The primary focus of this deployment will be ballistic missile defense (BMD).

The United States seeks to deter war; but whenany country starts hostilities or conflict, theUnited States defends itself and its allies.National military strategy rests on threebasic pillars: DETERRENCE, FORWARDDEFENSE, and ALLIANCE SOLIDARITY.When deterrence fails to prevent an enemy’sattack, the United States responds in one of fourforms. It (1) meets force with force at the pointof attack, (2) increases the intensity of the conflict,(3) alters the geographic width of the conflict, or(4) controls the duration of fighting.

Look and consider what the Beasts in London are bringing down upon the heads and freezing homes of the people of Britain:

"Britain generates most of its energy from coal and gas fired power stations. All the power stations import most of the coal they need and only half of the country's demand for gas can now be supplied from the North Sea. This raises questions about how secure our energy supplies are for the future and how much they will cost."

wanst it "foiled chop-choi" that you said ?
Did you wanted to say that the CHINESE foiled the attact on that rig ???

And ... wait ...
OP said that the SAS did the job on that first rig ... and the officials wanted to blame the (N or S ???...sorry) Koreans for it,
but maybe that korean vessel was there in an attemp to foil that first SAS-action too ????
And now with that second rig the foil succeeded .... and was the crown prevented in jet another disasterous event ?
Why would they wanna blow up an other rig anyway ?
Want they more oil to spread ?
For food-supplying something, or for covering up more fisures and seafloor changes ?

Might be handy to pinpoint that 2nd rig according to where the DWH blow-up was ....

Wonder if that foiled attact is connected with the chinese briefcases-date comming near ?

Snips:

The group of Ex-military witnesses and a leading researcher, who has brought them together again, will discuss the national security implications of these and other alarmingly similar incidents and will urge the government to reveal all information about them. This is a public-awareness issue.

Declassified U.S. government documents, to be distributed at the event, now substantiate the reality of UFO activity at nuclear weapons sites extending back to 1948.

The press conference will also address present-day concerns about the abuse of government secrecy as well as the ongoing threat of nuclear weapons.

WHAT: Noted researcher Robert Hastings, author of UFOs and Nukes: Extraordinary Encounters at Nuclear Weapons Sites, will moderate a distinguished panel of former U.S. Air Force officers involved in UFO incidents at nuclear missile sites near Malmstrom, F.E. Warren, and Walker AFBs, as well as the nuclear weapons depot at RAF Bentwaters.

Re: Something Just Went BEZERK in the Gulf of Mexico. The US Navy just sunk a French Submarine
I contest the statement that "It is irrelevant whether BP did it...."

It is very relevant.

The people who have deliberately destroyed the Gulf of Mexico are corp-o-rat madmen who need to be stopped.

I don't excuse the criminals who kill innocent victims. My point is simply that the source of a bomb becomes quickly irrelevant to its victims. The cataclysmic change is going to happen regardless of who plays bad guy. Much better for each person to deal with that truth than to get caught up the futile blame game. Too late for that now. As the fact becomes clear to more people, some will consider spiritual realities while others will angrily curse God and hide in caves which will become their tombs. The only reason that I attempt to say anything is because I think each person should have the right to choose for himself how he will face the inevitable. Some members of my family choose denial and somnolence; I don't argue with them lest I get held responsible for their choices. My path might not be theirs at all. So, I really don't care what anyone does with information I provide. I'm dropping pamphlets from 30,000 feet. Each can do with it what he will; I'm long gone.

While some may choose to deal with options for the inevitable situations facing being a "victim," I choose to hunt down, and take out the madmen to stop escalation of insane actions against my descendants who survive the "cataclysmic change."

Naming names does wonders!

Just asked this question: How many days does it take USS Decatur to go from San Diego to Middle East/Persian Gulf?

Answer:...travel will be 20 knots or so. speeds of 25 knots or more can be construed as an act of war

Additionally, the distance from San Diego to the Persian Gulf is
about 12,000 nautical miles and could be covered in about 25 days at
a sustained speed of 20 knots.

Sept 21- leave San Diego
Oct 15- arrive Persian Gulf

guess if they go a little faster, they could make it by OCTOBER 13

New Biosphere Reserves

Climate change is on the rampage, devastating many countries with different phenomena such as violent storms of unprecedented strength and rising sea levels that threaten to devour lowly elevated countries. If left unattended, climate change may grow to an extinction level event. To answer to the call to take action, the United Nations, as the biggest organization of independent countries had launched its campaign for the shift to sustainable energy also sometimes called clean or green energy.

