I am seeing more and more articles like this. Could the tide be starting to turn CoL?
It's so sad to hear these people talking in the past tense about their lives.

Cherri Foytlin of Gulf Change, a community organization based in Grand Isle, LA, gave an empassioned plea for help.

“Today I’m talking to you about my life. My ethylbenzene levels are 2.5 times the 95th percentile, and there’s a very good chance now that I won’t get to see my grandbabies…What I’m asking you to do now, if possible, is to amend your report. Because we have got to get some health care. I have seen small children with lesions all over their bodies. We are very, very ill. And dead is dead. So it really doesn’t matter if the media comes back… or the President hears us, or… if the oil workers and the fishermen and the crabbers get to feed their babies and maybe have a good Christmas next year… Dead is dead…I know your job is probably already done, but I’d like to hire you if you don’t mind. And God knows I can’t pay you. But I need your heart. And I need your voice. And I need you to come to that table. And I need you to insist that Feinberg and anybody else that needs to be in on that conversation comes too. And I’m asking you that today.
And I would like you to say yes to me today. While you look me in the eye, please say yes you’ll come to my table.”

They promised to bring their concerns back to the president.

OFF TOPIC ALERT
I got a letter in the mail yesterday. I passed a test that was very important to me and is something I have waited for most of my life. It looks like I will be absent from here for a few days in February while I attend (and take part in) a little ceremony. wish I could invite all of you to this gathering. I consider Bezerkers my "American Family" although you guys are spread all over the world. Just like Germans and German-Americans. More about this as we get closer to the last week in February. Thanks to all of my friends here.

Another salt dome issue is in the news down at the Gulf where there has been a proposal to use the Richton Sale Dome to store 160 million barrels of oil to bring the nation's oil reserves to one billion barrels.

"The storage space would have been hollowed out of the salt dome using 50 million gallons of water taken daily out of the Pascagoula River for five years. The fresh water would have dissolved salt inside the dome, using a technique called solution mining."

Read more: [link to www.sunherald.com]

"The Gulf Conservation Coalition, headquartered in Pascagoula, was specifically formed to deal with the threats created by the plan. The coalition contends the government’s plan would significantly harm the Pascagoula River, the Mississippi Sound, and the Gulf of Mexico near the barrier islands.

According to the coalition, the resulting toxic salt slurry, an ultra-high-salinity brine (263 parts per thousand, the maximum amount that can be dissolved) would have been pumped through a pipeline from Perry County to the Gulf and discharged near the Pascagoula Ship Channel just outside Horn and Petit Bois islands. ...

In March, the Energy Department redirected the $71 million for the project to operation and maintenance of the existing Strategic Petroleum Reserve."

Lenox Square, on the North side of Atlanta, GA has been a premier shopping mall since 1959. Due to high sales, retailers pay more per square foot for store space than at most other malls in the country.

[link to www.leftlanenews.com]

"China’s industry has decided to shift gears to focus on EVs, not hybrids or even hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, signaling a change in direction that will undoubtedly have global ramifications."

We read here that China expects to have 20 million electric vehicle parking spaces by 2020.

For short trips and in town, electric vehicles should conserve a lot of oil, and save air quality from CO2 emissions.

About 35 years ago, when Lenox Square built a major expansion of the center developing additional levels, they put in a large bank of EV outlets on the lower parking level with several rows of parking reserved for electric vehicles. No one was driving electric cars. I asked about the parking for the electric cars and was told that electric cars were on the drawing board for mass production and we would see a lot of them within five years.

It never happened. The bank of outlets for electric vehicles at Lenox Square have long since been gone.

Now, years later, China is going to do what we never did.

There is a lady sitting on the other side of the bed here who just commented that this is what has been done to much of the state of Nevada where she is from. A hundred+ years of mine tailings has poisoned much of the aquifer there. And what was not poisoned by mine tailings has had jet fuel dumped into the ground. We drove around looking at property and everywhere you go you see water wells being dug deeper to get below the poisoned part of the aquifer. She is part Native American and that side of her family lived there for thousands of years. Between the mines and Thiokol the state has been ruined within the last generation.

Acolyte, your last day here? Missed you on voice chat.

