of the Crossing.
BR: Do you know anything about the original Martian species? Or, have you ever...
BD: Other than... The only thing... I’ve talked to a couple of remote viewers who’ve apparently been able to come face-to-face with them, so to speak, and they ended up looking a lot like American Indians.

are they saying anything specific about what’s happening in 2012? Because I’m not so sure about Zecharia’s conclusion.
BD: He said 2060, but apparently it could be before that. The Department of Defense is quite concerned about it. There are entire sections of the Defense Department that are working on that subject, particularly.
The big question is: Are we and it going to be on the same side of the sun at the same time? And some of our remote viewers have concluded, yes, it’s going to happen this time; that we and it will be on the same side of the sun at the same time.

KC: So what are they so afraid of, number one? And, number two, have you heard the theory that basically what has to happen is, a protective shield is going to be put around the Earth such that this time it’s actually not going to have the impact that it has in the past?
BD: I’ve heard that rumor in passing, and the technology exists to do that. What I have a suspicion is that much of what will transpire will be allowed to transpire. The Earth is not going to be destroyed, and the human race is not going to come to an end. But it is going to be a difficult period of time when it begins. And let me tell you, it has already begun.
The reaction from the sun is a clear response to the presence of this other body. Now, this other body has already been photographed by telescopes in southern Chili and in New Zealand.

BD: Anyhow, he has connections with the Vatican. He has good friends who are Jesuit priests and astronomers. And the Vatican is concerned about it. Anyhow, Adriano sent me an article, including two photographs that have been taken of Nibiru -- already! -- taken by, primarily, I think, this observatory in Chili.
But they’ve taken pictures at an observatory in New Zealand, as well. So, it’s close enough now that optical telescopes have pictures of it and they’re studying it carefully to try to determine... what is it they call it... the celestial mechanics of how everything moves.

KC: OK, but the Anunnaki are here, you’re saying. And yet, the Anunnaki are supposedly on Nibiru as well. Or, what are you thinking? Or, what’s your sources telling you about this?
BD: The civilization, the Anunnaki civilization, is on the planet, but the Anunnaki are on this planet as well, all over the damn place... under the sea. The facilities that we know about... inside Mount Hayes in Alaska, inside Mount Perdido in the Pyrenees. There’s one right in the middle of Australia which is near... what, Alice Springs. And what’s the facility out there?
BR: Pine Gap.
BD: Pine Gap! Yes. Thank you, my friend. Pine Gap.

BD: But you are going to see tremendous sun spot activity. You’re going see tremendous geologic activity. The Ring of Fire will probably erupt. Now, these are all going to be clues that all hell is coming, you know.
You’re going to have storms. The cyclones have been getting worse, and the hurricanes have been getting worse. You’ll begin having hurricanes showing up in places that they really haven’t troubled us for a long, long time.
So, you’re going to have a build-up. Not slowly, but a consistent build-up of geological and weather and sun spot activities. And you’re probably going... The estimate that I’ve heard from people who have studied it, is about 2020.

BD: Well, I have always had the conviction -- and I’ve put this together over the years -- that the so-called elite, the crème de la crème (they’re self-designated, you know), they have been preparing for chaos for years!
It initially was initiated by the thermonuclear threat with the Soviets -- underground, you know, fall-out shelters where we could go. We have our own air-conditioning. We can have our own food supplies and our own water supplies.

That was a program that began that I worked very closely with when I was with FEMA over the years. I’ve been in underground facilities you wouldn’t believe!

KC: OK. And this gets into the Secret Space Program and terraforming, because there is some terraforming going on, preparing for what might happen if Nibiru comes through, and if the Earth is in such a state... We’re talking about terraforming Mars, maybe beyond. Have you heard things about this?
BD: Yes, terraforming is a fine art. It’s been going on for millions of years. The Earth itself was terraformed.

