It's happened before in that channel and a couple of commanders got the high jump for not paying attention. However, this is the first 'fly-by-wire' sub and I think it went out of control. Just hope the OS isn't Windows, because they might as well start over.

If that is the case heaven help all of us!Systems are only as good as their controllers.Maybe those at the virtual helm went to sleep or to the bathroom!
Just found an in-depth post dealing with this... One guy said that the Astute was in shallow water so shallow that he would not take his yacht there!!!!!

Fwiw, my contribution is dismal, but, I feel I should at least put it out here. I guess Housedad, has stirred up my sub-conscious. I had a dream early this morning that made only two words clear. "Myelin Sheath", and that this thing, whatever it is, somehow is important. -- it took me a few tries to even find how to spell it correctly. -- I usually don't put any stock in this, but, it felt important enough to share. Thanks all. Keep up the great work. CG

REMEMBER THE FRENCH SAILORS THAT WERE SICK AND DYING FOLLOWING ? CONTACT?
I believe that the gulf coast residents are being sickened by and are dying as a result of IDENTICAL CONTACT!
I think it is chemical though one can never rule out some type of bug....
Why should people have to be DECONTAMINATED......SHOES ONLY IF THEIR SHOES TOUCH THE WATER ON A CLOSED BEACH??
Dr Ott reports people dropping dead after contact with oil weeks before.... In her words "their esophagus' were being EATEN AWAY'!!!!!!!
Whatever affected the sailors is affecting the Gulf Coast residents and OP WAS TRYING TO WARN US!!!!!!!IF WE LOOK BACK SO MUCH OF WHAT HE OR SHE SAID IS TRUE!!!I HOPE THE ORIGINAL OP IS SAFE.read the first couple of pages where an AC warned him or her to BE CAREFUL!!!!!

I just read on Duncan's thread that he believes the Astute kerfuffle was due to Chinese mischief.

Any takers here?

No just sheer stupidity! They were in shallow waters and should have been further out go sea! They were horsing around and someone will be courtmarshalled for it!The sub was only 2 months old and has apparently already had a fire on board!I think it is ill fated to the extreme!!

when do too many coincidences make a probability for you;)
i never heard of a sub running aground because of tide movementlol, that in itself is a bad explanation

sudden loss of power (emp) could render a sub inoperative, i would say the rn was "lucky" ;) to have this happen to them at shallow waters, at least they can salvage some dignity

Of course I know we all realize that an attack by emp would be impossible to see...not like a bomb, or actual live fire....just as we know, that NO experienced pilot is going to deliberately fly a plane into the ground, we'd also know that no Commander is going to deliberately take his sub into shallow water, just to run aground...there must have been some sort of interference, from somewhere, that eliminated that Commander's control over his sub...

We all bitch about the MSM, and how all they do is lie to us...but in this case, we are all perfectly willing to take what they say about this incident, as the gospel truth...

We also talk about HAARP all the time, and ringing in our ears...so once again...maybe there is no such thing as EMP weapons...yep...that's the ticket...This was just a stupid, inept Commander and crew...sorry, not buying it...this was a serious warning to all the world's navies...look what we can do...and you are incapable of responding...Some have been working on EMP weapons since the late 40's...It's now 60 years later...wonder how advanced they might be by now..

We can even accept that the Great Wall, once activated can put messages out into space..and contact ET's but we aren't willing to accept EMP attacks are possible here on earth....whatever happened to....question everything... especially the "official account" rant

My son's pet is a toy that only goes potty outside, but for the last month has a strange condition on it feet. They took it to the vets, but the condition is an unknown one. The tiny little paws swell and are red, little Ringo licks them all the time. He started developing open sores. A Epson salt soak is the only relief for it. So pitiful, such a sweet little pup too.

Woah!!! Catching up on a few pages here..but saw this and instantly related to this poor puppy!
My son had a healthy, happy mix dog, about 65/70 lbs.
She liked to run the woods (son lives rural).