Sustainable energy is the act of providing energy that sufficiently meets the demands of today without sacrificing the capability of the next generations to meet their needs come their time. All renewable energy sources such as such as plant matter, solar power, wind power, wave power, geothermal power and tidal power usually fall in this category. Sustainable energy sources may also include technologies that make energy generation more efficient. Conventional fission as well as other types of nuclear power can also be classified as sustainable. Such classification however, is very controversial because of the different dangers nuclear power brings along such as peak uranium, radioactive waste disposal and the risks of disaster due to accident, terrorism, or natural disaster.

The United Nations being the global leader for the advancement of sustainable energy has started helping create and develop sites for enhancing current techniques as well as developing new methods of generating green energy. The UN has recently named 13 more international sites dedicated to the development and testing of alternative approaches to environmentally sensitive economic growth, bringing the total number of such sites to 534.

The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) had announced that all 534 sites are now focused on the advancement of biosphere technology, which involves the process of turning common waste into green electricity. The UN, in a press release, defined biosphere reserves as "places to test different approaches to integrated management of terrestrial, freshwater, coastal and marine resources and biodiversity," the UN agency said in a press release."

One of the latest Biosphere Sites is located in San Fernando, Philippines and aims to introduce the production of green electricity in the country, and other parts of the globe.

Yep, Valiant Shield just ended yesterday.

“Valiant Shield is an exceptionally valuable exercise for the expeditionary strike force team,” said Rear Adm. Dan Cloyd, Commander, Task Force 70 (CTF 70). “It’s a unique opportunity for the carrier strike group and amphibious ready group to train together in a multi-dimensional threat environment, culminating with a series of live-firing events and forcible entry operations from the sea.

Valiant Shield presents a unique scenario taking place over water instead of land where aircraft have bases to operate. The scenario requires a different approach when conducting training.

guys i apologise if i came down on you too hard
its just that im very taken by the situation as i feel apart from the regional catastrophe it is a global event
hence i will tell what i 'believe' to know

my personal life is hurting due to time i have put into this thread over the past 3months or so

i try to post only clippings of info that match to 75% (on my scale) avoiding distraction as much as possible (no one is perfect though)

so yes my dear friends (and eagle eye krispy;))
almost everything with H.M. in front is considered hostile (not always openly) by the odessa pact

the chinese are as the op said (i think) playing dice, never showing their true colours
it was they who sunk one sas dingy (of the two) and stopped the situation from being irreversible (to the larger extent)
after a second but foiled platform incident

my sources indicated an escalation of hostilities between the ancient rivals china and japan with public media visibility by the end of this or the beginning of the next month (basically now)

my best appraisal is that the diplomatic pouches contain china's 'get out clause' in an attempt to de focus global outcry for their pre planned actions (et has something to do with it too), all major embassies have received the chinese timelocked envoy suffice a few (less than a handful;)

the four theaters all wish to be connected (for those with an understanding) in order to complete the planetary grid for the receiving of info from the 1 source, to be followed by one of those 'evolutionary leaps' that the sciences have recorded before in the flora and fauna of the planet.

we are all but children in the garden
we have all done our part destroying our wonderful blue sphere either by intent or misguidance or ignorance
the time has come to decide
which side of the dividing line do you stand on?

you must awaken and be the wise adults of the neighborhood

something is happening
something beautiful
with or without us
decide...:

These reserves are to become buffers to keep the sheeple from being connected (keeps those nasty revolts down).
There is an organization called the Club of Rome (1961 I think). I saw plans in an eye opening article about how the US would be divided in regions- 10 to be exact- and each of these regions would be cut off from each other via these buffer zones. Statehood would be obsolete. Also, the Nations of the world would be grouped. I will post the info...I need a few min. to locate.

47 in the United States - U.N. Biosphere Reserves
[link to www.citizenreviewonline.org]
Each of these Biosphere Reserves, and new reserves yet to be designated, are to be connected by corridors of wilderness, surrounded by "buffer zones," which are surrounded by "zones of cooperation." People are to be moved into "sustainable communities."

Snip :
Why is the government using every excuse it can muster to grab the land of private individuals? The government cannot implement the international agenda if individuals are allowed to do what they please with their own land.

- On 2 June 2010 , the MAB-ICC decided to add 13 new sites from 15 countries to the UNESCO's World Network of Biosphere Reserves (WNBR) which now counts 564 sites in 109 countries.

Darewin Amio Ocampo is a technical writer for the Search Engine Optimization Department of True Bio Electric - a company belonging to the True Green Energy Group. TBE converts your waste into clean green electricity using the revolutionary Biosphere Technology

I will post the info...I need a few min. to locate.