The government we’ve got is probably being totally run by the Anunnaki, because there is a power beyond power [points upward] that’s pulling the strings.
KC: Right.
BD: They call them the Illuminati, but there are guys above the Illuminati that are really in power.
KC: OK. But we’re told the Vatican is behind a lot of it, and that... In other words, the Vatican is behind what’s going on in the U.S., that there’s a plan. And you’ve got the Anunnaki. This is not a positive plan, OK? To take down the U.S.
BD: Well, they think it is.
KC: Do you think it is?
BD: Their ultimate idea is, yes, a positive idea.
KC: OK, what is it?
BD: A one-world government

Not hard to prove at all - now that the measurements are in and tabulated - it is clear that the Earth expands, and that the tectonic plate model we were taught is only partially correct.

Just as a “for instance”: I truly believe that one of the main reasons for our precipitous invasion of Iraq was to make a beeline for Baghdad, and use a mob scene as a cover, for a very concerted effort to loot the Iraqi National Museum. What were they after? They were after newly discovered artifacts, tablets, scrolls and such that were being found in the ancient Sumerian cities of Uruk and some of these other places by French and German archaeological teams -- interestingly enough, the two countries who were most opposed to our entry into Iraq.

And what was taken? Very possibly knowledge of ancient energy manipulation technology. And this gets into anti-gravity and a bunch of weird and exotic technologies that conventional science would laugh at. But then, when you really study the issue, you find that these technologies have been worked on since at least World War II and have been kept under very ultra-secret classification programs ever since, because this is our leading edge technology.
So, you can see how it all ties together; Ancient history, UFOs, secret societies, the world government. It’s all part of the same big ball of wax, and unless you back off and take that broad overview and study a wide variety of topics, you’re never going to figure out what’s going on.

KC: Aren’t we also talking about star gates and, you know, because when you get into free energy, you get into -- from what I understand -- vortexes, and you get into the possibility there is a star gate in Iraq as well that they might be covering up. And then you get into the Anunnaki, and... so you’re into aliens or ETs, whatever you want to call them. Have you gone down that road at all?
JM: Well, sure. When you follow the evidence, that’s where it takes you back to. And we mentioned the possibility of a star gate or some sort of dimensional portal in Iraq, you know, that takes me back to the Bible and the story of King Nebuchadnezzar. He built this structure out of gold, which they translate as a fiery furnace, but obviously it was something else because people went in and out of it.

Of course, when his people when in, they tended to keel over and die, which tells me it was some sort of an energy field. Then he got the three Hebrew priests and told them to make it work, and put them in there. And, lo and behold, eventually there was four people in there. So three went in and four [laughs] came out, so obviously they were opening some sort of a portal, or a gateway.
I know you’re involved in working with Gordon Novel and the RAM Project, on some level, although I’m not sure how. So maybe you could..? So that puts you in a really interesting position to view how free energy is coming into this puzzle.

JM: Right. Well, there are several question marks in the whole equation, and free energy is obviously one of them. If we could break the stranglehold of the monopoly of petrochemicals and come up with some sort of a free energy, the whole equation would change. And this is what’s going on right now. There are some very, very intense, interdicting and covert conflicts going on over which technology that we want to go to; who’s going to control it.
For example, we hear talk of fuel cells for vehicles. The reason we don’t have it yet is because they haven’t figured out yet how to get a monopoly over it. So this, again, is going to depend on how the future paradigm begins to shape up. I would like to see some sort of economy set up that’s not monopoly based; that everyone has a little bit of everything.

KC: Absolutely. Well, okay. But there is a ruling elite, right?

JM: Right.

KC: And you’ve delved into that, I’m sure, in…

JM: Right, and I’ve detailed them and tracked their history.

KC: Okay, so you’re talking about -- just for the of the video -- Bilderbergers, Council on Foreign Relations, certainly Majestic 12, and I know you’re...

JM: Trilateral Commission...

KC: ...you’re something of an expert on them, right?

JM: Mm hm.

KC: So, all of these organizations are rolling out an agenda right now, and the question is: how soon is what they’re going to accom... are they going to be done accomplishing this, you know, Fourth Reich, if you call it, in your opinion? Is this something... are we already there?

