My guess is that he figured out how to calculate the timing of future events.

I'll explain in my own terms, because I do not have the background to appropriately explain Andrea Silvestri's work.

In his master's thesis [link to www.ps.uci.edu] Silvestri is using time observation windows on data collected at the South Pole in 1997 and 1998 to estimate the timing of supernovas.

In the couple years following this '97 and'98 data collection project, the message boards on the internet were abuzz with the story that Antarctica researchers were experimenting with sending an atomic clock up in a balloon. The atomic clock always came back with slower time than the clocks of the researchers at the South Pole. The indication was that if a person up in the balloon at that pole location could look at earth, then that balloonist could see what was happening on earth before it happened in earth time.

Silvestri's thesis at Figure 15.69 explains using triangulation to determine the direction of a supernova by the absolute timing of the neutrino signal. He notes that where detectors are separated by a distance, then arrival times of the neutrinos will be delayed.

Furthermore, and most interesting, Silvestri explains why detectors will not work in the Northern Hemisphere. This explains in part why we have so much interest in Antarctica.

theres some intelligent people on this thread....tell me don't you all think this should take precedence over almost everything else at this time?
Thread: CAN YOU BUST THIS? FUKUSHIMA NUCLEAR!
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 619959

Yes, Schimaschitt should take precedence when considering personal actions for survival.

However, the bigger picture is what are we, as individual members of an international community, going to do to force accountability from profit-oriented, private corporations?

If we can somehow force laws and enforce regulations on just one of them, we've got them all.

Hmmm, well based on the thread, the more that read it, the more will think about it! Then the more will manifest it!!! AAAAaaaahhh!

Not the way I see it. More that when I read the Shima thread and understand the potential for problems due to radiation, I begin to manifest my "safe" habitat. Otherwise, I may be blindsided by another's manifestation.

Just a note for consideration: It may take total disconnect from the grid to prevent the electricity surges through and above the ground from coming into your house.

An experience from living on granite rock in the Southeast USA: When lightening strikes the rock nearby, electricity surges through the house, wood floors and all and blows up, like little bombs, everything that is plugged in. Occupants sensing the shocking sensation, emit shrieks, and run for the nearest wood furniture to get off the floor.

Haha, it gets confusing eh?!

But the ideas are pretty cool. Waaay back, someone suggested that when things do go off the rails, IF they do, rather, - then going outside, basically naked and laying on the ground is the best thing to do!

No man-made items on or around you, just natural fibres, soil and vegetation. Leave it all behind. Springs to mind.

Could the first VID above talking about a "free floating planet" like spoken about in the second and third VID ?

Or is it really a new discovery of a planet that belongs to our solarsystem ???

Or could it be the "brown Dwarf" ???

I bolded 3 part that are very very interresting, and that I want to read about more.

Has the "time-delay"-effect of the neutrino's to do with the decay-rate of radioactive elements ?
Earlier an article was posted that neutrino's and observation had influence on eachother ....

And this confirms what SQUIDDY said about splashzones (=neutrino hot-spots) ALTERING our reality ...

Hmmm I see many dots comming ... into reading modus :D

Maybe the changes on earth, in tectonical plates, in air and water and all things .. the changes in charges, as we travel furter and furter into a plasma-space enviroment with more charged particles of all sorts ...
Changes NEED sparks, energy, electricity ... a vital ingredient for DNA-activation again ?

Excesive energy or energy that cant be absorbed, must have a way out. Thats about what the text sais. Lets think about that on a biological human level > if we dont change/devellop enough to being able to incorperate these rising energylevels, that will find an outlet too ... if our "wirering" isnt capable of conducting, then there will occur outlets in different ways ...
So time to start working on our "wires" and capability to handle >>> working on thought-paterns, and fear-reduction, working on enforcement based on trust-knowing-feeling, based on being or becomming IN-TUNE with the galactic changes.
Aligning with the Earth will help HER but also US. But even better is to align with the galactic center, coz that one is not corrupted by TPTB and Earth is partially en-caged by TPTB.

Think BIG ! That will help us all grow and devellop beyond fear and beyond negative influence.

Obama signs book at Westminster Abbey

Thread: OBAMA signs book 24 MAY 2008
 Quoting:

From date: Saturday, 24 May 2008 (5/24/08)

Added 1111 days

Resulting date: Thursday, 9 June 2011 (6/9/11)

 Quoting:

Others who examined the data, including Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), the national laboratories, and defense contractors reached a very different conclusion — that the data supported the conclusion that on 22 September 1979, Vela 6911 had detected a nuclear detonation"

satellite 6911, which carried various sensors that had been designed specifically to detect nuclear explosions. In addition to being able to detect gamma rays, x-rays, and neutrons,
 Quoting:

This satellite was known to have a failed electromagnetic pulse (EMP) sensor, and it had developed a fault (in July 1972) in its recording memory, but that fault had cleared itself by March 1978.

Additionally, early technical speculation also examined the possibility that the Vela had recorded a combination of natural phenomena, such as lightning in conjunction with a meteor strike. Other early news media articles of the time discussed the possibility of a large extraterrestrial object strike, such as an asteroid, occurring. The Vela satellite's flash detectors were sensitive to lightning superbolts, which resulted in two scientists, John Warren and Robert Freyman from the Los Alamos National Laboratory (then called the Los Alamos Scientific Laboratory) immediately flying to and investigating a rare, overland superbolt occurrence on Bell Island, Newfoundland in April 1978. Their observations of the event, called the 'Bell Island Boom', noted building structural damage, dead farm animals and destroyed electrical devices amongst other evidence (the superbolt's blast was heard 55 kilometers away in Cape Broyle, Newfoundland). The Bell Island Boom was among some 600 'mystery booms' that occurred along the North American eastern seaboard from late 1977 to mid-1978.