While some may choose to deal with options for the inevitable situations facing being a "victim," I choose to hunt down, and take out the madmen to stop escalation of insane actions against my descendants who survive the "cataclysmic change."

Naming names does wonders!

WOOF!

Good response Tutu ;)

I don't mean to indicate I'll set out with a snip er to do murderous actions, because that is not necessary. At first, they always laugh and ridicule. Woof! Woof!

Corp-o-rats hire lawyers to protect corporate names and logos for a reason. Public perception is important.

Individuals have critical limitations. There is, however, amazing power in will power combined with perseverance and stamina. It is my choice to not be a victim, but to hunt down the murderers and shout their offenses to the pubic and make them known for what they are.

The ending is not up to me.

It looks like things might get bumpy for us all, if just half of this is for real.

The Chinese do owe the Japanese some payback. The Japanese were too cruel to the Chinese during WW2.

China has been playing the waiting game for there revenge & they feel the time is right with the USA down at heel & so out of luck money-wise.

all the usual suspects are heavy investors in ngo's concerning these so called 'reserves'.

the un like almost all other governing bodies around the world has been hijacked though either:

consent
threat
execution

the outlandish antics of the few people most call 'the system' have gone on since the 50-60s without reprisal or true change

and we wonder now how 'the wool' was pulled over our eyes?

collective humanity is a dumb toad sitting 'hapily' in the water filled pot SLOWLY reaching boil

Re: Something Just Went BEZERK in the Gulf of Mexico. The US Navy just sunk a French Submarine
A snip from the article about The Club of Rome and the NWO.
Snip seems long but the article is huge and full of fascinating info.

"However there is one group among several that seems to be spearheading just such a move again. This group which "first met in Rome in 1968 at the invitation of Aurelio Peccei, a prominent Italian industrialist, claims to have solutions to world peace and prosperity which seem to promote world government at the expense of national sovereignty." Gary Kah, Enroute to Global Occupation, (Lafeyette, Louisiana: Huntington House Publishers, 1992) 40. This group is the Club of Rome (COR)."The Club of Rome has been charged with the task of overseeing the regionalization and unification of the entire world"(Ibid.). Impossible you say! (who ever dreamed the Berlin Wall would fall in our lifetime?) Please read on.The Clubs findings and recommendations are published in highly confidential reports to its members. On September 17, 1973 a confidential report was published by Mihajlo Mesarovic and Eduard Pestel, Directors to club members titled "Regionalized and Adaptive Model of the Global World System; Report on the Progress in the Strategy for Survival Project for the Club of Rome", M. W. (William) Cooper, Behold A Pale Horse, (Flagstaff, Arizona: Light Technology Publishing, 1991) 449. This report reveals that the Club of Rome has divided the world into 10 interdependent regions it calls "kingdoms". These 10 interdependent, mutually interacting, political, economic regions are listed below:Region 1:North AmericaRegion 2:Western EuropeRegion 3:JapanRegion 4:Rest of the Developed Market Economies (Australia, New Zealand, Tasmania, South Africa, Israel)Region 5:Eastern Europe, including RussiaRegion 6:Latin America and South AmeriaRegion 7:North Africa and the Middle East Region 8:Main AfricaRegion 9:South and Southeast AsiaRegion10:Centrally Planned Asia (Mongolia, North Korea, North Vietnam, ChinaCooper, Behold a Pale Horse, 453-456.To see a map of the ten "kingdoms" click hereThe report states "1. A COMPUTER MODEL OF THE WORLD ECONOMIC SYSTEM HAS BEEN DEVELOPED AND VALIDATED BY AN EXTENSIVE SET OF DATA..." This computer model also contains a world population model, an energy model, and a food production and arable land use model in terms of the same regions as the economic model. The report states "THE METHOD REPRESENTS A SYMBIOSIS OF MAN AND COMPUTER IN WHICH THE COMPUTER PROVIDES THE LOGICAL AND NUMERICAL CAPABILITY WHILE MAN PROVIDES THE VALUES, INTUITION AND EXPERIENCE...... SPECIAL ATTENTION IS PAID TO THE NORM CHANGING PROCESSES."(Caps in original).(Ibid. 451, 452). Another section of the report states "OUR EFFORTS IN THE IMMEDIATE FUTURE WILL BE CONCENTRATED ON FURTHER USE OF THE ALREADY DEVELOPED MODEL. THE PLANS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING EMPHASIS:(ii) IMPLEMENTATION of the regional models in different parts of the world and their connection via a satellite communications network for the purpose of joint assessment of the long term global future by teams from the various regions.(iii) Implementation of the vision for the future outlined by leaders.....in order to ASSESS with the model EXISTING OBSTACLES AND THE MEANS WHEREBY THE VISION MIGHT BECOME REALITY." (Caps in original)(Ibid.)"Referring to the Mesarovic-Pestel study, Aurelio Peccei, the Club's founder, states: Their world model, based on new developments of the multilevel hierarchical systems theory, divides the world into ten interdependent and mutually interacting regions of political, economic or environmental coherence......." Kah, Enroute to Global Occupation, 41. Note the emphasis on computer models and the great effort going into fine tuning the study of the economic, and political processes. The idea is to meld the world together so that sovereignty of individual nation- states is gradually eroded through treaties (multilateral regulations) and economic and political interdependence until the world economy and government are in the hands of a select group of people driving and controlling the process. Who is controlling the process? We can get a clue from a description written in 1957 by Alice Bailey, leader of the House of Theosophy who wrote that the world must first be reorganized (italics mine) into "Spheres of Influence" before it could be organized into a global government. Alice Bailey, The Externalisation of the Hierarchy (New York: Lucis Press, formerly The Lucifer Publishing Company, 1957) 209. The Club of Rome description of 10 kingdoms then is merely a modern outgrowth of the same plan and group described in The Externalisation of the Hierarchy. What do you notice when you look at the map? Did you notice that the USA and Canada are joined into one region i.e. "Kingdom"? How will this merger happen?"

