Big hugs back at ya Krispy hugs

I don't recall seeing this info posted, if so, please pardon me.

snips:
“We now have the algorithms we need to engineer large proteins with shapes that you don’t see in nature. This gives us the tools we need to create new, more effective antibodies and other beneficial proteins,” said Jens Meiler, the associate professor of chemistry at Vanderbilt who led the effort.

Recently, protein engineers have verified a potential treatment strategy for HIV by using designed protein vaccines in mice and have designed artificial proteins that mimic antibodies in broadly neutralizing flu infections. The technique developed at Vanderbilt promises to expand the scope of these efforts substantially.

Over the past 10 years an increasing number of proteins that don’t exist in nature have been designed “in silico” (in a computer). Scientists use sophisticated protein modeling software that incorporates the relevant laws of physics and chemistry to find amino acid sequences that fold into stable forms and have specific functions.

NOT ONLY COMPUTERISTIC any more,
they INSERTED IT in REAL E.Coli !!!!!
To check the accuracy of their design, the researchers synthesized the DNA sequence that produces the protein, inserted it in E.coli bacteria and determined that they produced the protein and it folded properly.

I wonder how much MONSANTO and VENTER are going to ab-use this in their experiments ....

OIL-DRILLING FAILURE UPDATES

(Tnx to breezy)

Brazil could slap fines of more than $145 million (105 million euros) on Chevron over its oil spill, and the US energy giant could be barred from operating in the country's deepwater fields, officials said Tuesday.

Chevron oil spill fallout still being assessed-experts
Nov 23, 2011

* Spill illustrates risks in tapping offshore frontiers * One of two by U.S. companies in foreign ops this year By Kristen Hays Nov 23 (Reuters) - Chevron Corp's (CVX.N) efforts to contain an oil spill at its prospect offshore Brazil appear to have worked, but it is too early to say whether the accident is a major setback for offshore producers that push technological limits to tap crude, experts said. "This is not something that's going to encourage people to give kudos to the industry for safety," said Nansen Saleri, CEO of Quantum Reservoir Management in Houston and former head of reservoir management for Saudi Aramco. "It's definitely not in the positive column. How negative it is depends on how Chevron and Petrobras (PETR4.SA) manage the situation," he said.

snip

The incident occurred on Nov. 7 after the drillbit hit an
unexpected pressure spike, causing oil and drilling mud to rush up the wellbore, Chevron said. Chevron shut a blowout preventer atop the well to stop the flow, but that force could have fractured brittle rock along the wellbore, giving oil a sideways route out to natural upward crevices, Van Nieuwenhuise said.

snip
NOT THE ONLY ONE Similar incidents recently have affected other oil companies elsewhere.

A ConocoPhillips offshore operation in northern China's
Bohai Bay sprung two leaks in June
.
The first happened when the company injected water into a
well to boost oil production, overpressurized some reservoir
layers, and created cracks to a fault through which oil and
drilling seeped out. The company reduced injection operations and the fault sealed itself, spokesman Rich Johnson said. The second leak, like Chevron's, occurred after ConocoPhillips unexpectedly drilled into a pressure zone. The company shut the well, increasing pressure in some higher layers that opened cracks for oil and mud to seep out. ConocoPhillips plugged and sealed the well.

Krispy, you say you are not welcome on CH a Ni. Well, I have to say that you make yourself not welcome by doing what you do.

I asked very nicely that you leave that one find/article for CH a Ni. I had my reasons, and now you've placed me in an awkward situation. It's all public domain, and I cant stop you or anyone else from doing it, which isnt an issue normally.

You have chosen to stay here, and lurk on CH a Ni, and cut and paste material as you see fit. You have chosen not to contribute there.

I have left small snippets over the last few pages and months to follow up on, from fresh input(s), as this thread has just been treading water for months, as no-one will post here, and instead you have just done cut and pastes from work/ideas we have generated on CH a Ni. I was told not to bother, and now I wont.

I just asked one thing of you. Leave it there.

