Re: Something Just Went BEZERK in the Gulf of Mexico. The US Navy just sunk a French Submarine
I find this article interesting, and wonder if the ice/cold has nothing to do with it, but that the light (sun light)might be a releasing factor. Water has multiple forms, could this be causing mass die offs, plant failures, and possibly the sicknesses suffered especially by those in the Gulf area. Hmmm

By blocking sunlight, sea-ice could influence the breakdown and transfer into the atmosphere of toxic forms of mercury present in the surface waters...

Mercury (Hg) is the only heavy metal that is essentially found in gaseous form in the atmosphere. Since the industrial revolution, emissions of anthropogenic Hg resulting from the combustion of fossil fuels have exceeded natural emissions. Both anthropogenic emissions and natural emissions (which mainly stem from the oceans and gases released by volcanoes) reach the Polar Regions under the action of atmospheric currents. In this way, fallout from global atmospheric pollution contributes to depositing mercury in Arctic ecosystems, even though these are far away from major anthropogenic emission sources.

In the Arctic atmosphere, elementary mercury is oxidized into a form that deposits easily in the cryosphere (snow, ice). Then, when the ice melts, this oxidized form can in turn be re-mobilized and transformed, via physicochemical and biological processes, into a toxin: methylmercury (CH3Hg). It is this toxic form that is ingested by living organisms. It accumulates throughout the food chain and can reach concentrations one million times higher than those measured in surface waters at the very top of the chain.

K- based on Aco. post it seemed appropriate akin to a carrier for Au (like alien movie)- just my gut feeling, no science behind it. lol
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1189738

Tnx ;)

I also dont have science behind it,
but jellyfish ARE related to Amaru Tiamath,
in my dream she had tentacles under her belly like jellyfish have. The many venomnous thingies that often are in those arms of jellyfish were also in her teeth ... dozens of tiny poisonous hooks ... She was the mother and the basis of many creatures, in and out the water.

i was very surprised when I read an article last year stating that human origing was to trace back to sponge-species and jellyfish-species !!!!
Carbon bacteria and sillicate-like creatures ....

*Nice articles:
- Jellyfish eye genes suggest a common origin for animal eyes
[link to blogs.discovermagazine.com]

SNIPPET:
"Hiroshi Suga from the University of Basel has been studying the eyes of the root-arm medusa (Cladonema radiatum). His work strongly suggests that all animal eyes share a common origin, whether they belong to a human or an insect, an octopus or a jellyfish. The details may be different but they’re all under the control of closely related ‘master genes’ that themselves evolved from a common ancestor."

(this is not the article I was talking about, but it comes close)
- The Amphimedon queenslandica genome and the evolution of animal complexity
[link to www.nature.com]

SNIPPET:
"Nevertheless, sponges share key adhesion and signalling genes7, 8, 9, 10, 11 with eumetazoans, as well as other genes important in body plan patterning such as developmental transcription factors12, 13, 14, 15; sponge embryos and larvae (Fig. 1) are readily comparable to those of other animals12, 16. Sponges are diverse and their phylogeny is poorly resolved17, 18, 19, allowing for the possibility that sponges are paraphyletic20, which implies that other animals evolved from sponge-like ancestors."

(A dutch article, translated with a translator ...lol..)
- First animal on earth
[link to www.kennislink.nl]

SNIPPET:
"From another sponge, Suberites domunculata, a substance has been isolated that appears to play such a role, and also seem to decide the cell differentiation in both embryos and adults of this species (or at least influence it). It also appears that some building blocks of this genetic material, which partly determines their shape, occurs in all animals. This suggests that the first animals shared all such material, so that they thus have a kind - still used - building plan possessed. Where that material came from, is being studied by choanoflagellaten, unicellular descendants of the ancestors of the "protozoan." This choanoflagellaten resemble certain sponge cells, but also contain many of the technical tools needed for multicellular organisms to form."

An other interresting article with many triggers :
(Is this below linked to what they are doing now in the Gulf and elsewhere?)

- Our Earliest Animal Ancestors
[link to www.astrobio.net]

SNIPPETS:

NASA
Summons heads a new lead team of the NASA Astrobiology Institute headquartered at MIT, which is looking at the emergence of animal life by examining the biochemistry of microbes; organic and isotopic signs of climate change and evolution; genes essential for animals; genetic sequences that will help elucidate the animal tree of life; and biomarkers dating from before and after the emergence of animal life. These may seem separate topics, but they offer related ways to locate and date the vestiges of early animal life, says Summons

SPONGES AND JELLYFISH
"The earliest fossils of multicellular life date to about 1200 million years ago, but “the sudden appearance of animal life,” some 650 million years later, “at the beginning of the Paleozoic is the one of most enigmatic features in the geological record,” Summons says. The earliest putative animal fossils date to the Ediacarian period, about 630 to 542 million years ago. These primitive organisms “must have had a significant complement of genes inherited from their ancestors, that allowed multicellularity, differentiation and signaling” to emerge, Summons says.
Genetic analysis shows that the first sponges date to 650 to 700 million years ago, says team member Kevin Peterson, an associate professor of biological sciences at Dartmouth College, who adds that sponges were probably the last common ancestor of all animal life. “Our data suggest that animals with guts and nervous systems [eumetazoa], the simplest of which are sea anemones and jellyfish, arose from spongelike ancestors, "