A few weeks ago Tinkers(dogs name) started acting lathargic and developed rashes on her nose that spread. The vet put her on antibiotics and steroids after blood work and 3 day
hospital stay. Vet stated it was an autoimmune disorder but said she had not seen anything like it before! She had labored breathing and had swollen lymph nodes and seemed to be confused off and on.

Days later Tinkers paws started showing irritation and bleeding and then the rashes turned to sores and became black lesions. He had her put down after $900.00 worth of
bills.

Still do not know what it was. This happened in Washington state.

Edit to say...the rashes and lesions were all over her legs, feet, face, and body.

My doctor checked my vitamin D level and it was low so I am on a supplement.I think that is safer than being outside in the sun these days as the air we breathe is poisonous and more so outside. The people I work with thinkthat the oil is gone and that I am crazy!I believe that a Genicide is occurring.Rather like murder it is a second degree Genicide but for those affected the result is the same. The Gulf water is hot and has been described as bubbling and there are videos of it BOILING LIKE ACID.Pcolagregg has the best video! This is methane of course and I think it is going to ignite one of these days when the concentration is sufficiently high!It already has in some places.Remember the second rig?The MSM is to blame for the peoples complacency.Thank God for this site those like it and for the blogesphere!Thank goodness for YouTube and I phones computers etc.As Dr Ott says if we keep making noise the disaster will not be swept under the rug like the Exxon Valdez disaster was!!!Please please take care and if you have the opportunity try to raise as many folks awareness as you can....

Interesting...I have been wondering if some of the evils coming out of the GoM are not associated to this.

Myelin Sheath disorders... a little info below:

"In adults, the myelin sheath can be destroyed by stroke, inflammation, immune disorders, metabolic disorders, and nutritional deficiencies (such as a lack of vitamin B12). Such destruction is called demyelination. Poisons, drugs (such as the antibiotic ethambutol Some Trade Names
MYAMBUTOL
), and excessive use of alcohol can damage or destroy the myelin sheath. If the sheath is able to repair and regenerate itself, normal nerve function may return. However, if the sheath is severely damaged, the underlying nerve fiber can die. Because nerve fibers in the central nervous system (brain and spinal cord) rarely regenerate, such damage is irreversible.

This is what happened to many of the Desert Storm vets.
Possibly some kind of bio/chemical agent.

Just as day follows night, a new age of enlightenment will follow the time of forgetfulness, denial and desolation.

Our DNA is not flawed, it is just not recieving the input needed to create a shift. Just like in the darkness before the dawn. You cannot see no matter how hard you try because the light is not forth coming.

We have arrived at a new dawn, but just as the dawn it arrives slowly with it bringing more light allowing our sight to behold thing with more and more clarity.

No one is to blame. It is just a cycle of forgetfulness. Religions and myths are attempts to leave reminders to us of what was and what will be again. This is not a time for fear and trembling but a time for celebration for a new day is about to dawn. Not just for us but for all life, which includes my pet rock. rken

what seems to stick in my craw is if this were an EMP incident, what caused an localized pulse to occur...

Is this part of China's new Great Wall weapon??? Does this imply that they (China) has the technology to create an EMP from the great wall to a satellite in space and return to a localized point on the Earth???

Was, and if so, why weren't other ships/electronics in the area not affected???

Don't get me wrong I think this is exactly what happened...

Cz

Also to add could this pinpointed EMP pulse have caused the original GOM disaster??? Which would cause electronics to shut down on the rig...

Ego? what ego are you speaking of COL?...I have said very little on this thread lately...and was stating MY opinion...so if I do that...I'm attacking someone, or showing I have a big ego?? Hey, I thought we were on the same side here...and it seems that there were those who weren't real shy about dissing Nexus' opinion...so it's ok for some but not for others?? I'm not allowed to agree with, in my personal opinion, a couple posters who have added a lot to this thread?? The mess in the gulf affects us all...not just those who live there...and perhaps what happened there, is just part of a very very big picture...