Punctuated Equilibrium:

Charles Darwin understood that evolution was a slow and gradual process. By gradual, Darwin did not mean "perfectly smooth," but rather, "stepwise," with a species evolving and accumulating small variations over long periods of time until a new species was born. He did not assume that the pace of change was constant, however, and recognized that many species retained the same form for long periods.

Still, if evolution is gradual, there should be a fossilized record of small, incremental changes on the way to a new species. But in many cases, scientists have been unable to find most of these intermediate forms. Darwin himself was shaken by their absence. His conclusion was that the fossil record was lacked these transitional stages, because it was so incomplete.

That is certainly true in many cases, because the chances of each of those critical changing forms having been preserved as fossils are small. But in 1972, evolutionary scientists Stephen Jay Gould and Niles Eldredge proposed another explanation, which they called "punctuated equilibrium." That is, species are generally stable, changing little for millions of years. This leisurely pace is "punctuated" by a rapid burst of change that results in a new species and that leaves few fossils behind.

According to this idea, the changes leading to a new species don't usually occur in the mainstream population of an organism, where changes wouldn't endure because of so much interbreeding among like creatures. Rather, speciation is more likely at the edge of a population, where a small group can easily become separated geographically from the main body and undergo changes that can create a survival advantage and thus produce a new, non-interbreeding species.

Perhaps the punctuation is a result of the changing environment, like the one we are now experiencing. rken
 Quoting: rken 1391209

There are not generally small increments, its changes dramatically when we flow thru the energies from theCENTER of the milky way. The trip around the Milky Way for us is about 225 million years. 4 times each journey we are in special gamma rays and other stuff, (I am seeing hints of that in this thread), we are in these energies which remodel life dramatically. The 4th one, and (end times one) is especially dramatic and that is where we are now. Life on this world was given two grand cycles around the Milky Way to mature to a certain point. We are at that point. The planet was seeded with life in fact 550 million years ago for this very reason. The leap is going to be very large at this end of the 2nd grand cycle, which is one huge reason the ET's are here, and one huge reason the Bestowal of Christ and the Spirit of Truth some 2000 years ago, preparatory to these times.

It is a great shame that our thugs, knowing this, have so made religion so very useless and detrimental to these monumental times for earth and our solar system. man is being made a new species by all of this.

"As you already know if you've read 'Not by Fire but by Ice,' I suggest that massive surges of electricity

Occupants sensing the shocking sensation, emit shrieks, and run for the nearest wood furniture to get off the floor.

lighting struck the north end of my little property once a few years ago, well more than 10. I was tending garden on the south end. This little property is about 80 feet long. Most wondrous sensation in my life. The sizzling was most energetic. I developed a new respect for the stuff.

We are not going into the ICE part folks, not this time at this end of the great cycle. For the ice puts an end to things for a time, chills them out, resulting in tilt increase and this time it is going to be expansive, not constrictive. Tilt is going to decrease, although it will flop back and forth for a time.

We are this time, going to enter monopolarity, and with that comes NO tilt. Straight up and down.

Internet Wars - Internet Backbone Feud Shuts Down the Web

Fri, 11/11/2005 - 2:07pm

On Wednesday morning, October 5, 2005, Level 3 Communications cut off connections between their Internet backbone network and the Internet backbone network of their rival, Cogent Communications.

{snip}

So what caused the feud? Apparently Level 3 Communications decided they are bigger than Cogent Communications - and that they could pressure Cogent into paying for their peering arrangement with Level 3! When Cogent refused, Level 3 cancelled the peering relationship. The cut prevented any Cogent or Level 3 customers from accessing anything hosted on the other network - and also blocked all traffic that would need to between these backbones, even if the traffic did not originate in either network.

James Q. Crowe is CEO of Level 3 Communications and for part of the time also served as its President.

Obama Plans to Appoint Level 3 CEO Crowe as Chairman of Telecom Committee

October 05, 2010

President Obama intends to appoint James Q. Crowe, the CEO of Level 3 Communications, as chairman of the National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee (NSTAC).

As chairman, Crowe will preside over a 30-member committee that comprises industry executives from major network service providers, IT, finance and aerospace companies, according to the company.

Very BEZERK related. Great ideas to the OP of this thread -

Read that one again, too. 'Spacequakes generate
currents in the very ground we walk on.'

As you already know if you've read 'Not by Fire but by Ice,' I suggest that massive surges of electricity
surge through and above the earth during a magnetic
reversal (p 192)."

Didn't we have a couple of mysterious whirlpools swirling out in the Atlantic each of them swirling in opposite directions? Are there not problems with GPS lately?

Our galaxy is now passing through the Milky Way Galaxy's plane (ribbon) of energy. That is probably a factor, too, since all of the planets in our solar system are expanding, brightening, and their magnetic poles are changing location. But, i am not sure that moving through that plane is the only way that a magnetic reversal can start.

Time to check your compasses, start indoor gardens, get lots of warm clothes, and etc.

We have had our 640,000 years of global warming. Now for the cold. Let's hope it is not too bad. Each cycle seems to be less violent than the last cycle so maybe one day in the far, far future this earth will have pretty much settled down.

I am pretty angry at TPTB because they knew, they know, they did not tell anyone so we could prepare, instead they just made up all kinds of cover stories to hide the truth from us, worked out scenarios to take out our food supplies so the masses die sooner, and they used our money to build themselves safe places to ride it out.

THAT IS CRIMINAL IN "REPRESENTATIVE" ELECTED LEADERS.

CRIMINALLY NEGLIGENCE.