JM: We’re very, very close to a Fourth Reich, because “reich” in German simply means “empire”, and the United States today, of course, is the preeminent empire on the planet. It’s going to be up to us, the members of the empire -- citizens of the empire -- whether we act as an empire and become the imperial empire, in which case we’re probably going to take a fall just like the Roman Empire, just like the Third Reich and everybody else. Or, do we try to bring peace, prosperity to everybody instead of trying to lord it over and hog the resources of the planet. And it’s basically just kind of a consciousness shift, is what it is.

A good illustration is in my home state of Texas. When I was a kid the highways were just terrible. They were littered because people just, you know, you got through with your drink, you just threw it out the window. And it wasn’t that we thought we were littering and were trying to do bad, we just didn’t know any better. We just said: Ah well, I’m through with that and it’s out the window.

KC: Well, what about China, you know, because there’s talk that China may be set to invade at some point in the future; that we may be having war with China. Have you heard anything to that effect?

JM: Well, you know, some Chinese generals are even on the public record saying war with the United States is inevitable. I don’t know why. Right now we’re totally dependent on each other. We’re dependent on China to produce just about everything that we use. You know, go into any store and pick up a product and look on the bottom and it’ll say Made in China.

KC: Right.

JM: Okay, but then, likewise, they’re dependent upon us because if we’re not there to buy all this junk from them [laughs] they don’t have a market. So, I think that some of this belligerence is concocted. Because actually...

KC: Absolutely.

JM: If you want to know what the... Here’s the real game plan, okay?

KC: Okay.

JM: This was articulated back in 1948 by a man named Eric Arthur Blair, who was a British Fabian Socialist and very well connected to the royals and to the aristocracy there in England. And I think he actually had a pretty good view on what the overall game plan was, so he wrote it all down in a book under the pen name George Orwell.

KC: [laughs] Okay.

JM: And, of course, that was 1984.

KC: Right.

JM: And in there, if you’ll go back and re-read 1984, you’ll find that they had divided the world into three economic blocks. In 1984 they called it Oceania, Asiana and East Asiana. In today’s real world it’s the European Union, the soon to be North American Union and the future Asian Union. And then what they did is they play two of those blocks off against each other perpetually to create the tension necessary for arms races, and for defense spending, and lots of loans going through; that generates profit and control over the population.

KC: Right.

JM: That’s the game plan.

KC: Okay, well that’s a great overview of what’s in operation right now. Do you believe that there’s also... ah, you know, the Georgia Guidestones; basically what they say, which is elimination of the population is one of their objectives?

JM: Right. Whoever build the Georgia Guidestones, again I think, was privy to this New World Order agenda. And this is where I do depart from their thinking. I have an interview with General Maxwell Taylor that was done in the early ‘70s and he -- being not only our last ambassador to Vietnam but also a ranking member of the Council on Foreign Relations -- I think he was fully articulating their thinking.
He said, basically, that by the beginning of the next century -- well that’s now -- he said we have to eliminate about a third of the world’s population because, he said, the basic overall problem is overpopulation. And that lays at the heart of all the other problems; pollution and economy and everything. And he said this will be done by limited regional conflicts like Iraq, [laughs] Afghanistan...

KC: Uh-huh.

JM: ...disease -- AIDS in Africa -- and starvation, which is prevalent in many of the Third World nations. And he said: I’m not sure we can save these people, and I’m not even sure we should try. And so, that is their thinking to decrease the world’s population.
Now, here’s the fallacy in their thinking: there really is no overpopulation problem. I heard this stated some years ago -- I didn’t quite believe it, so I checked -- but it’s absolutely true. The entire 6.5 billion human population could actually live comfortably enough in the state of Texas.

KC: [laughs] Really?

JM: Really. So, it’s not a overpopulation problem, it’s a population concentration problem. You have most of the world is jammed into these huge metropolitan areas, big mega-cities, okay?

KC: Right.

KC: Okay. And they were looking into other dimensions using psychics, using remote viewing, using possible channeling. And what you’re saying is they may have been also getting technology out of those dimensions; information that they needed to build things.