The rising water table is not a natural occurance? I know in Australia we have similar salinity issues through over irrigation and fertilising the soil using nitrates, which are more often than not, created from oil based products or wastes.

So...this rising water must be real deep to bring central Earth organisms up. I dont quite understand the mechanics you are describing? or why acid mine drainage is causing intelligent oil to the surface, creating a splash zone?

This is not what occurred at DWH to create a splash zone.

Is there a link here in your opinion? I am wondering if it is a case of severe trauma that brings these white blood cells to the surface?

BHD: I do know that the combination of mine tailings and rocket fuel has just about poisoned the state of Nevada and parts of southern Utah. That rocket fuel and the acidic mine tailings have just about ruined the state of Nevada to the point that there are areas where cactus won't even grow.
I am pretty sure the South Africa situation is very similar. This is a case where Mother Earth is saying "Ouch" and nobody is listening.I have been trying to research South Africa and there is not much available on the surface. I will do some more digging after my suddenly full household settles down.I have used Nevada here as a correlation because it is very similar and I have someone sitting here who is from Nevada and can tell me a lot about it. Her father's side of the family lived in Nevada for thousands of years.

How heartbreaking for the South African residents. You know Aco, some few years ago I remember watching a program here in America that refinishes autos and this particular program was sponsoring a young South African student who was returning home to a job that took him for long drives through the desert areas. This program not only refinished his automobile but installed a machine that ran while he was driving, the machine absorbed the moisture from the air, purified it, and bottled it. So, while he was on the job, he wouldn't go thirsty. Why can't the authorities produce these types of machines to give everyone pure drinking water?

I did a quick search and found this link, it has a slide show and lots of story-lines on this matter.

Hang on, I just re-read your last statement.

The water table is rising bringing water(intelligent oil/organism) to the surface causing splashzones. The water within the earth is waking up and terraforming.

You must know by now I am a believer in Earth being a living entity. I also believe that oil is abiotic, and performs a task within Earth's 'body' and replenishes as fast as She is capable of replenishing. I am also coming to believe that water is abiotic, and also performs a task, and also replenishes.

Plenty has been said here on living water.

So in relation to your last statement Acolyte, the water is waking up..... it is all connected, all of it, all over the world, and we are 80% plus made of that same water.

No wonder Venter's frankenstein's were challenged by the likes of Augie. (white blood cells)

The S.I. taking place must have a link then, to what we all ARE and She produces, thus taking us all along for the ride as She moves on. (water)

So, from this perspective, just about anything else that is being done on this planet is against the natural progression. Many fronts attacking and stalling the natural progression, by men and ETs, ITs and IDTs, who have vested interests in keeping Earth and us here as is.

I may be reading way more in to what you have said, but I am thinking that we should go with the flow.(great H2o pun)

TRUST our Mother.

"South Africa is facing a national emergency crisis of staggering proportions if nothing is done within the the next 90 days."

The Above was a heated topic of discussion on a local (702) radio station this morning. The situation is far worse then previously expected and our government is doing NOTHING!

Below is just one link to explain exactly what AMD is, this was a few months back. The situation is now out of control and has moved beyond the prevention phase. We are now in a "panic" disaster control mode.

"The media has been full of reports of the water crisis in South Africa – and how acid mine drainage will destroy water as a resource in South Africa if something is not done about it very soon"

That finally answers the splashone definition question
There's always an Arquillian Battle Cruiser, or a Corillian Death Ray, or an intergalactic plague that is about to wipe out all life on this miserable little planet, and the only way these people can get on with their happy lives is that they DO NOT KNOW ABOUT IT!

Fracking is what is destroying our water tables. They know this and yet, continue on from coast to coast.

How has the molecular H2O structure being changed?

ie.Palm Springs municipal water, the Ph level is 8.5! NYC is 5.5, what the hell do they know? Alot. Don't drink tap water unless u live in Palm Springs (probably no chem trails too).

Corexit EC9527A .

The following has been cited from various Wikipedia, Medipedia, MSDS , the ATSDR database., the Monsanto website, Valdezlink.com, the Pan Pesticides database, the OPD chemical buyer's directory, Hallstar, I make no claim to copyrights.

