Zero ships is a bad sign, maybe there going to ignite the methane bomb or the hurricane is due.

for 9 hours now, zero ships

double hull, yes its last 10 years common to build tankers like that

general info

no ships appear to be in GOM at the location

all the transponders off ? or they are really not there?

link: [link to www.marinetraffic.com]
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 979825

Generally very few ships, except home-based tugs have been in the Louisiana area since the end of August. Hundreds of ships left at that time and huddled in the Galveston/Corpus Christi area. The ship traffic has not returned to Louisiana or the area of the oil spill.

When the pattern of ship changed from we had seen to be "normal" Woodie told us there had been a "TKO."

Given this major change in ship traffic, a rational person cannot believe the "everything is OK, come on in the water is fine" bull spouted by paid BP spoutsters.

That is interesting if true.the methane levels must have gotten too high.
 Quoting: childoflight

Or, that radioactivity is now measurable on the surface of the water. Maybe, both. High methane levels and water is radioactive at the surface level.

I'll bet it is making the energy it needs to do something real soon.

spend hours to look for any news. can you all try do the same. call relatives overthere? something is going on
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 979825

I've contacted the few I know and have had friends call and contact family/people that they know down in the Gulf area.

It appears that about 95% of the population think the Gulf situation is under control because that is what they've been told. Those who continue to warn about the health issues and demand transparency are considered to be the ones who don't have reliable information.

After the ABC report last week that the oil was still there, but underwater, a couple of people called acknowledging that it must be true. They wanted to know what else was going on that hadn't been told.

So what about costa rica???

also wonder why it isn't reported in marine traffic?

found this anyway:
Gazing at Medusa
Topic: Extreme Life 04/20/07
Scientists have discovered a new 'black smoker' 8,500 feet underwater along the Pacific Ocean floor off Costa Rica. Now dubbed the Medusa hydrothermal vent field, this deep sea environment supports many unique organisms, including some species that may be previously undiscovered.

Are you suggesting that heat is a by-product of half life and the decaying process of isotopes?

We are aware that there has been very heavy spraying of Corexit in that area to keep oil out of the water intake. Apparently, there is a desalination plant for part of the public water system.

The spraying information became public when a couple of people with swimming pools complained that they were breaking out in a rash after swimming in their pools.

Something like that. It would need to build up energy to be able to do fusion for example. Once it builds a 'critical mass' of energy, it could release it to make fusion and then have the energy levels it needs for something, God knows what. Active movement? Activity as a splashzone? to create a underwater low friction tube for craft to travel at super speeds underwater? I don't know.

Much of our media is owned and controlled by an Australian ...Rupert Murdoch.

In 1985 Murdoch became a United States citizen to satisfy legislation that only United States citizens could own American television stations. This also resulted in Murdoch losing his Australian citizenship.[26][27]

the states have the east and the west coast...in between are bible bashers...i waqs ther about 5 yrs ago and was ask where i was from...i sais australia....would you believe what bthe response was?....is that on the east or west coast! unfuckingdelievable the stupidity of most yanks