Funny how you use an entire page to describe a pointless, unrelated, piece of trivia, jamming square pegs in to round holes to make them fit, - but this piece you write one line, - and credit it to yourself.

There's a right way, and a wrong way to do everything, and the wrong way is to keep trying to make everybody else do it the right way.

Oh, and the note above where you thank TX Patriot, (who ever that is?), and "just happenned to be thinking about them"....

Hello BHD,
I only used the LINK with NO reference to your text that went along with it. I even approached it totally different then your post 'there'. I talked about the melatonin and frequencies,
and you talked about other stuf NOT even mentioned in that PDF , but what you concluded out of it.

I didnt CREDITED YOU coz of what you asked 'over there',
all the other times I credited the ones who posted it .. wheter it was from here on GLP or from at C's.

With all respect I DIDNT WANT TO and ON PURPOSE DID NOT copied your post !
This link could have been found easely in a google-search when looking for Melatonin and Schumann resonance, so I dont see the problem.
That you dont agree with my approach as stated above the link why it is a area of attention for TPTB, well thats just a difference in opinion. And thats okay.

Dear BHD, I know that there are people looking for information here on GLP to post over there as well.
The fact that we are different forums doesnt mean that we are not allowed to share eachothers findings in a look for answers.
I post for the the greater help of all, and so can things that I post be used or talked about elswhere. No problem.

Well all I can say about TX P, was that I indeed was going through the resume's and saw his name, and then it suddenly was here on the thread ... that was a nice thing I found at that time.

Again: I did not violate any of your words/text typed on C.
I used a link yes out of that specific post, but since you asked what you did on C I did not credited you this time ... all the other times I did credit all C-posters.

I dont know about your other 'small snippets over the last few pages' left behind over there. I was only attended on this post of you, with relevance to melatonin and schumann resonance.

I am sorry you feel hurt and disrespected.

Now I am currious as to WHY this [not copied text of yours] has to stay a secret ? Why cant you share what you know/think/were told ?

Its a bit creepy hahahaha, but I am glad to see you :D

I will do some research on it later today when I come back from a lot of appointments in my agenda.

If I remember correctly, then this is about that robot they desinged to penetrate the ancient LAKE under the ice ... it will take samples and vids, and send the results to the researchers. This robot will stay in the lake forever to prevent contamination. There was a special procedure that it melted itself through the ice, but behind it it would freeze over again, to create a STERILISED way of reaching the lake without open contact with our world.

Am I right ?

G00GLE search on "melatonin schumann resonance" :
[link to www.google.nl]

many hits ...

You found my approach bagger ...
but in this link is said exactly what I was pointing at :

[link to www.lifetechnology.org]
As the Pineal Gland is affected by changes in the Earth's magnetic field, so is our hormone production. In particular, Melatonin, an important Neuro Hormone and oncostatic (cancer surpressing) agent, is not produced in the absence of the Schumann Resonance in outer Space and its production is throttled in the presence of electromagnetic pollution.

The reasons why TPTB want to influence the Schumann Resonance by all the electromagnetic pollution around us, so that our hormonal systems which INCLUDE MELANIN and MELATONIN >>> which was inportant in relation to AUgie.
If TPTB distord our melatonin/serotonin cycle balance and by distortion of Earths resonance [also possible with EM-pollution] they prevent us from up-dating and staying in tune&balance with Earth and the Sun ...

Electrosmog interferes with this natural frequency. In particular "pulsed" microwaves ie "digital" Mobile Phone Frequencies seem to have the ability to overlay or drown out this natural pulse. As high frequencies are here modulated by a pulse within the Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) range, it is this pulse which has been shown to interfere with the natural rhythms within the brain, Constant periodical stimuli influence biological oscillators (Zeitgebers) in the brain) which play important roles in biological regulation pathways. It would appear that the Schumann Resonance acts like a natural tuning fork to our biological oscillators.

