Tnx Freebird for the partial re-posting of information ... and for the personal view you shared :D
Your link has not been posted but the content was copy-pasted as you can see in the quotes below.
Thx anyway !! :D

@ Tutu
Yes it was mentioned/posted before .. if I recall by Hans our Magnificent US-German :D
He and others made the link to the Germans and WWII. It was posted that it was also linked to secret routes they used in that time. And the suggestion was made that maybe the Odessa Fleet was using these secret routes also ...

the map on the Odessa Protocals looks like NWO domination map, dividing the spoils.....

anywho I found ODESSA and like it.

ODESSA, (from the German Organisation der ehemaligen SS-Angehörigen, “Organization for Former SS Members”) is believed to have been an international Nazi network set up toward the end of World War II by a group of SS officers in order to avoid their capture and prosecution for war crimes. Several authoritative books by those involved in the U.S. War Crimes Commission (including T.H. Tetens and Joseph Wechsberg) have verified the organization's existence and provided details of its operations. Wechsberg studied Simon Wiesenthal's memoirs on ODESSA and verified them with his own experiences in the book The Murderers Among Us. In the realm of fiction, Frederick Forsyth best-selling 1972 thriller The Odessa File brought the organization to popular attention (the novel was turned into a film starring Jon Voight). Forsyth's ODESSA smuggled war criminals to Latin America.

The purpose of ODESSA was to establish and facilitate secret escape routes, later known as ratlines, for SS members out of Germany and Austria to South America and the Middle East.

In a note, persons claiming to represent ODESSA claimed responsibility for the 9 July 1979 car bombing in France, which was aimed at anti-Nazi activists Serge and Beate Klarsfeld.

-And Hans added some info

Odessa was/is a semi secret group of veterans and others who are suspected of all manner of skullduggery against the current government in Germany. They are rumored to want to continue the Third Reich. I have always been of the opinion that all they do is get together and drink lots of beer.

hey Hans et al

The Leage of Nations (number 14 in OP's message) and Odessa are linked !!!!See this google for the many results :
[link to www.google.nl]

Maybe OP is trying to tell that those countries decided to use these old "routes" ... on their way to THE MISSION.
If so then I told the US their secret :(
Sorry OP !

ODESSA and CRESCENT MOON linked on 1 page ...

See highlights in text:
[link to webcache.googleusercontent.com]

"The Goeben under the German flag at Constantinople in a neutral Turkey would be at best interred and of no future value or service to Germany. There was no way that they could steam back to Germany. Why not take advantage of the Turkish outrage and give them to Turkey, while at the same time they stayed officered and manned by the German crews. On August 16, 1914 the Crescent Moon flag of Turkey fluttered up the masts of Goeben and Breslau with Goeben becoming Yavuz Sultan Selim and Breslau becoming Medilli.

In September, although Turkey was still neutral, the Goeben and Breslau sortied into Black Sea looking for Russian ships to sink. At the same time the Russian Black Sea Fleet sortied to the Bosporus, looking to sink the new nominally Turkish warships, however no contact was made. On October 27, 1914 all of the seaworthy Turkish/German warships steamed to the Crimea to launch a preemptive attack on the Russian Fleet. A torpedo attack was launched upon the Russian ships in Odessa harbor on October 29. Goeben proceeded to Sevastopol to sink the Russian ships in this, the prime port of the Imperial Russian Black Sea Fleet. However, alerted by the attack on Odessa, land batteries drove her off. After this attack Russia declared war on Turkey on November 5, 1914."

So the Odessa-Protocols and Odessa Fleet are linked with Russia ... wich has the lead in the decyphering of the CargO ...

More interesting on ODESSA :
[link to webcache.googleusercontent.com]

snippets :
- (...) it passed into the domain of the Ottoman Sultan in 1529 and remained in Ottoman hands until the Ottoman Empire's defeat in the Russo-Turkish War of 1792.
>>> Ottoman was connected with the Crescent Moon flag ...
- During the Soviet period it was the most important port of trade in the Soviet Union and a Soviet naval base. On January 1, 2000 the Quarantine Pier of Odessa trade sea port was declared a free port and free economic zone for a term of 25 years.
- The city of Odessa hosts two important ports: Odessa itself and Yuzhne (also an internationally important oil terminal), situated in the city's suburbs. Another important port, Illichivs'k, is located in the same oblast, to the south-west of Odessa. Together they represent a major transport hub integrating with railways. Odessa's oil and chemical processing facilities are connected to Russia's and EU's respective networks by strategic pipelines.
- Today Odessa is a city of more than 1 million people. The city's industries include shipbuilding, oil refining, chemicals, metalworking and food processing. Odessa is also a Ukrainian naval base

