I received this via email the other day, and have only now received permission to extract from it:

Quote from email to me follows:

You might recall some years ago there were reports of scientists in Antarctica contracting some virus and there were several deaths and/or illnesses.
Ground penetrating radar had picked up a formation of metallic objects in the ground even deeper than the 2 miles of Ice, it was thought impossible to ever get to them, but my informant suggests that some years ago they managed to get to one of the objects. The formation was in the form of a spiral of which the outer arm reached into the island chain including Southern Thule (now you understand my interest in that place)
However the object they did reached was on the mainland in an area of warm thermal activity. Even so it was about a mile down and took some getting to, they had been working on it for several summers. They didn't know if these (aerials) were here from a previous civilization or if they were extraterrestrial in nature. I still don't think they know for sure!
Anyway he suggested when they got to this thing under the ground it activated itself and started sending out signals. Also he said the hole they had dug started to fill up with what they first thought was oil. So they took some samples and that's when several scientists died of some unknown virus they had contracted from contact with this (oil) well that's a guess again.

EndQuote:

Thanks for the links, very interesting distribution of permanent base sites (and territorial claims). The Pacific quadrant has almost no interest at all. There must be good reasons for this.

The only thing I like to add is :
I think that those who WATCH will not intervein UNLESS the global agenda of the galaxy is at stake. THEY NEED US in the alligning-proces of the Galaxy. The Watchers are waiting to see if we will reach the point of Elevation and Awakening and allignment on our own ... or if we are able to avert some things on the gameboard in a positive way. IF NOT they will come and help us reach that point, again with still the power in our hands.

I also heared of and believe in rules and laws that The Watchers have to hold on to ... to early interveinance or even "dominion" is not good for the energies in the Galaxy.
Just look at it like GM of Monsanto wich takes it toll on Nature and we are paying for that (unbalanced and respectless) interveinance !!!

The WATCHERS understand that our power and force will be the greatest when we achieve it on our own, just like parents are the most proud when their kids manage things on their own without interveinance. The frequency of the powersignature is higher when not interveined and achieved on one's own power ...

Sorry I lack the proper words, I hope you understand what I try to say?
Quoting: Krispy71

I believe you explained yourself well. I think what you say is equally valid and in view of the information disclosed about UFO interventions with nuclear silos quite probable. I think that if there is manipulation of us to the degree of almost direct interference then they (watchers) bend the rules to prevent the desired outcome. I do not know if there are any Universal laws that operate in this manner but I cannot see what else has prevented a direct take over.

I also agree that a raising of the mass consciousness is required, I think it is a reawakening of potentials we already have and have somehow forgotten to use. I think we are as a whole awakening and that TTWB have been actively suppressing with chemicals in the air, in food and water, with electromagnetic waves and constant media programming. Sadly still many are tuned into the program but it appears more and more are looking for answers outside of TTWB program.

I don't think the world will be destroyed as such but I can see it becoming very hard with many returning to the spirit before the worst is over.
Quoting: Mud

Nicely put Krispy/Mud...this is my understanding.
Pretty much a coming of age thing as a civilisation, a remembering as individuals.
The negatives are abiding to the letter of Universal Law rather than the spirit of it, but they have to get us(dupe us) to ask for that which is against our best interests, and hide in plain site what they are doing, (we did tell you kind of thing), but we are their worst nightmare...they know our potential and I think they have been suprised at the speed of awakening in many.
I think those sufficiently awake could be the focus for others in small communities as our higher abilities kick in, and when we are in full survival mode.

Yes it is very interesting. Maybe a way of remembering those great places when we have pole shift and everything is destroyed?

Could all ancient structures contain something ET that can be turned on and used for something? Bases in Antarctica get best signals from space according to NexEd's birdies.

Hey, just on pics found on Ggl Earth etc, remember, those sattelite pics are often years old. The most up-to-date ones used by the world wide emergency reporting site conveniently have cloud cover over anything interesting when zooming in...

I am betting 2001 was the year to as was a lot of medical emergencies at that time in the region.

edit to add: I missed the ORCA post (still catching up) It does add to the puzzle as does the naming pattern for bases there, the Russians used Vostok, their first space ship and what a happy accident to place that base on the lake and just across from the magnetic anomaly!

Fabulous link, thanks.

What really struck me is something said that is almost exactly what I said in Sickscent's "Demonization" thread, viz:

"W: Well, first things first. "These benevolent ETs" -- I don't actually like calling them "ETs"... I believe that these people are us and we are them."

Deep down, I feel that.