JM: Right.

KC: Right?

JM: Mm hm.

KC: And there is a connection to Egypt, right? And to the Sumerians... to Sumerians’ cylinder seals...

JM: A lot of this is -- all of this -- is part of...

KC: A lot of the technology's back there.

JM: ...the Earth’s history.

KC: Right.

JM: And it all fits together. For example: for the longest time everybody thought that Egypt was the world’s first, greatest civilization. Well, you know, that’s because it wasn’t until the mid-1800s that they began to discover these strange mounds over in Mesopotamia -- which is now modern-day Iraq -- and they began to excavate and find that there's huge cities under there.
And they began to discover the Sumerian civilization which predates the Egyptians by at least five thousand years. So what we’re actually finding out today is, is that apparently there was, in antediluvian times, a worldwide, highly technological civilization that probably covered the entire world. This is why they found pyramids in Central America, South America, China, Eastern Europe, the Giza Plateau...

And yet, something happened. There was either Earth changes, or there was a war or something, and this whole civilization crumbled. And what we know is our written history: the Sumerians, and then the Babylonians, and then the Assyrians, and then the Phoenicians, and then the Egyptians and...

These were all degradations of the same civilization. And the proof of that, for example, is in the history of Egypt. The earliest dynasties were the most advanced dynasties, and then it devolved, [laughs] it degraded. And went all the way down until we ended up in the Middle -- in the Dark Ages, and then we’ve been slowly pulling ourselves out ever since. And this is why that the people in the know -- and knowledge is power, and they want to keep the knowledge, and they don’t want us to know what’s going on -- but this is why they are rushing around the whole world just like Indiana Jones chasing the Nazis, who were chasing the historic and religious...

KC: The icons and...

JM: ...icons, yeah, and artifacts...

KC: ...yeah, absolutely.

JM: ...you know, because they’re trying to get to this ancient technology.

KC: Okay, so, you just spent some time in Egypt, didn’t you?

JM: Yes.

KC: And did you find anything when you were there -- [Jim laughs] -- that blew your mind, or...

JM: Yes. Under the Temple of Seti -- which is an immense temple and just filled with hieroglyphics -- underneath that, is a huge temple called the Osireion. And it is huge megalithic blocks that probably weigh ten and twelve tons each. No hieroglyphics on these, but they’re stacked up very similar to Stonehenge.
But they are not rough rock like Stonehenge, these are perfectly, finely cut pieces that butt up against each other so perfectly you can’t even put a piece of paper in there. And this is under the Temple of Seti, which means there was something going on over there long before the Egyptians came along.

KC: Are they releasing this into the public domain?

JM: No. In fact, we weren’t even supposed to be able to go down there [laughs], but we managed to kind of slip down there and see what was going on. This is the stuff they keep hidden. The same thing is that -- on the Sphinx -- it is just obvious that there is deep water erosion grooves on the sides of the Sphinx and on the sides of the ground surrounding it, which means that this is vertical water erosion. the Sphinx and the area around it had sat out under heavy rains.

KC: You actually got into this place, which is under the Temple of Seti, you’re saying, which is built like Stonehenge, has polished stones...

JM: Right. No hieroglyphics, it obviously predates the Seti Temple, and so this, again, more proof that there was something going on of a highly technological nature long before the Egyptians came along.

KC: Well, what about the fact that there’s also supposed to be a library inside the Sphinx?

JM: There’s another thing. You know, Edgar Cayce -- back in the ‘30s, the great Seer -- he says: Well, there’s a room under the left paw of the Sphinx. The Army remote viewers, by the way, took a look at that and they said: Yeah, there’s a room in there; and I said: What’s in it? And they said: Jars, and vases, with scrolls, and tablets... you know. And I’m going: Whoa! Holy Cow! The Hall of Records. We can really find out what’s going on. You know?

KC: Absolutely.

JM: And then they used ground-penetrating radar and they say: Yeah, we find a cavity there, under the left paw of the Sphinx. So I’m going: Okay, great! Let’s dig down there and find out what it is!
To this very day, as far as I know, nobody’s done this; they won’t allow this. They will not allow us to get to the truth...