ODESSA and ISRAEL & USA connection :
- Following the Siege of Odessa, and the Axis occupation, approximately 25,000 Odessans (mostly Jews) were murdered in the outskirts of the city and over 35,000 deported. Most of the atrocities were committed during the first six months of the occupation which officially began on 17 October 1941, after the bombing of the Romanian HQ and the subsequent brutal response of the Romanian military.[9] After this time period, the Romanian administration changed its policy, refusing to deport the remaining Jewish population to extermination camps in German occupied Poland, and allowing Jews to work as hired labourers. As a result, despite the tragic events of 1941, the survival of the Jews in this area was higher than in other areas of occupied eastern Europe. During the 1960s and 1970s the city grew tremendously. Nevertheless, the majority of Odessa's Jews emigrated to Israel, the United States and other Western countries between the 1970s and 1990s. Many ended up in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Brighton Beach, sometimes known as "Little Odessa".

Odessa has many international relations.
Odessa is twinned, has sister and partner relationships with many other cities throughout the World

So an ODESSA fleet and protocols are not hard to mention in this situation, between the participating nations and country's ... even Israel ....
Odessa is connected with oil and gaspiplines and chemical processing facilities ... in russia and the EU.

Oh my! Gone for a few days and just look at what has happened!

lol Something must have cut close to the bone in the last hundred pages or so, because the "disruptors" suddenly took up residence instead of simply passing through.

Now, curiosity will force me to sift through those preceding pages with a fine tooth comb to see if I can locate this nugget having so much sand kicked over it!

Regarding the 'BUZZER' UVB 76.

I found the following post at another 'alternative' site. It is probably the best explanation that I have seen to date.

Posted 16 June 2010 - 05:18 AM

I spent some time reading a Russian website that HAM radio operators use. They discussed UVB-76 back in 2004. Apparently, what it is, is that the station is located in a building outside Moscow. This building relays orders via morse code telegraph lines to the various enlistment offices of the military. The radio station just does the Buzz noise over and over. It doesn't broadcast anything except the buzz. Why? Well, if you are sitting in the duty room of one of the Russian enlistment offices, you wait for the morse code to come in from the telegraph. When it comes in, you give it to the duty officer, and he looks at a one-time-pad card to find his instructions, etc. But what would happen if the telegraph line was cut or power was lost from the building to the line? The guy receiving the message wouldn't know about it unless he tested the line or looked to see if it was receiving power. He might not notice for hours and miss important instructions. Especially important when you think of when it was built (At least the 70's) and the risk of nuclear attack. So the Russians use a circuit that when power is dropped on the telegraph, the radio comes on, and the officer hears the buzz (It's like an alarm). And they are expected to press a button and listen for orders from the radio, rather than the telegraph.

Likely there were only a few times in history where it was necessary to issue orders over a dead telegraph line. They don't need to test voice communication because the buzzer provides that. (It's a buzzer playing over an open-mic. So they know the mic works, etc just by listening to the buzzer.)

You might wonder why they wouldn't use a telephone instead of morse code. Probably because it's a very simple system to deliver orders even when under nuclear attack. Even if the building was wrecked, someone could use remote power and a telegraph to deliver orders to all of the enlistment offices (If they had the keys to the pads).

Things are changing in the world...more and more people are waking up all over the world, and like all the other processes going on, this awakening will also go exponential.
Centuries of negativity are being brought to the surface for cleansing. TPTB are very suprised and anxious that this transformation is succeeding despite their best efforts to the contrary. It is easy to get disillusioned with all the negative info on the net, but I think threads like this are invaluable for connecting dots and bringing together such a talented group of people each with their own expert knowledge, to shine light in dark places...PTB hate that.
I'm inclined to give OP the benefit of the doubt, I feel he is sincere, and in the event he is not...wouldn't he then be the real loser?

Yes I saw that. Certainly no broken pipe and initially nothing, just brownish on the surface inside the top in one light white in the other, very quiet. When I saw a tiny belch from the inside of the riser,[ which happened after a few minutes of the BOP's removal], they CUT THE FEED DEAD!!!!!!!!

Some of the folks trying to decipher the morse code on UVB-76 are saying they are getting lat/long coordiantes for the Arabian Sea tonight.

Maybe a reference to something happening in the Gulf of Aden?

Can you post a link to where this discussion is taking place please...

Dear Marie Guma-Diaz,

Thank you for taking the time today to talk with me about cstars and its role in presenting radar satellite images to the public on the Deep Water Horizon event.

I am putting together a freelance article for a local publication, xoxo News and Review, and I was interested why cstars has stopped publishing images online since 18 Aug 2010.

I have found that NOAA/NESDIS is no longer using radar satellite images to track surface oil in the GOM, and I was wondering if their decision is effecting your research:

Re: Something Just Went BEZERK in the Gulf of Mexico. The US Navy just sunk a French Submarine
A Collogue asked me to post this link today on the BEZERK thread at Godlike Productions.
I Found a few BEZERK threads in search. I Assume it was meant for this thread.