I have a g.kid who plays fast pitch...tournament in Medford, Oregon a couple week-ends ago..her/hubby go to a buffet restaurant twice...and she eats shrimp both times...one day later she has blisters on her lip and inside her cheek that swell her lip to at least 3 times the normal size..her cheek is obviously swollen(sticking out to here>>>>>) and she's in excruciating pain...Monday the doc says he's never seen anything like it, doesn't know what it is...but it is NOT an allergic reaction...some sort of infection...from what??? NO ONE KNOWS...he gives her anti-biotics and two weeks later she has nasty looking crusted scabs on her lip, and the swelling has finally gone down in her cheek...NO CLUE as to what happened to her...my suspicion...is the shrimp she ate...but once again...NO ONE KNOWS..apparently the shrimp served came from CHINA...I think they came from the Gulf...as the seafood supplier is International...so yes...I'm as concerned as anyone else as to what's going on in the Gulf, and with China as a whole..never underestimate your opponent...

Nano Chemicals and Morgellons
<snip>
If you did not enjoy "traditional" chemtrails raining down on you, you are not going to like the new version, which the United States Air Force promises will feature aerial dumps of programmable "smart" molecules tens of thousands of times smaller than the particles already landing people in emergency rooms with respiratory, heart and gastrointestinal complaints.

Under development since 1995, the military's goal is to install microprocessors incorporating gigaflops computer capability into "smart particles" the size of a single molecule.

Invisible except under the magnification of powerful microscopes, these nano-size radio-controlled chips are now being made out of mono-atomic gold particles. Networked together on the ground or assembling in the air, thousands of sensors will link into a single supercomputer no larger than a grain of sand.

...According to a U.S. military flier called Military Progress, "The green light has been given" to disperse swarms of wirelessly-networked nano-bots into the troposphere by remotely-controlled UAV drones for "global warming mitigation."

It is horrible and I would love to know where it is coming from.It has apparently been there all along and noone has listened to the captains who have reported it! Finally we have a photo!Someone must have flown into the no fly zone and gotten away with it and good for them!Hopefully it won't prompt anymore Corexit carpet bombing!I hope to God they can skim it off before it reaches the sensitive marshes........

Re: Something Just Went BEZERK in the Gulf of Mexico. The US Navy just sunk a French Submarine
Hi brothers, and sisters!

I´ve been watching the thread from a distance these days.
Got a consultancy ongoing, and my deadline is on monday...

But, man... that message about the "Myelin Sheath" has given me the most absurd goosebumps i´ve got reading something.
I remembered that I ALSO HAD A DREAM ABOUT NEURONES BEING AFFECTED BY THE GOO!! LONG BEFORE AGO, LIKE IN AUGUST!! OMG!!

Do we have any information about these "augies" being deployed , or embedding themselves inside the Myelin sheaths of any subject?? If these organisms can, in fact, mix their sub products into the neuronal gap?

LINK:
[link to psych.athabascau.ca]

The Myelin Sheath of a neuron consists of fat-containing cells that insulate the axon from electrical activity. This insulation acts to increase the rate of transmission of signals. A gap exists between each myelin sheath cell along the axon. Since fat inhibits the propagation of electricity, the signals jump from one gap to the next.

Multiple sclerosis is a neurological disorder that is characterized by demyelination of axons in patches throughout the central nervous system. This destruction or loss of the myelin sheath typically results in diverse symptoms. The symptoms are determined by the functions normally contributed by the affected neurons. Disruption of muscle control, speech, and visual disturbances are common.

The myelin sheath (a tubular case or envelope) gives the whitish appearance to the white matter of the brain. Myelin cells are included in the category of glial cells. Glial cells function to support the processes of neurons in a variety of ways. The glial cells forming myelin sheaths are called oligodendrocytes in the central nervous system and Schwann cells in the peripheral nervous system. The gaps (approximately 1 micrometer wide) formed between myelin sheath cells long the axons are called Nodes of Ranvier. Since fat serves as a good insulator, the myelin sheaths speed the rate of transmission of an electrical impulse along the axon. The electrical impulse jumps from one node to the next at a rate as fast as 120 meters/second. This rapid rate of conduction is called saltatory conduction. Myelinated axons are rare in the autonomic nervous system and absent in the nervous system of invertebrates.

Keep Going Bezerkers!!

I´ve been praying for all of you, sincerely!
