And, then along came BP, Halliburton and Transocean in opportunistic action based on the JIP research, did drill with speed and without reasonable safety precautions into the depths of the Gulf of Mexico to pre-empt the research and the safeguards in order to benefit themselves for profit and personal gain to individuals associated with these companies.

Not so unusual though. We've had some here on the Leeds and Liverpool canal, 60 miles of it.

Inbound splashzones:
were refered to as comming from ABOVE ... Notice the word "TRACKING"

Besides I think that words with a : at the end of beginletter are part of code, it seems in this post of OP that they also refer to a different direction of speaking to ... a message behind (sometimes within/between) a message ...

3 levels here :

-subs
-direction where to find info

I wonder if there are SATELLITE problems again this time, just like times before ....

Hi ALL

First of all I would like to thanks you all for creating a most informative thread. I however think that op is jerking our chains. Since all messages are in code he/she can say anything means anything. When something doesn't pan out its not because of mis information by the OP but because we mis read the the coded message. If op know the code why doesn't she just spit it out instead of fucking with our heads. Pretty convinient set up if you ask me. Twisting the meaning of a thread to fit the events.

So again I will say just post the facts mam. Why not, you know the code. Playing silly games. Well I will continue to watch the thread ignoring OP post and decodeing related to them because the rest of you come up with such interesting information. Should I find something of interest I will post it. Thanks once again to all. Rken

Based purely on recall, the chronological order will have the initial steps for the research early in the past ten years, the setup for JIP and the setup for SERPENT. Thunder Horse went in, with a lot of development problems, at about this time. News articles from last fall start announcing the research findings and exploration. Then we have the push for BP permits and the BP source acknowledged "rush" to drill the great depths.

Haliburton (Dick Cheney, et al) operates in both ventures, SERPENT and JIP, and is the cross-over source in information from JIP to SERPENT. I find final research reports from JIP, but not from SERPENT.

It appears that SERPENT will be the claimeed source of research and development for BP. We need to see the SERPENT reports and their activity logs. We know that BP refuses to release mud logs from drilling on the DWH rig because this can document their criminal activity. Someone could attempt to make up some logs for SERPENT, but that should be difficult.

Every corp-o-rat and organization official involved with the oil spill and the drilling cracking the ocean floor have got to be charged with murder, prosecuted and punished for their capital crimes.

I want all the assets of these people to be confiscated and used for remediation and benefit of those who are suffering. Families of the guilty should be left penniless and have to work for their living.

If my schedule allows, perhaps in a few days, I'll post the documented date sequence for action in connection with research in the GOM and the exploratory drilling.

What I could find about satellites that might fit in somehow :

According to Novosti kosmonavtiki forum, the launch is planned at 03:30 UTC on September 8th.

Rockot Prelaunch Processing: Final Stages.

Rockot launcher undergoes processing for the lift off from Plesetsk with Gonets-M spacecraft aboard in early September.
The spacecraft is mated with the Breeze-KM upper stage. Fairing incapsulation will be the next stage, to be followed by integration with the booster unit at launch pad.
Gonets-M spacecraft maintain digital data transfer, GLONASS positioning data, as well as e-mail services, RIA Novosti informs.

www.roscosmos.ru/main.php?id=2&nid=10205&lang=en

Russian Rokot carrier rocket with three satellites blasts off from Plesetsk space center
[link to en.rian.ru]

snip:
"Russia currently has a total of 26 Glonass satellites in orbit, but two of them are not functional. The system requires 18 operational satellites for continuous navigation services covering the entire territory of Russia and at least 24 satellites to provide navigation services worldwide.

By mid-October, a total of 23 satellites are expected to be operational.

Something about these satellites and the mediareporting is not RIGHT !!!
I will post what people on the forum I have those links from are saying and observing :
[link to forum.nasaspaceflight.com]

Chris or others

How does the Gonets satellite fit in the Glonass system. They operate in different orbits and perform different functions. At least thats what I understood from Gunters page on Strela and Gonets?

How are these two projects intertwined?

**

They aren't!

The report mixed Gonets-M with GLONASS-M, but these systems are completly different. Gonets-M is a low earth orbit store-dump communication system, while GLONASS is a intermediate orbit navigation system.

**

So Gonets-M has no relation to GLONASS, despite all the Russian reports saying it is, and none of our Russian friends on here correcting it?

What the heck, even Rosmoskos has "the Gonets-M satellite is intended to provide digital user terminal GLONASS positioning data, as well as electronic mail services"

Changing the article, but that's absolutely unbelievable and very unprofessional of them when you can't even trust the Russian Space Agency's own site. Thanks Gunter!