Secondly, it really seems to me that both the Chinese and Iranians are avoiding any "first strike" scenario, they recognise the game and they're not playing along. I'm rather hoping that the Chinese officials reported as being charged with treason a couple of weeks back were those pushing China to war in this scenario, players for the "Western" team who have been found out.

What greater power do the Chinese have but to say "we're not playing". The "Agenda" is immediately screwed, isn't it?Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1086360

Quoting: Krispy71

Let's be serious. The Chinese officials arrested for treason are likely to be those persons involved with allowing the publication of information on the underground nu clear storage facility (that was) under The Great Wall north of Beijing.

The report was legitimate and the information had to have come from officials. There were picture of the facility!

Then, a little later, the facility is 'targeted' with a nu clear accident resulting in an eventual meltdown and complete loss of the facility. Somebody's gonna get hung.

No, but I am very familiar with that one you cite.

The emailer is suggesting that the metallic objects deep underground might be aerials - but he is not sure.

Both the emailer and myself are not certain that any of those scientists actually died.

The information source referred to by the emailer, was a scientist (deceased) based at the Hermanus Magnetic Observatory which has a base in the Antarctic.

.............

Remarcable that JPL backed out of their plans.
What wonders me and could be misinterpreted is if that "concern over environmental contamination" was 1) fear and caution for contamination of this pure and pristine eco-system under the ice, or 2) fear to contaminate our inviroment with the bacteria found there.

To me 1) is the most logical and feels the most true. Coz the already took ice-core samples and brought those bacteria in labs to study them : "(judging from the unique microorganisms that scientists were actually able to culture in the United States and Russia, when retrieved from their icy prison)" That procedure could have 'contaminated' our enviroment allready. And if those black-ops really drilled for samples themselves (and used up that salt), they have possibly brought up -and into contact with the arctic air- potential premordial bacteria and microbes.
So that is why point 1 makes the most sence to me : they dont wanna contaminate this pristine enviroment with our known microbes, they wanna keep it as sterile as possible.

EDIT to add:
But what if >
those black-ops did not DRILL to get an EXTRACT ...
but drilled to INJECT ???????????
damned

Could they have possibly injected the/a prototype of SYNTHIA ??
That would or could explain the sick ... scratching
Quoting: Krispy71

Some of us were on 'net boards while this was happening 'down under.' There was a real sense of emergency and total secrecy. Information had to be pieced from a number of sources, for example unscheduled fight plans out of New Zealand.

Best guess is that the project was dumped because they lost control of the research. We've heard very little out of the research stations down there since this time.

Earlier in this thread was mentioned the Wolf Trap and Visnic, who died unexpectedly on a research trip to Antarctica. He is the exobiologist who was insisting on proper containment of all research matter before bring it into our atmosphere. Also, I do not think that a large artifact was shipped out. They had too much trouble containing whatever was making a lot of workers sick.

Sorry, no prototype of Synthia at that time, waaay to farfetched to discuss.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1147286

Not at all far-fedged !
You and we all know that when something-a discorevy makes it into the media, it is most of the times already "old news" ... before comming to the real finished product Synthia, they would have had several prototypes ... and they had to use them to see IF IT really works like they designed and expected it. Data of that will help to design and fine-tune the eventual product.

Those incidents points for me also MORE to the possibility that my thought is not so far-fedged ... and hey ... Black-ops ARE always FAR-FEDGED !

No they did not have to SHIP OUT a huge artifact ...
they could have SHIPED IN a small example of the synthetic bacteria-prototype released it and (at a later point or at the same trip) brought it back home. Only a small tube would have been sufficient ... you can hide small tubes easiliy.

Indeed it were SHIPMENT WORKERS that got the most sick, and only a few other people ...
That only makes it more fitting in the pickture.

Thanks for putting this up. It is an important document in the China discussion we've been having.

Also, there is an associated "report" with details by one Stock, Strick, Strock ... or some name like that.

I believe the media attention got officials arrested for treason. Plus, the timeline works for Stux, or whatever, given the lag between the information first coming out and the time it was printed for the general reading public.

Interesting site...picture of AUganism? From Lake Volstok, Antartica

A huge magnetic anomaly was discovered covering the entire Southeast portion of the shore of the Lake.

1/3 down the page, the picture does look the same as the white flightly things we've seen on the BP feeds.

May very well be the Augie/organism. Also, explains Russia's ability to cope by using the calibrators.

[link to www.enterprisemission.com]

Interesting, especially the magnetic anomaly ~ is 1,000 nano-tesla's enough to upset a gyro?

Not the sort of lake you can test calibrators on either...

Cor!! That's a bit sexy. Great Wall base is just south of Machu Picchu base (Peruvian, don't you just love the names they choose) and both are not exactly far from the Falkland islands.