So Melatonin seems to have a very close link with the "Optimum Biological Frequency Resonance". It also has been established that the Schumann Resonance is in some way a "window frequencies" for growth hormone release. If we take on board that the natural frequency is gradually being drowned out whilst our biological systems are still tuned into that frequency, then we must look for ways in which we can tune ourselves back into that frequency. It might be our only chance of maintaining a healthy immune system.

When we consider the possibility of a future governed by technology mainly involving pulsed microwaves, the outlook is frightening. But it is only frightening when we chose to ignore the simple fact that we are electromagnetic beings sensitive to electromagnetic radiation. Everything depends on the right frequency. The right frequency can enhance, whilst the wrong frequency can destroy.

THAT was MY intended approach.
Yours was totally different ...

So again I did not disrespected the question not to post what you revealed at C.

Phobos-Grunt, failed mission.
Space craft contained both Russian and Chinese equipment and modules.

While it’s now too late to send the ship on its original mission, alternatives, such as visiting Earth’s moon or landing on a near-Earth asteroid, have been put forward by various experts.

On Tuesday, Vitaly Davydov, the deputy head of Russian space agency Roscosmos lent some weight to the possibility of a Moon expedition by saying that “it would be reasonable to focus” on it.

However, today, Phobos-Grunt chief boffin Alexander Zakharov of the Space Research Institute said a near-Earth asteroid mission could be a better option.

“Research of an asteroid is more reminiscent of our initial task than Moon research. [The Martian moon] Phobos itself is more like an asteroid and scientific equipment was made for that purpose," he said.

Yesterday, the ESA got telemetry data from the craft that might have told it why the engines failed to fire to send Phobos-Grunt towards Mars, but it was unable to decode it.

"If we assume that the spacecraft may be reanimated... then we may choose some near-earth asteroid and send the spacecraft there," he said. "However, such mission requires extensive preparations. We would have to calculate the orbit and study energy issues, it would take months."

Re-animated. "the organism and its residue has re-animation properties". Certainly an interesting choice of words there.

If the Phobos/Grunt mission was infected with the Stuxnet virus, which we now think is a quantum digital version of the organism, then a mission to our moon may create a splashzone on Luna.

This would certainly tie Bezerk in with CH a ni. (if it goes down like this.)

RE: MYSTERIES of ANCIENT NEW ZEALAND and THE PACIFIC
---snipped quotes---

They just discovered recently billions of dollars worth of iron, in the black sands off the coast. Ive been told the old waikato river used to empty out at manukau heads(futher up the coast), Iron there two, within the sand, for miles out to sea.

The waiuku steel mill was rumured to close down few years ago, now...there is talk of building an other steel mill in the region, major campanys have already started the survaying, and consultation with local iwi to mine it.

[link to www.stuff.co.nz]

Iron in the fire

Ready to think big? Well here is one project you won't have heard about. Forget coal, gold and oil, New Zealand's traditional resource strengths. Forget even the rare earth metals that Energy and Resources Minister Gerry Brownlee was recently getting his tongue in a twist about when proposing the opening up of Schedule Four conservation land for possible mining.

Instead, think iron. Think a $30 billion a year, country- transforming, export business.

We have black sand just sitting out to sea all along the North Island's west coast, from Wanganui to Auckland - 10 billion tonnes
at least, the experts say. This ironsand came spewing out of our coastal volcanoes. Plenty more washed down the Waikato River from the volcanoes inland. And now, with China expecting to double its iron and steel consumption over the next decade, could be the moment to harvest it.

Interestingly I found a possible connection to King Nebuchadnezzar's dream, the one where the statue was hit by a rock, the feet, were made out of Iron and clay, the feet on the statue could symbolize its foundation/old world order?.

An other possible referance in biblical revalations is the beast that stands with one foot on land, and one in the sea, from space new zealand looks like two foot prints, one of them foot prints was once underwater(north island), the statue could represent the old world order before it was brought down by an object strikeing the feet(new zealand?). The one foot in the water, could indicate a time period.

