Re: Something Just Went BEZERK in the Gulf of Mexico. The US Navy just sunk a French Submarine
Spirals. I am dreaming spirals. That is when I know that a complex idea is coming together. My brain does it's best work in sleep.

Spirals are finally starting to come together for me.

It is turning into a idea that would make several theorists her jump for joy.

A compendium of ideas that fit. And all in the spirit of GLP thought processes.

I don't have it uite ready yet, but I wanted ya'll to know I am still on it.
 Quoting: Housedad

Welcome back Pops! We've missed ya!
Spirals, huh? Don't tell me a nutz&boltz guy like you is gonna venture into Sacred Geometry! Look out Universal Growth Template! One of the two times I ever had a voice-in-head event, it spoke these words: "Everything is spirals."
The other time was my deceased maternal grandfather....nevermind what he said.

Thanks...just scanned it briefly...I'm doing six things at once right now. Did you or Tutu spot anything for the Gulf?

I really thought the part about Iceland and that big glacier haven fallen off a few months back made an interesting connection as well.

But can that also mean that there IS enough warm water flowing through the oceans that Europe WON'T have a cold cold winter as we've all talked about, despite the Gulf loop stalling?

Undoubtedly the ocean currents are gonna be changing, but The Atlantic Ridge is too deep to be heating all that water, and the Gulf Loop was a main driver for the Gulf Stream, that eventually would get that warm water/air to Europe. Remember Woodster's humoungous wads of tar? Huge heat source.

It has to be more than just the temperature of the water. Water temperature less than boiling is not going to keep ships out of port. Plus, anyone can drop a thermometer and checks temps and report if only from beaches and piers.

The concern has to be with the actual water samples and what the test results show.

I sure hope so!I got to go in the claustrophobia tunnel then they sent me to Ultrasound Dept where I sat there reading old copies of "Ladies Home Journal" while all the pregnant ladies in waiting room stared at me. I know at least one of them wanted to ask me if I was getting sick in the morning yet. Nurse said Medical team would inspect results and let me know next week. At least Dr did not look at X-Rays and drop it on the floor screaming. I think they found a few bad ones and this is a CYA operation in my case. OK by me. I also have to go in and have some blood tests to check for kidney damage. I think I should get a Mo-Ped.