KC: Yes.

JM: ...of the origins of humankind.

KC: Exactly.

BR: Zahi Hawass, don’t you believe, does know what’s going on here? And he’s smart enough to take account of all these... this alternative research and remote viewing, and to try and get that information for himself. Do you think there’s something going on there behind the background?

JM: I personally suspect that somebody has already gotten in there. I just can’t believe that everybody knows it’s there and nobody'll go look to see what it is. But you have to understand that the Egyptian authorities... who pays their salaries?

JM: Okay? And who is one of the most well documented peoples in the world? The Hebrews. They had oral traditions going down for thousands of years and then finally wrote it into the books of the Old Testament of the Bible. There it all is. And I defy you to go in there and find me one verse that says: Oh, by the way, Uncle Herbie spent his whole life dragging stones through the desert, you know, to build those pyramids.

It didn’t happen! It didn’t happen. There’s something else going on. And why don’t they want us to know about that? Well, over and above the fact that Egypt is totally dependent on the tourist dollar, based on the Egyptian mythos is the fact that this would tell us, possibly, of our extra-terrestrial origins. And, more importantly, it would point us in the way of alternative technology and energy sources..

KC: ... we’re talking about sound technology...

JM: Right.

KC: ...we’re talking about, I don’t know, scalar waves, we’re talking about mind over matter...

JM: Right, exactly.

KC: Which is... this is all stuff in the Black Projects.

JM: Yeah. Sonic frequencies, who knows. Have you seen the hieroglyphs of the figure standing there holding the big tubes?

KC: Mm hm.

JM: Okay, and there’s a cord that runs out and behind it and goes to the little power thing, you know -- they call it the Jedi, the tower -- I call it the oscillator, okay? When I saw those, and if you go up and look real close, unlike the rest of the caricatures on the hieroglyphics of figures where they just have the outline of the person cut into the stone, this has a double outline to it.

KC: Hm.

JM: And we were remarking on that and wondering what does that mean, and I’m thinking -- being a cartoonist, among other things -- is that when you want to show movement, you draw extra lines. You know, if you draw a hand, and you’ve got some lines here, it’s like the hand’s moving. So, by drawing a double outline, they’re showing that they’re going aye-aye-aye [makes sounds and shakes as if electrocuted].

KC: Ah! [laughs] Okay.

KC: Guess who’s down there?

JM: You’re going to really...

KC: The Bush family in Paraguay, right?

JM: Exactly. With... how many acres they get? Something like...

KC: I don’t know.

JM: I keep hearing various things. I thought it was nine thousand acres, and then I heard it was ninety-eight thousand acres, so...

KC: And you have to look at that and say: Well, there has to be a plan there, as well.

JM: Yeah, exactly.

KC: They were planning that the whole time.

JM: Well, they’re ready to bail out of the United States.

HD/AN: My specialty is a very general... with a wide spectrum of technologies. Technologies. And also coordination, project management, program management, not only with the Department of Defense, working with all the military forces, but also working with other countries’ military as well.

RP: For instance, do you know anything about the secret sonic weapons, the electromagnetic weapons?

HD/AN: Yes, pulsed electronic weapons in general. Yes. I’ve known of their existence and the research that’s been done. I’ve been aware of it, the inside, with the research of weapons, of course, since the middle 1970s.

RP: Ah. Can you tell us which kind of weapons they have in development, and which are the uses of these weapons?

HD/AN: There are so many weapons. There’s a microwave bomb; the neutron bomb, of course... whatever; particle-beam, acceleration-type bombs; particle-beam weapons; and many different projects along those lines; then sound weapons, using highly-focused, directed sounds.

RP: So, can you confirm to us that this government has weapons in order to harass people, ‘special people’, ‘critical people’, [Ed note: meaning to harass certain people who protest against or criticize the government.] in order to make them distressed and even make illness?