Sea in biblical symbology, means a muiltitude of people, resonateing with the evidance that suggest there was a muilty cultural sociaty living here in the past.

biblical Prophacy seems to me, to be a history lesson.........encorperateing the law of everything has a opposite, and can be seen in contrust between two points, yin/yang.

And History is prophacy, His-story.......

many things are mirrored, muiltydimentional.

Being very windy around here lately, good for sending up kites, mind threads traveling on the wind.........

SOMETHING THAT WAS RELEASED AND USED (TESTED) IN THE GOM,
IS ABOUT TO GO VIRAL/GLOBAL :

SYNTHIA was the first,
she was followed by cousins,
and now the family expands drastic.

The FRANKEN-CELLS of Craig VENTER:

An 'Operating System' That Runs on Cells Could Create Whole New Life Forms
[link to www.popsci.com]

the team is trying to create a “reprogrammable cell” that can act as the in vivo cell equivalent to a computer’s operating system. In other words, they are trying to create cellular software that would let researchers alter living cells without changing their hardware.

...

Scientists could easily and quickly program cells to perform all kinds of tasks as well as create wholly new forms of life not found in nature customized for various uses. That’s another way of saying the “operating system” would allow for rapid prototyping of life forms, saving the time and energy currently consumed by returning to the drawing board each time researchers need a cell with a new function.

...

OR... could be attacking the internal body of humans ...

I SAY : BRRRRRRRR... scary ... and BEZERK.

The Kilobots are coming.

Computer scientists and engineers at Harvard University have developed and licensed technology that will make it easy to test collective algorithms on hundreds, or even thousands, of tiny robots.

Called Kilobots, the quarter-sized bug-like devices scuttle around on three toothpick-like legs, interacting and coordinating their own behavior as a team. ...

Once up and running, the machines are fully autonomous, meaning there is no need for a human to control their actions.

The organism is quantum. Stuxnet is simply a digital version of the organism, all pervasive.

It has now found a means of jumping to our moon, and will do what it needs to do - reanimate it, and create a living world.

Phobos grunt is communicating jibberish atm, but it is communicating with something. It is also rising in to a higher orbit.

Regardless of whether the space craft falls back to Earth, you can bet both probes will go to the moon, or a near Earth asteroid, probably both, as when Luna leaves, we will need a replacement.

Physicists propose search for fourth neutrino

In the proposed test for a fourth neutrino, a small electron antineutrino source (blue) located at the center of a large liquid scintillator detector would be used to bombard a target. The red curve represents the oscillation of the antineutrino rate as a function of the distance within the detector. If the bombardment involves sterile neutrinos, interactions of the electron antineutrinos would show a spatial modulation of a few percent over a few meters.

Pic shows this large liquid scintillator detector.

(PhysOrg.com) -- Physicists know that neutrinos (and antineutrinos) come in three flavors: electron, muon, and tau. In several experiments, researchers have detected each of the neutrino flavors and even watched them “oscillate” back and forth between flavors. But starting in the early ‘90s, some experiments have also revealed a nagging anomaly: muon antineutrinos oscillate into electron antineutrinos at a 3% higher rate than predicted.

Physicists can reconcile this discrepancy by adding a fourth neutrino with a specific mass, although such a move would require modifying the Standard Model, the theory of subatomic particles that has taken decades to build. In a new study, a team of physicists thinks it’s time to put the question of the fourth neutrino’s existence to the test.

more at source:
[link to www.physorg.com]

They have been wondering about this for a while now, guess they figured out the way to determine if this is what's causing the anomaly.

(Thought you folks might be interested, but this stuff is completely over my head. lol)

(...) Schindel is organizer of the biennial International Barcode of Life Conference, which is being held Monday in the southern Australian city of Adelaide. The fourth in the conference series brings together 450 experts in the field to discuss new and increasingly diverse applications for the science.
Applications range from discovering what Australia's herd of 1 million feral camels feeds on in the Outback to uncovering fraud in Malaysia's herbal drug industry.

