Fire spreading....

Newsflash on Dutch MSN video they are now worried for the nuclear power plant in Voronezh, Moscow region.

Snip from article....

"Trenches are being dug and trees felled around several nuclear facilities, news agencies reported. At the Russian Federal Nuclear Center in Sarov, 300 miles (485 kilometers) east of Moscow, fire reportedly breached the perimeter of the huge territory on Monday. The blazes were being doused by water-bearing planes and hundreds of firefighters were working to keep the flames away from any facilities."

Nothing about vaccinations being imposed here in the UK at least. And as I am one of the 'vulnerable', ie: I have Asthma, I was supposed to be one of those given the swine flu vaccine, but never received a letter etc. Would have just thrown the letter away though.

Was surprised to see 'Bush Fires?' in Russia, haven't heard of that happening on such a scale before.

BTW, I see the USA has refused to sign the Cluster Bomb treaty.

BP has covered the Gulf with two million gallons of Corexit containing butoxyethanol, which is a carcinogen that is useful as a solvent for resins, lacquers, varnishes, and enamels. In other words, it can dissolve plastics.
nj.gov/health/eoh/rtkweb/documents/fs/0275.pdf

OP reported buoys popping went dropped to the water. We think those were plastic buoys.

Remembering the flocking OP reported on the French submarine and curious whether a plastic exterior coating on the sub might attract Corexit's solvent properties, the following is information a quick check shows about submarine exterior coating.

Submarines are coated with biologically active antifouling coating systems containing ablative cuprous oxide.
[link to www.nstcenter.com]

"The most successful principle in use today for the protection of ship's hulls against this unwanted growth is the release of bioactive materials from antifouling coatings.

Antifouling coatings containing a mixture of cuprous oxide and triorganotin compounds in combination with sophisticated release mechanisms are considered to be today's most efficient systems. ...... During the last decade, however, environmental aspects have become a top priority in the development of new biocides for antifouling coatings."
[link to www.sciencedirect.com]

Something on the underwater equipment being shown to us on BP cam screens is attracting bugs, or a type of flocking to that equipment.

We've never been told what is the "cargo" and are left to wonder whether the sub-flocking is due to the cargo.

Some of you reading know a little about submarines. Please give us your thoughts on whether the bioactive protective coating could attract another biological microbes to the exterior of submarines or underwater equipment. The Russian calibrator being discussed in this thread may simply be emitting charges through the sub hull which causes the microbes to be deflected.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1056444

Anti fouling PAINT is not used on modern rubber coated subs. A different system (Something like Ultrasonic, RF and /or magnetic) is used on the metal hull to repel barnacles through the rubber skin. It is a 'active' system, not passive like paint. The rubber coatings are also designed to be difficult for the critters to hold on to.

Something akin to electrolysis... I don't know what we used in the seventies on our subs. I know the hull was HY80 steel, 8 inches thick, but probably had some electrical repellent system, like electrolysis to repel barnacles.

Come to think of it, the calibrator may just be a freuency adjuster for a ultrasonic or RF/magnetic antifouling system.

If this goo that the OP is talking about really can move on it's own, then it could be corralled if the field around the ships were large enough.

Why did that just make me think about the A Whale?

one other little thing that has been bugging me. It is just a thought. You can't gauge the PH (acidity) of oil. But when I checked it out on the web, I found that crude oil will change the PH of the seawater. It makes it more acidic.

If large amounts of water were to change it's PH, say over a asphault volcano, and this critter was in the volcano, could that be the reason that it able leave the volcano? That the PH is now acidic enough to make a viable environmement out in the water?

We are told that corexit is basically a soap. That much of it would sure affect the PH back to a more alkalyn level.

This is just another speculative tree to bark up...

Is someone setting them? Personally, I found the extreme numbers strange, and yes, I know it's quite hot there...but (my tinfoil again)

Wait a minute here....seems to me, that the US has it's own problems with heat, floods, fires, drought, etc...don't we?? and a huge oil spill in the GOM, that quite frankly could ruin the Gulf itself, several states, kill tens of millions of people, their lifestyles and all the animals/marine and otherwise, over the next 20 years or so...So is all of our devastation due to someone else's weather manipulation techniques?? The US is not the only ones who have that technology...and it seems to me that Tom Bearden wrote many years ago, that our own weather was being manipulated by the Yakusa of Japan....and others..Also seems that Wm Cohen, Clinton's Secretary of Defense, warned of such things in a speech way back in April of 1997....so now it's our fault that everyone else is having these same problems??? Interesting take Sorcha...and no I don't bury my head in the sand...I figure anything is possible...just saying we are NOT the only ones with that technology and the ability to use it...

Rim of the Pacific Exercise (RIMPAC) is the world's largest international maritime exercise. Since 1971, U.S. Third Fleet has lead this large-scale biennial (since 1974) exercise designed to increase mutual cooperation and enhance the tactical capabilities of participating nations in various aspects of maritime operations at sea.

RIMPAC 2010, whose theme is "Combined Agility, Synergy and Support," marks the 22nd exercise in the series. Major objectives include improving the readiness and efficiency of each of the participating units and exercising interoperability among partner nations that have a common interest in regional maritime security. By enhancing interoperability, RIMPAC helps to promote stability in the Pacific Rim region to the benefit of all participating nations.

Repeat participants include Australia, Canada, Japan, the Netherlands, Peru, Republic of Korea, Singapore and the United States. New participants this year include Colombia, France, Malaysia and Thailand. Observer nations will be Brazil, India and New Zealand. RIMPAC training operations will include participation by 32 ships, five submarines, more than 170 aircraft and 20,000 personnel. The United States Third Fleet, commanded by Vice Admiral Richard Hunt, is responsible for overall exercise coordination, although individual units remain under operational command of their respective national commanders throughout the exercise.

There is indication that A Whale was used to disburse Corexit at sea level, rather than overhead spraying from planes. At the beginning, too many people were complaining about the overhead spraying.

A Whale was a tanker and the slits cut in the side when it was modified were just about right for spray guns. We watched it zig zag in the area around DWH, where we were told it was on trial for skimming oil off the water. BP did stop the overhead spray, is my understanding. The Elephant, sister ship, could have been the on-water refueling container so that A Whale did not have to go to port to refuel.

Breezy,
I think that a special group of holes with asses is in every country acting like "ONE ASS HOLE" to torture the people of all countries. Their goal is not limited to their own nations or patriotisme ... they only serve 1 diety and 1 flag only ;)
They want to cauze chaos and diversion. If we go suspect the russians or chineese or Japanese to be countable for the temps in the US then THAT is exactly what they want to happen > create ruptures between humans and friends.
HAARP has become the ultimate cloaked enemy .. it kills thousands with EQ's, fires, drought ... and it is able to destroy the ionosfere and tropsfere/???sferes ... TESLA'S WARNING !!!!!

The A-SS-HOLE-S dont mind who is killed, as long as many are killed they are according plans.