HD/AN: Oh, definitely. Definitely. Yes. There’s many different technologies that are being used constantly, even in the cities, and as well as just for specific targets, as well.
RP: But can you tell us if the First Contact is close, as they say, all of the people? The First Contact that would be…

HD/AN: The First Contact, I think, that’s planned is not a real contact. The plan is a fictitious threat. But this fictitious threat... If you see UFOs and they’re mechanical or such, the highest probability is that...

Especially if they look like a threat or an enemy, just realize that that’s only temporary and they’re not from another place, another planet. They are a created enemy, as part of the government’s story.

RP: So you confirm the secret government has these tools, this technology?

HD/AN: They’ve had the technology and the tools for a long time.

RP: Yeah.

HD/AN: I mentioned the Report from Iron Mountain, which many people say is just science fiction. It’s not science fiction, because that same material was handed to me in a meeting in Tucson, Arizona, in the 1980s.

RP: Directly?

HD/AN: Yeah, directly, in a meeting. Yes. A government meeting that I went to.

RP: You read it.

HD/AN: It was a surprise to me because I didn’t know what the nature of the meeting was.

We were flown to Tucson, Arizona, and stayed at a hotel room. Then we got together, and at the end of the first meeting, they handed out the Report from Iron Mountain – not in book form, but in paper format. And that’s where I first learned of the plans from the Rand Corporation.

RP: Ah-ha. Well, you’re the first person I know that confirms that. The Iron Mountain is confirmed.

HD/AN: It is. I don’t have the paperwork anymore, but it was close, or almost exactly the same thing as in the book that’s now in print again.

RP: So, for you the swine flu epidemic is just part of this plan?

HD/AN: I can’t say. Epidemics are natural things. There are natural epidemics, of course, you know. But, in my opinion, the swine flu is... In this case, this is a dangerous thing, but it’s my opinion only. My preparation is to take vitamin D3. “D”, the letter “D”, 3.

RP: The vaccine? Do you ever recommend for people to…?

HD/AN: I won’t take the vaccine. I told my family members not to, as well. I told them two years ago, three years ago, not to do this.

HD/AN: If you have anger, that will just support the agendas of the people who are trying to have power over you.

But this, again, is a very temporary thing. All this fighting and all this suppression is temporary. Even if you don’t do anything outwardly, the change... it will still take place.

The birth of the new world – not the New World Order they push – but the new world will still happen very shortly. You should feel this and be aware of this.

RP: Two short questions just to finish. One, first one, can you tell us the secret technologies that may come, may free ourselves, when the secret government falls?

HD/AN: Well, there are technologies, of course, using the Casimir Effect or the zero-point energy. That’s a definite. I pointed it out in Zurich. It’s a definite.

RP: It exists.

HD/AN: And this is not even classified information. It’s just you need to know where to go to see it. I’m talking about in government [that] it’s not even classified.

And neither is gravity-shielding, which is similar to anti-gravity, but it’s shielding. You take the material and you put it here, something above it, and it lessens the... It shields the gravitational force.

This technology exists and there are places you can go. You can go to xxx.lanl.gov – Los Alamos National Labs dot gov. Go to that website and then do a little search. Dig through their archives, their physics archives.

With respect to our visitor brothers turning off the nukes, I was thinking about this when I woke up this morning. Had a message in my head. It's a bit like what the Earth's indigenous cultures have said for milennia. We belong to the Earth and not us to it. The current 'group' thinking on expansion is - A cosmological cause involving a secular increase in the mass of the Earth. This suggestion remains the most popular theme.

Matter is therefore the antithesis of energy where matter is created from energy and vise versa. Carey further considered that new mass added to the Earth must appear deep within the core. Where I differ in thought is that they see Earth as a planet, where as I see Her as a living entity. The idea of oil as blood, and water too, both abiotic - created by Earth then explains the 'filling' of voids and expansion.

I say water too, because as things grow, the sea level should drop, and spread out, but it doesnt seem to? I cant see ice melt compensating for it either.

Personally I think as we expand, and grow and change frequency, WE eventually, as does SHE, become more energy based, and gaseous, like Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune. But that's a long ways off.