OXYGEN AND THE SEA:
"Because most life lived in the ocean, the extent of ocean oxygenation is especially critical to the rise of multicellular life, Summons says. “Some of us think the ocean was radically different until the appearance of animals, that it had very little oxygen, and the deep ocean was toxic to complex life.” "

CARBON CHANGES :
"Changes over time in the carbon isotope ratio may be more interesting than absolute numbers, Rothman explains. “Generally, when life changes, the carbon cycle [the flow of carbon among oceans, atmosphere, rock, and biosphere] changes,” he says. “It’s reasonable to imagine that as the oceans became populated by multicellular organisms, that gave rise to entirely different food webs,” which in turn changed the composition of the rock-forming organic detritus.
(Or what happens when this is reversed and life -carbon- dies ...???)

Biological carbon is also tightly linked to atmospheric oxygen, Rothman explains. Finding a higher proportion of organic carbon stored in sediment may signify a higher concentration of oxygen in the atmosphere. “What we are doing, in essence, is looking at how life and the environment co-evolved, and the carbon cycle is where much of the action takes place,” says Rothman."

About the dieing animals ...
before every new ERA mass extinctions happened !!!
And many diversifications.

The Phanerozoic Eon, literally the "period of well-displayed life", marks the appearance in the fossil record of abundant, shell-forming and/or trace-making organisms. It is subdivided into three eras, the Paleozoic, Mesozoic and Cenozoic, which are divided by major mass extinctions.

The Permian-Triassic extinction event eliminates over 90-95% of marine species. Terrestrial organisms were not as seriously affected as the marine biota.

The Cretaceous–Tertiary extinction event eradicates about half of all animal species, including mosasaurs, pterosaurs, plesiosaurs, ammonites, belemnites, rudist and inoceramid bivalves, most planktic foraminifers, and all of the dinosaurs excluding their descendants the birds

Waters of the east coast of Japan are occupied by swarms of giant jellyfish. The local residents say that they have never seen jellyfish of such enormous size. The jellyfish reach about two meters in diameter and weigh around 200 kilograms.

[link to socyberty.com]

The news is that biotechnology can be used to combat bioterrorism. Scientists say that the jellyfish can be used to avoid this type of bioterrorism. Scientists and engineers from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Technology Lincoln Laboratory has developed this unique biosensor for identifying pathogenic bacteria and viruses in the air in less than two minutes.

She first created this unique Canary sensor with high voltage electric charge jellyfish DNA added to the cell of a mouse.

So he created a machine called a panther. Pantera device with sixteen cameras are loaded with immune cells modified to detect pathogens. These immune cells are modified by gene technology for the detection of specific pathogens and emit light of specific wavelength.

Other detectors recognize the release of light to indicate that the pathogen was detected. Pantera device displays a list of dangerous pathogens in the near range on the basis of the wavelengths of light launch.

This technology can be used to detect pathogens in the patient sample, and the food industry to identify contaminants such as E. coli and Salmonella.

ACO and cohorts are nearly 30 years too late to put the blame game on the Chinese for our concerns about the sun.
.......

Nothing - absolutely nothing was being said about Chinese involvement. China supposed involvement is all new with Aco and Duncan and there is no documentation I can find.

fwiw, there are posters on message boards who have years of discussion experience and fact-checking on wars, imbedded reporters, rumors of wars, conspiracy theories, coups and killings. I'm a little old-fashioned. In order to be accepted, a new theory must have some relevance with facts we've checked and know, or some kind of reliable, valid third-party confirmation.

have only just started to look at Aco's lates post .... and in the past 1/2 hr, this is what I have found on the internet

The return of the Jellyfish .............

so, you need to use google and research the info before dismissing it as worthless

then post your findings and thoughts here, so that we can all learn
 Quoting: *dim*

Whoa here, reading comprehension 101:

I am the poster who commented on ACO/China/sun and Dim charges at me with the report on jellyfish. Read my posts, I supported looking at the jellyfish concept.

SO...Hans is banned...again...seems that happens from time to time to many of us, and for no reason sometimes..But I find I'm a bit dismayed to be told that it is Nexus' fault....all because of some sort of disagreement that took place in personal emails...and so NEXUS alledgedly got hold of a mod and had Hans banned off of glp because of that??..ARE YOU ******* kidding me??.
Can such a thing be proved????and IF it can't, then it shouldn't be projected to the rest of us.....this thread gets screwier by the day..w/o proof...this is assumption only...and you know what they say about ass u me ng..

oh and ps: Hans has mentioned being banned to me, more than once lately...so it most likely is something to do with his ISP itself..
 Quoting: breezy

Dunno about Hans' bans, but from day one when this thread got pinned, then unpinned with thousands of hits per hour coming in, the thread seemed to have a special status.