Image of the Week: Indian SSKs
[link to webcache.googleusercontent.com]

The image above depicts three Indian Navy Kilo SSKs berthed at Mumbai. Kilos are capable brown-water weapons platforms, being extremely difficult to locate in shallow-water environments. India's Kilos can fire variants of the Club cruise missile family, giving them a standoff attack capability. India's navy is currently undergoing a deep modernization, with two carrier decks planned (one being the refurbished second-hand Admiral Gorshkov from Russia), the Arihant SSBN undergoing trials, and an Akula SSN hull being acquired from Russia. The rest of the surface fleet is seeing modernization as well, ensuring that the Indian navy remains a viable combat arm well into the 21st Century. Carrier decks and long-endurance SSNs will enable India to develop a true blue-water force projection capability, likely intended to counter Chinese developments in the same area.

--------------------

Well okay .... now I am realy going off to bed.
I just tried to find some information connecting SSN - 18 and satellite and vessel information in september 2010.
I dont know if I am right but it was sure interresting again ...

In the Chronicle-thread of ACO (on pag 9, I think) and the postings of "Cobalt is blue" in this thread (which I looked into and found linking information) you could see that satellites seem to be a part of this game ...
(Dhlos a.o. posted about them here also)
The word DEEP in that one gigglelink rang some bells (see Cobalt is blue posting).

Maybe in the next days we will learn if and which satellite(s) had failures around the date of OP's relevant posting ... But maybe it was not about failure but launches ... or what satellites could "beam down" (inbound splashzone) ....

[link to abcnews.go.com]

The article is msm from yesterday. Anybody want to guess what's happening that on September 12, 2010, we finally got a public report that the oil is there, but in the water and on the ocean floor?

Something's up with this.

"Researcher says all 13 core samples are showing oil from the spill.

Oil from the BP spill has not been completely cleared, but miles of it is sitting at the bottom of the Gulf of Mexico, according to a study currently under way.

......
All 13 of the core samples Joye and her UGA team have collected from the bottom of the gulf are showing oil from the spill, she said.

.....
"If we're seeing two and half inches of oil 16 miles away, God knows what we'll see close in -- I really can't even guess other than to say it's going to be a whole lot more than two and a half inches," Joye said.

This oil remaining underwater has large implications for the state of sea life at the bottom of the gulf.

Joye said she spent hours studying the core samples and was unable to find anything other than bacteria and microorganisms living within.

"There is nothing living in these cores other than bacteria," she said. "I've yet to see a living shrimp, a living worm, nothing." "

Is the g'ment preparing for an explanation for shutting down the Gulf?

When you force evacuation of hundreds of thousands, or millions of people, how do you explain "You can never go home again."

How do you explain that? Think about it.

What would you feel and what would you do if you were forced out of your home and told:

To my knowledge, the ABC news report yesterday is the very first time that the general public has been given information that the oil is still there and that the sea life is being permanently (for our life time) killed off.

The people do not know.

The great majority trust the government and the msm news media. They refuse to believe anything that is not in the "regular" news.

Well, now they've got it. It'll take a little more time for the information to sink in. tptb have their reasons for allowing the publishing of news that the oil remains and the Gulf is dying. Something's up.

Re: Something Just Went BEZERK in the Gulf of Mexico. The US Navy just sunk a French Submarine
look at this picture.

nice splashzone in the direction of the hole in the ground.
notice the red dirt on the road, same direction as the burned houses.

What do you suggest is the meaning of the red dirt? That's the color of the dirt at my house.

its spread only in one direction, so probably no explosion, in that case material would have made a more cirkelwise spread

Re: Something Just Went BEZERK in the Gulf of Mexico. The US Navy just sunk a French Submarine
thanks nex. icaught a snippet of the news tonight(sbs i think) about the oil plume in gulf. A female scientist was explaining how the plume had in fact penetrated he silt layer on the sea floor a number of inches deep. it had killed all but bacterial life. This is nothing new to readers of this thread. but what she said next i found disturbing.she was asked that because her and her colleagues discovery of the oil plume had been attempted to be covered up, did she expect this latest information to be covered up too. "Absolutely" she replied.
I was a bit stunned that this info on main stream media, isnt causing riots on the streets. what is your American govt doing about this. I know that fluoride in the water keeps people conciliatory ,but you guys need to give your govt a good kick up the bum.
I should add that it was the govt and bp,in this report, that tried to suppress the inforation.

That's not red dirt, it's the red foam that they spray from tankers over wildland fires. This fire had all the ferocity of a wildland fire, and the did attack it from the air as well as on the ground.