Thread: <<< ALERT! >>> My Observations and sources indicate another Major Event to occur on or near 26 June 2010 TIME PLOT TO PORT OR DIE

19 April and onwards:

- NASA experiences problems with Voyager 2

- The earths frequency increases by the biggest jump since technology was able to record it
- Volcanic ash and threats of eruptions to effect Europe

*- NASA experiences problems with Voyager 2

[link to www.nasa.gov]
snip:
...The first changes in the return of data packets from Voyager 2, which is near the edge of our solar system, appeared on April 22. Mission team members have been working to troubleshoot and resume the regular flow of science data. Because of a planned roll maneuver and moratorium on sending commands, engineers got their first chance to send commands to the spacecraft on April 30. It takes nearly 13 hours for signals to reach the spacecraft and nearly 13 hours for signals to come down to NASA's Deep Space Network on Earth.

Have aliens hijacked Voyager 2 spacecraft
IT left Earth 33 years ago, now it's claimed the Voyager 2 spacecraft may have been hijacked by aliens after sending back data messages NASA scientists can't decode.
NASA installed a 12-inch disk containing music and greetings in 55 languages in case intelligent extraterrestrial life ever found it.
But now the spacecraft is sending back what sounds like an answer: Signals in an unknown data format!
The best scientific minds have so far not been able to decipher the strange information – is it a secret message?
Alien expert Hartwig Hausdorf said:"It seems almost as if someone had reprogrammed or hijacked the probe – thus perhaps we do not yet know the whole truth"

*- The X-51A Waverider is launched {what "wave" is it supposed to "ride"}

X-51 Waverider makes historic hypersonic flight
[link to www.af.mil]
snips:
...The flight is considered the first use of a practical hydrocarbon fueled scramjet in flight.
...We equate this leap in engine technology as equivalent to the post-World War II jump from propeller-driven aircraft to jet engines."
...Mr. Brink said he believes the X-51A program will provide knowledge required to develop the game changing technologies needed for future access to space and hypersonic weapon applications

Radical hypersonic glider vanishes above Pacific
[link to www.theregister.co.uk]
snip:
...Pentagon crazytech agency DARPA also has aspirations to use technologies from the HTV programme in airbreathing scramjet missiles or even re-usable manned aircraft. The parallel X-51 WaveRider scramjet project, intended to deliver hypersonic jet engines able to run on normal-ish hydrocrabon fuel rather than troublesome hydrogen, has been delayed into this year.
However some engineers involved with it think that the X-51 engine may - in addition to working at hypersonic speeds - be able to light up while still merely supersonic. This would open the door to future runway aircraft, which would operate subsonic and supersonic using ordinary turbojets and hypersonically on scramjets. The turbojets might form part of the scramjets, as in the case of the legendary SR-71 "Blackbird" turbo/ramjet spyplane of Cold War fame.
For now, though, last week's disappearance of the HTV-2 above the Pacific would seem to indicate that DARPA's hypersonics engineers may have pushed the envelope a little too hard in their quest for improved performance.

*- Horizon DEEP explodes on the day X- 51A is launched
Official dates :
DWH : On April 20, 2010 a Transocean oil rig (Deep Water Horizon) leased by BP (British Petroleum) exploded killing eleven ...
X-51A : This was confiusing coz the official flight was the 27th ...

Only the dates of DWH explosion on the 20th of April and the launch of the X-51A on May 26, 2010 are NOT MATCHING ... ????
I think it has to do with the "official" launch and the REAL launch ... BESIDES I think it was linked with that HOLE in the HELI platform of the rig !!!!
Many people thought it was fired at from OUT OF SPACE/sattelite orbit range ....

*- Solar flare erupts

Huge solar eruption caught by SDO!
[link to blogs.discovermagazine.com]
snip:
On April 19, 2010, NASA’s newly-launched Solar Dynamics Observatory caught a massive eruption on the Sun, called a prominence, as it blasted millions of tons of 60,000 K (100,000° F) gas off the surface of the Sun. Check out this amazing footage as the material blows upward, then rains back down onto the Sun’s surface.

*- NASA spots "artificial object" in space

Approaching space object 'artificial, not asteroid' says NASA
[link to www.theregister.co.uk]
(with illustration of trajectory)
snip:
...According to the NASA experts:
Observations by astronomer S J Bus, using the NASA-sponsored Infrared Telescope Facility in Mauna Kea, Hawaii, indicate that 2010 KQ's spectral characteristics do not match any of the known asteroid types, and the object's absolute magnitude (28.9) suggests it is only a few meters in size.
The mysterious artificial object has apparently made a close pass by the Earth, coming in almost to the distance of the Moon's orbit, and is now headed away again into the interplanetary void. The object has used no propulsion during the time NASA has had it under observation. However the spacewatch boffins believe that it must have moved under its own power at some point, given its position and velocity.