Schindel leads a consortium of scientists from almost 50 nations in overseeing the compilation of a global reference library for the Earth's 1.8 million known species.
The Barcode of Life Database so far includes more than 167,000 species.

If only they had barcodes for "Corexit-contaminated" DNA barcoded seafood , and "Oil-soaked" DNA barcoded seafood .... redface

Barcode of Life ???!?!?!?!?! wtf That sounds really creepy when not only aplied to the 'certifying the authenticity of delicacies'. BRRRRRRR ...

"NOT DNA-test EVERY FISH" ... so whats the point ?

"The Barcode of Life Database" ---> So he is creating a new ARC OF NOAH ???!?!?!

Considering what a large business seafood is, one would think this info would be brought to the markets attention.

Also, wasn't there something about turtles didn't do to well with their DNAcoding?

As part of its mission, the craft was carrying a small amount of bacteria to test whether selected organisms can survive in deep space - the Living Interplanetary Flight Experiment (LIFE).

hi

Kilobots are leaving the nest

The Kilobots are coming.

Computer scientists and engineers at Harvard University have developed and licensed technology that will make it easy to test collective algorithms on hundreds, or even thousands, of tiny robots.

Called Kilobots, the quarter-sized bug-like devices scuttle around on three toothpick-like legs, interacting and coordinating their own behavior as a team. ...

Once up and running, the machines are fully autonomous, meaning there is no need for a human to control their actions.

No need for a human to control their actions??? Wonder if these little fellows have a shut off switch?

GREAT CATCH Isis !!!
And this time its not the Chinese they can pinpoint/blame this on ....lol....
But this exactly sounds like the type of tech they wanted to direct in China's shoes ... like the swarms of "coordinated"/"instructed" jellyfish ...
but the JELLYFISH are still BIO/lifeforms ... while this KILoBOTS are ARTIFICIAL !

I wonder if Venter is IN on this, and if the ODESSA-group used these critters against AUgie ????

Isis, every SYSTEM has a weak spot and is TURN-OFF-able ... if you know the right sequence for the algorithm.

They have been wondering about this for a while now, guess they figured out the way to determine if this is what's causing the anomaly.

(Thought you folks might be interested, but this stuff is completely over my head. lol)

Restaurants plan DNA-certified premium seafood
November 27, 2011 By ROD McGUIRK , Associated Press

snips:
(AP) -- Restaurants around the world will soon use new DNA technology to assure patrons they are being served the genuine fish fillet or caviar they ordered, rather than inferior substitutes, an expert in genetic identification says.

There will be many more "species" that have REJUVINATING and CELL-REPRODUCTIVE and CELL-REVERSAL [highly active RNA] abilities ...
Its most likely not only limited to Jellyfish BHD ;)

I am convinced that if our 'junk-DNA' was working full-force, we would have the same ability again !

No wonder that craft is 'taken over' ...lol... I dont think it is allouwed to INFECT Space [Phobos-Mars] with bad-bacteria :)

Imo, the AUganism is in no way the same as Stuxnet, they might have both quantum abilities and properties,
but stuxnet is still an algoritm and created by humans ..
AUgie is living and organic too, stuxnet isnt.
AUgie is beyond ancient ... stuxnet is modern. Imo.

So you are still stuck thinking the organism is a physical entity. It is a 'function' of our universe, and is everywhere, on all levels. All pervasive.

We (Humans) have stupidly, and arrogantly let it out to perform its natural function via artificial splashzones.

Phobos Grunt was not the first attempt to draw the 'function' off world.

The last attempt also resulted in a sattelite falling back to Earth.

That one crashed through the helipad of the Deep Water Horizon, and settled on the ocean floor of the GoM.

The immortal jellies are the default complex organsim of this planet, and through amazing efficiency, can breed billions of new lives if necessary, ready to take on what ever programming is provided to create many new life forms.

But this should not be happening to a planet already terraformed eons ago, with complex life forms already in existance.