**********

Corexit EC9527A is 30-60% 2-Butoxyethanol by weight. 2-B ( I will use the abbreviation 2-B ) is a main ingredient in many fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides ( especially Roundup ), insecticides, fuels, fungicides, cosmetics & leather treatment , and oddly enough, it is commonly used for " handling " oil spills .

The main argument for the use of COREXIT products, I have heard , is based on the studies of algae and microbial life in the Gulf . This logic is blind to the consideration of the 4 crucial things. The proliferation rate of oleophillic microbial life ( The specific bacteria to the deep-water Gulf, Deltaproteobacteria, and the powerhouse shallow water oil eater Alcanivorax borkumensis ) when faced with an overabundance of food, the specific hydrocarbons they actually eat, the depth and temperatures at which they thrive, and how 2-B can kill them all before they get a chance to eat. People presenting these arguments also don't understand how the food chain works. Microbes secrete their own surfactant molecules to break up the oil before consuming the hydrocarbons. Other microbes don't make surfactants but devour oil already broken into small enough globs—including those broken down by Alcanivorax. These microbes cannot proliferate until the Oxygen is depleted from the water. The colder temp loving microbes eat only short-chain hydrocarbons like gases, and the warmer clime-preferring ones are easily killed by 2-B. In order for these cold temp loving microbes to digest Hydrocarbon gases, these gases must first be produced. The gases they actually do eat are methane (CH4 ) ethane (C2H6), propane (C3H8) and butane (C4H10). They gases they produce are Hydrogen Cyanide and Hydrogen Sulfide.

The breakdown products of COREXIT are CO2 and Carbon Monoxide, neither of which stay suspended in salt-water at 5k' +, nor do the indigenous bacteria in the Gulf eat them. What does stay suspended in water is 2-B.

So that argument is moot.

2-B has never been tested on any type of marine life for longer than 9 days, and the effects that are known, is that it's mutagenic , teragenic and carcinogenic. As far as the testing on humans or other mammals , there is plenty, it's all below. Of course if you don't care, then don't read it.

In the United States, the primary manufacturers of 2-B are : Eastman Chemical, Dow Chemical and Equistar. Monsanto and Dow AgroSciences LLC, a subsidiary of The Dow Chemical Company, are in partnership to develop GM crops. Monsanto sales of GM seeds in the US cover 90% of the market. There are also projects being undertaken by Makhteshim Agan, an Israeli bio-engineering firm purchased by Cibus Global .
Here is Monsanto's sales report for the first 2 quarters of 2009, so you can see the scope of 2-B's use in the states.

2-B is the very same chemical used as an adjuvient in herbicides like Roundup. Most genetically modified crops like. Roundup-Ready Corn. as well as a majority of the cotton, oilseed and vegetable crops in the continental US. are engineered to resist Roundup. Monsanto also pushed for the passage of laws preventing farmers from saving their own seed without state regulations, thus forcing many to purchase Monsanto GM seedstock. The plants are also engineered to be sterile, forcing farmers to purchase expensive seedstock for every growing season. The official name for these seeds is the " Terminator ' series.

Throughout 2004 and 2005, Monsanto filed lawsuits against many farmers in Canada and the U.S. on the grounds of patent infringement, specifically the farmers' sale of seed containing Monsanto's patented genes. In some cases, farmers claimed the seed was unknowingly sown by wind carrying the seeds from neighboring crops, a claim rejected in Monsanto Canada Inc. v. Schmeiser. These instances began in the mid to late 1990s, with one of the most significant cases being decided in Monsanto's favor by the Canadian Supreme Court. By a 5-4 vote in late May 2004, that court ruled that "by cultivating a plant containing the patented gene and composed of the patented cells without license, the appellants (canola farmer Percy Schmeiser) deprived the respondents of the full enjoyment of the patent." With this ruling, the Canadian courts followed the U.S. Supreme Court in its decision on patent issues involving plants and genes.

I don't know what is going on around Palm Springs, but I'd say the NYC tap water is still pretty good as tap water goes. The whole watershed above it is protected and has been for 100 years. Fracking, and generally drilling in the Marcellus Shale, is prohibited in NY State as I understand it, and the watershed for NYC tap water is basically all in NY State.

NYC is known for soft tap water. Soft = acidic = low pH.