*- The earths frequency increases by the biggest jump since technology was able to record it

???

*- Volcanic ash and threats of eruptions to effect Europe

2010 eruptions of Eyjafjallajökull, and the threat of KATLA erupting
[link to en.wikipedia.org]
snip:
...Beginning on 14 April 2010, the eruption entered a second phase and created an ash cloud that led to the closure of most of Europe's IFR airspace from 15 until 20 April 2010. Consequently, a very high proportion of flights within, to, and from Europe were cancelled, creating the highest level of air travel disruption since the Second World War.
...By 21 May 2010, the second eruption phase had subsided to the point that no further lava or ash was being produced.
By the morning of 24 May 2010, the view from the web camera installed on Þórólfsfell showed only a plume of water vapour surrounded by a blueish haze caused by the emission of sulphurous gases.
Due to the large quantities of dry volcanic ash lying on the ground, surface winds frequently lifted up an "ash mist" that significantly reduced visibility and made web camera observation of the volcano impossible.[3]
By the evening of 6 June 2010, a small, new crater had opened up on the west side of the main crater from which explosive activity was observed with the emission of small quantities of ash.[4]
...On 20 April 2010 Icelandic President Ólafur Grímsson said that, "the time for Katla to erupt is coming close ... we [Iceland] have prepared ... it is high time for European governments and airline authorities all over the world to start planning for the eventual Katla eruption".[8]

*- Eurozone Meltdown

Eurozone Meltdown: "This Could Be the Last Weekend of the Common Currency"
[link to www.larouchepac.com]

...The death rattle of the Eurozone financial system continued to play itself out in full public view over the weekend.

*- Obama says:" TOP Scientist from around the World are investigating this problem(oil spill) and studying solutions and contingency plans" {this reminds me of Morgan Freemon's words in that movie DEEP Impact it think it was}

This has been already discused in here ...

*- TOP kill to be tried THREE times
...They publicly said they tried three times but from observations of the archived footage, it looks like they tried at least five times.

*- Korea Distraction

Many distractions have according to this point have been posted in this thread

...Sinking of ship provides welcome distraction for North Korea
...US Orders Blackout Over North Korean Torpedoing Of Gulf Of Mexico Oil Rig

*- Large scale mobilization and deployment begins for National Guard Units.

Many links to that : [link to www.google.nl]

*- Rumors of DEFCON 2 alert level

US Army moves to Defcon 2 Over Korea Tensions
[link to beforeitsnews.com]
snip:
...Heightened tensions in the aftermath of North Korea’s successful underground testing of a nuclear bomb Monday have prompted the US Army to move its alertness level to DEFCON 2,sources report.

*- oh, and before I forget The Year is 2010

2010: The Year We Make Contact, although the subtitle does not appear in the film itself. 2010 is a sequel to the 1968 film 2001: A Space Odyssey, and is based on Arthur C. Clarke's novel 2010: Odyssey Two, a literary sequel to the film.

posting of OP's information, The beginning of telling the world tha truth !

*TOP aka Time-Out Protocols x 3
The posting says : 'TOP kill to be tried THREE times'
then :'TOP aka Time-Out Protocols x 3'

I know there were 3 attempts to seal the leak, Top-kill + junk shot + last one (dont know the name) it was capped.
Innitial it took them/BP 3 days working on the top-kill wich failed ... But this is not the information after !

Time-Out Protocols kill to be tried THREE times'

3 times a TIME OUT for what ??? FROM what ?
To stall time ?? Fror what ?

Or "time out-kill" in an other context ???? ... hmmm

This maybe:
NASA and the military have heeps of protocols regarding communication with extra-terrestials, mining and exploration protocols, planetary protection, etc ...
(i know you gonna think I am mad ... but hey , keeping options open ;) ... )

*DEEP aka Delivered Extinction-Event Protocols
An extinction event:
An extinction event (also known as: mass extinction; extinction-level event, ELE, or biotic crisis) is a sharp decrease in the diversity and abundance of macroscopic life.

Is the B3-CARGO-AUrganisme-premodial lifeform DELIVERED ?
A possible extinction event ? Or a "delivered PROTOCOL" to prevent extinction ???? (recent or ancient)

What intrigues me a bit, is how the Russians knew to expect the organism to likely appear in the GoM. Did they have access to other factions' intelligence traffic? Do they have knowledge of what triggers its appearance? Or both?
There was one post where the Russians requested French asset assistance with "inbound tracking" which was going to result in possible splash zones. I confess to speculating for a moment that maybe the organism was being "fired" at the Earth from above by someone or something.

who knows ...