-snip Dlos and krispy post-

-snip-

guys i apologise if i came down on you too hard
its just that im very taken by the situation as i feel apart from the regional catastrophe it is a global event
hence i will tell what i 'believe' to know

my personal life is hurting due to time i have put into this thread over the past 3months or so

i try to post only clippings of info that match to 75% (on my scale) avoiding distraction as much as possible (no one is perfect though)

so yes my dear friends (and eagle eye krispy;))
almost everything with H.M. in front is considered hostile (not always openly) by the odessa pact

the chinese are as the op said (i think) playing dice, never showing their true colours
it was they who sunk one sas dingy (of the two) and stopped the situation from being irreversible (to the larger extent)
after a second but foiled platform incident

my sources indicated an escalation of hostilities between the ancient rivals china and japan with public media visibility by the end of this or the beginning of the next month (basically now)

my best appraisal is that the diplomatic pouches contain china's 'get out clause' in an attempt to de focus global outcry for their pre planned actions (et has something to do with it too), all major embassies have received the chinese timelocked envoy suffice a few (less than a handful;)

the four theaters all wish to be connected (for those with an understanding) in order to complete the planetary grid for the receiving of info from the 1 source, to be followed by one of those 'evolutionary leaps' that the sciences have recorded before in the flora and fauna of the planet.

we are all but children in the garden
we have all done our part destroying our wonderful blue sphere either by intent or misguidance or ignorance
the time has come to decide
which side of the dividing line do you stand on?

you must awaken and be the wise adults of the neighborhood

something is happening
something beautiful
with or without us
decide...:

Rare North Korea meeting on Sept 28, eye on succession
[link to news.yahoo.com]

North Korea's ruling party will hold its biggest meeting in decades on September 28 to pick a new leadership, state media reported on Tuesday, and likely anoint an heir to the dynasty as Kim Jong-il's health deteriorates

...the conference would be held in Pyongyang "for electing its supreme leadership body...

Little is known about the young Kim, except that he was educated in Switzerland and that he reportedly possesses the same ruthless streak as his father.
In the event Kim Jong-il dies suddenly, analysts say his brother-in-law Jang Song-taek -- who is expected to be promoted to a senior role during next week's meeting -- will act as regent until Jong-un is fully ready to take over.

Victor Cha of the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington said American policy toward North Korea would remain steadfast, barring any "catastrophic events or miracles."
"The party conference's results may indicate a power transition, but there is little information as to what stage of the transition the conference represents," he wrote on the center's website.

"In short, we may see smoke, but we do not know whether this is the beginning of the fire or the end of it. U.S. sanctions on North Korea will not be eased until the regime takes significant steps toward denuclearization."

...

With North and South still technically at war, having only signed an armistice in 1953, regional powers are anxious to know what changes are afoot and who will command the country's nearly 1.2 million troops and another 7.7 million in the reserves.

- Wow , all major embassies ????

- hmmm yeah that planetary grid ...
do you point out to certain "gates" too ?

-Btw : I liked that posting from that woman who woke up speaking an other dialect ;)