When the thread could not be controlled with the posts of a special 'insider' group, the Nexus poster took his marbles out of the game and started another thread where he could delete unwanted comments. Then ACO posted 'information' to Nexus' thread instead of this one, which is ACO's thread.

The apparent intent of these actions was to kill the BEZERK thread. It didn't work and both Nexus and ACO have been forced to recognize the force of this thread.

All indications are that we are playing a part in a psy-op by participating in the BEZERK thread. Strange things happen.

May the force be with us all.

So Dim are you suggesting a possibility is that the Corexit (among many levels)is too kill the jellyfish carriers?

LOL .... I must be honest, I am still trying to figure all of this out, so sometimes I will post a lot of shit, but am never afraid to say whats's on my mind, even if I will get ridiculed

but, some people say that the oil spill was intentional .... Corexit was in stock ... Synthia was in stock and ready (from what I have deduced).. so what was the reason if this is indeed true?

jellyfish is new to me ... ask me the same question again in a week and I will have a different viewpoint

"... Synthia was in stock and ready (from what I have deduced)..."

I have read a lot in documents and different websites about the oil spill and the relation to Synthia. I've haven't seen anything that will allow us to know when Synthia was first used in Gulf of Mexico oil production.

It appears that the Synthia injecting began in 2009, prior to the cracking of the Gulf sea bed in early 2010.

Based on information available, is reasonable to think that Corexit was stocked at the Gulf after the sea floor was cracked open in preparation for the April 20th rig blowout. The blowout set the stage for explaining to the public about all the oil in the Gulf.

interesting spin ...

i got mail from hans a week ago, asking if myself and acolyte didn't like him. i was amazed, because there is no problem that I am aware of. I told him so. he then told me that krispy told him otherwise. i told him that i don't trust krispy.

hans asked where he can get my magazine. I told him. i offered in the same mail, to send him some for free. he sent me his postal address and I have posted some mags to him.

they were the only two mails I sent him, and that is what was discussed.

I also fail to see how any of this would connect to him being banned.

Not recalling documented evidence that the sea floor is cracked, but there are references leading us to reasonably believe there is a cracked seabed.

Matt Simmons referred to what he thought would be an open hole in the floor of the ocean if a research vessel went out and took a look. Simmons was a main supporter of the idea to nuke the sea floor saying that is the only way the open hole could be closed (by glassing over the ocean floor.)

Simmons is now dead.

BeePee showed in a couple of his videos of ROV cam footage what appeared to be a split open crack at the bottom of the Gulf.

Then we had the issue of BP switching wells on us, showing us on ROV cams a well being capped, which was not the well we had beeb told was gushing oil.

Leading me to believe that BP could not cap a crack.

"a Lake Peigneur style incident" was shown on a website drawing to explain how the crust under the sea floor had been fracked during drilling, creating open seams where oil flowed into the "fracks" and leaked into the Gulf.

The drawing was probably an accurate picture of the progression of the drilling. The situation ended with a fracked area opening into a large expanding crack. A couple of 'experts' indicated they thought that the oil wold not stop flowing until an equalibrium had been reached between the oil flowing out of the reservoir and the Gulf sea water rushing into the oil reservoir.

Bryozoans are greatly diversified and occur in various forms such as soft gelatinous colonies, fenestrate and squamous colonies, arborescent, chitinous, or calcareous, colonies, single- or multi-layered crustose(crust-like) colonies, colonies boring into hard substrates and those burrowing into soft material, penetrating by chemical and mechanical means respectively. Very little study has been performed on those species that bore or burrow so there is little knowledge as to the effects on the host, the adaptations made by the bryozoan to exist in such an environment, or how commonly this occurs.

Fossil records indicate that the bryozoan is over 500 million years old and have only recently been getting major scientific study. It is estimated that there could be thousands of species yet undiscovered.

To Krispy and ohters re the Moon.

Just a few points:

- When you look in many old books, including The Epic of Gilgemesh, there is never a mention of the moon, they always talk about the dark night, and just the stars - seems we didn't have a moon then.

- some native legends talk about the Moon appearing in the skies, how they talk of times it was not there, and then it appeared.

- It seems that the Moon's weight doesn't conform to it's size - weight for size it is lighter than water, and since it is meant to be made of rock, that shows that it is hollow.

- NASA confirmed that the Moon 'rang like a bell' when they dropped an old lander onto it - actually suggesting a hard inner shell that must be near perfect to ring in that way - no cracks.

- people like Ingo Swan talk about bases on the moon, and various telescope sightings talk about various structures there.

- some say that the Moon was a 'Battle-Star' that entered our system could have been involved in the destruction of the planet Marduk (or what ever you call it) between Mars and Jupiter. After the battle it was placed in orbit around Earth.

I think the main thing is that there is soooooooo much evidence to show that the Moon is NOT a natural body - there are quite a few books on the subject, each detailing in part on how the Moon can't be natural.
