Re: Something Just Went BEZERK in the Gulf of Mexico. The US Navy just sunk a French Submarine
The easiest way for me to explain it to you is this:

CGI "sprayed" upon and in to a cloud of smart dust. Nearby satellites control the entire show. The technology is incredible and beyond the realm of your comprehension.
Quoting: Tangiers 1092017

I'm sure your active imagination will have some kind of creative excuse to answer the next question, or rather problem, with that idea; if it were just "painted smart dust" in space controlled by satellites, how does it appear to be in the right position and velocity from any arbitrary point on earth? In other words, how does it compensate for parallax due to an unknown observer's position?

I think I noticed that also.
My thoughts as I have said throught this thread has always been too much decoding. I often play about with the codes as I did with this one.
My Gf and Kiss, so it is a small g. So I put MGK to search and this is but one answer.

Isis posted the series of pics without comment on the board. What are we supposed to be seeing?

First consideration for much of the area in the Northern Gulf is that this is dumping grounds for old ordinance, some unexploded, and the area is also contaminated with industrial waste where it was dumped.

If someone thinks they got an idea, please spell it out. If it is relevant, we can check the US maps for the dumps and see if is in that location. One little problem, US admits that the maps may not be accurate because when some dumping took place it was not permitted and registered.

i believe op has set himself up for validation

kissinger suffering a heart attack will most probably hit mass propaganda (media) channels very soon if true

if it does...

well.. we can consider the rest of op's info with a little more faith

look for any mention of kissingers health

this is exiting

after 555 pages we might get a validation of source

:woowoo:

at my girlfriends Weekly Wednesday embassy meeting there was a topic discussed on the agenda which have direct bearing on our discussion. at the meeting a document delivered by A US Naval Attaché was discussed. The briefing heading said PPOG. basically it said that the US Navy has reactivated PPOG and that is why Missouri didn't follow the Paris protocol. The US Navy will still take action(coup) if massive and forced evacuations or martial law is called in and around the GOM theatre. They intend to block the white house. The army and marines are overstretched and far away to effectively counter a sudden full scale coup by the navy. The coast guard has confirmed that they will side with the navy. The Navy only expects limited compliance and even mutiny by the national guard when Obama gives the order for FORCED evacuations. Their main concern is the Us Air force. The problem is that some odessa members do not feel comfortable with the proposed new leadership of PPOG or its initiative. There is general mistrust. Everyone is worried.

Hey, well, #5 was the wrong one. Apologies, I meant #6. There is a mountain range on the left that has what looks like, to me, a wierd string of sinkholes(???) along the top ridge of the range. There is a similar line of sinkholed sown the Sierras that follow a really long system of caves.

As I was reading the OPs new piece I recalled reading this some time ago. I somehow think there is a plan afoot to implement martial law. I did post some time ago as to the US being hard pressed to fight on so many fronts. With the main bulk of the US military in over a hundred countries, even a bad general would wonder as to their own country's defence.

Continuity of Government and the "ENDGAME" Scenario

by Tom Burghardt

While the deployment of NORTHCOM and ENDGAME scenarios are singular features of the Bush administration's power-grab following the 9/11 attacks, its repressive architecture was built upon already-existing plans for suspending the Constitution and implementing a martial law regime.

During the urban rebellions of the 1960s and 1970s, the Pentagon drew up a series of blueprints for precisely those contingencies. Variously code-named "Cable Splicer" and "Garden Plot," the U.S. military and local police who served as Pentagon auxiliaries (falling under the purview of the military's chain of command) performed a series of exercises that envisioned the suspension of civil liberties, the rounding up of dissidents and their incarceration in detention camps for the duration of an (unspecified) "crisis."

During the 1980s, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) was designated the lead agency that would implement Ronald Reagan's 1988 Executive Order 12656, stating that COG procedures come into play in the event of "any occurrence, including natural disaster, military attack, technological emergency, or other emergency, that seriously degrades or seriously threatens the national security of the United States."

Some aspects of Reagan's Rex-84 "emergency preparedness" operations advocated rounding up and detaining some 400,000 "refugees," in the context, as Peter Dale Scott reported, of "'uncontrolled population movements' over the Mexican border into the United States."

Since then, but especially in the wake of the 9/11 attacks, the Pentagon has continuously updated--and trained for--their implementation. Indeed, one can view the creation of NORTHCOM as perhaps the single most important "mission critical" link driving current COG planning.

Cheney probably has his own cave, safe from anything that could disrupt his heart pump thingy. I find it amusing that hoards of "dirty hippies" touting free love and poking flowers down the gun barrels at war protests totally threatened the military-industrial complex. But then, they will use any excuse whatever to advance and strengthen their paranoid position....even - wait for it -----LIE.

Administration declares martial law to handle the refugees and force them to move. Then martial law everywhere to bring all resources and forces to deal with refugees. Also to deal with dissident military factions.

End of the Constitution. The social planners then have the power to implement any government they want.

That sounds too nasty.

The change in government has already been implemented over the past ten years. Your local "Council Of Governments" is the same thing as Continuity Of Government, where a corporation (the local council) controls funding of infrastructure projects. Basically, all that your local elected officials are voting for is whether to implement a leash law for pets and which days of the week the land fill is open.

Forced zoning is controlling property assessment for tax purposes and if "they" want your property, tptb will tax you out of it. Our local citizens would not stand up to this change over to fascism, trying to be "nice" and properly follow the laws. A lot of them will not understand when they get a property tax bill that they cannot afford to pay and end up paying rent somewhere to a Chinese landlord.

Happy to see the same hard working folks At it so Long on this Thread.. . from the Beginning and 3 times over People Are turning into Cosmos and naval experts Kind of like a great novel ending Up a movie and hands in the Popcorn. Noted that the Ones who have been here from the Get go have Offered some much to this thread. .. isis has some nice pics really good for the data thats been gathered, the regulars here have given so much time and some awesome results. some Zealous Unkind folks Leave huge amounts of Unwanted material and Try to stir up Ill feelings among others who read the important Material Everyday. Over 500 some odd pages in how many weeks,, something has to be said about that. keep up the good work folks fishing has been really slow. looks like a real busy time in the cosmos with all the space boulders dont you all think ? too close for comfort and too late before they are seen. all of our technology floating high above and cant even keep an eye on them rocks. night you all.
 Quoting: 6 String Woodie

For some time I've wanted to suggest that "B3" or the "cargo" is not the actual organism, but is one three bo mbs which had been placed to detonate and close the cavity; that the organism and nano-bots had attached to the cannister/container for the bo mb, just as they have some other undersea equipment.

Early on, somewhere there was an explanation how the bo mbing would be done, and that there would be three. One a percussion, or some such, one for something else, and the 3rd was a small nukit to "glass over" the area for a seal.

If B3 is a bo mb, then that explains the special engineer on the French sub releasing some sort of remotely activated locating device.

If B3 is a bo mb, then the ODESSA group had agreed to put the 3rd one back in play, and now have backed away from that idea as no longer being feasible.

We would have a better idea of the position of many of the players if we'd go back and check news items from about December forward. For instance, consider that the US occupation of Haiti likely plays into this oil drama theater.

I wasn't confused at all (for once;-). The USN attache said that the Missouri didn't comply with Paris Odessa protocol because the USN was implementing the PPOG. It only makes sense to me if PPOG (written on the document delivered by the USN attache) stands for Proactive Preemptive Operations Group. The circumstances of the Missouri action, mentioned earlier in the thread may have been unclear at the time, but, imo, this latest OP transmission gives us the needed clarity.