Rabbit hole warning! But quite promising.

Please explain. How did you get Machu Picchu in this subject of the China Great Wall in Antarctica?

If you look at the map, Great Wall station is on King George Island and just north of it is a Peruvian polar research station called Machu Picchu. That's what I mean about the naming convention, such as it is - they seem to choose names of ancient (human) structures. That in itself I find interesting.

We discussed THULE and the Thule-people pages ago ...
Thule and the Tuatha Dé Danann !!!
Both linked with extra-terrestials and myths.

[link to webcache.googleusercontent.com]

Thule and the Nazi's
“The disciples of this völkisch esoteric organization [Thule Gesellschaft] saw evidence for an Atlantean origin of the Aryan race in the lore contained within the Lebor Feasa Rúnda, specifically in the legends relating to the ancient gods of the pagan Celts having come from a mysterious island in the North Atlantic, bringing with them the four hallowed treasures of the Tuatha Dé Danann. The fact that the Lebor Feasa Rúnda apparently corroborated the Thule doctrine of Aryan racial origins led to Reichsführer Heinrich Himmler ordering its siezure by the S.S. following Adolf Hitler’s rise to power … At face value, the Lebor Feasa Rúnda, fulfills the same role in pagan Celtic spirituality as the Bible, the Torah, or the Koran do in the Christian, Jewish, and Islamic religions.”
[link to webcache.googleusercontent.com]

The post in wich I mentioned them :
[link to webcache.googleusercontent.com]

The Primordial Nordic-Solar Tradition
But in Hellas, this Nordic theme is, moreover, mixed up with that of Thule, the mysterious Nordic land, which sometimes becomes the "Island of the Heroes" and the "Country of the Immortals", where the blond Rhadamanthus reigns, the "Island of the Sun"—Thule ultima a sole nomens habens—whose memory remained so alive that, convinced he had recognised it in Britain, Constantius Chlorus marched there with his legions, not so much for military glory as to reach the land "which is nearest to the sky and more sacred than every other region", in the sense of anticipating in this way his apotheosis as Caesar.

Often, in the Nordic-Germanic traditions, Asgard, the home of the Aesir and departed heroes, is superimposed over another divine residence of the same kind; and the Nordic kings, who were considered to be demigods and Aesir—semideos id est ansis—and brought their peoples victory with their mystical power of "fate", transferred the origin of their dynasty to that "divine" land.

In the Gaelic traditions, there is Avalon, from which originated the pure divine race of the Tuatha dé Danann, the heroic conquerors of prehistoric Ireland, among whom the hero Ogma corresponds precisely to the Dorian Hercules—Avalon, which, on the other hand, blends into Tir na mBeo, the "Land of the Living", the kingdom of Boadag, the "Victorious".

Even the Aztecs have their land of origin in the North—in Aztlan, which is also called the "White Land" or "Land of the Light", which they left under the leadership of a god-warrior, Huitzilopochtli: hence, the Toltech also claim, as seat of origin, Tlalocan, Tollan, or Tula, that, like the Greek Thule, is also the "Land of the Sun" and fuses into the "paradise" of the kings and heroes fallen on the battlefield.

Perhaps these terminologies refer to a technique first developed in Antarctica? As in an anti-organism method, a suppressant?

Don't sell our Russian friends short. They can usually solve any problem. They don't always figure out a sneaky way to open a locked door for instance. Instead they know that if they hit it with a big enough hammer long enough, it will open. Either way, the end result is the same, the door opens.

I'm not trying to sell anyone short, Hans, as far as I can tell, they played a pivotal role ~ for the better ~ in the GOM... it's why and how they knew I'm trying to establish...
Quoting: fellowearthling

Earthling, you keep bringing up the Russian's involvement in the GOM and I suspect that you have not read the entire thread, or that enough important parts have been deleted limiting understanding. If there is something specific you are leading up to, well ... spit it our and let's talk.

I cannot go back and link up this statement, but in general terms, the following seemed to be what was/is happening.

The Russians have experience in sub-freezing elements and were forced to work through a 'containment' issue in Antarctica about ten years ago.

Subsequently, they developed their underwater tech and equipment and worked in Lake Baikal.

The Russians and BP have an energy partnership. Tony Hayward in now in Russia, we're told, in a 'consultant' position.

When BP got in trouble in the deep waters of the Gulf back about February or before, Russia was probably their first contact. February 13th is when BP notified the US government that they had an uncontrolled gusher, which meant they had tried everything available to them and had not been able to stop the oil. BP would also have known that it was in trouble with the organism.

There were rumors that both Russia and the US Navy had submersibles in the Gulf to try and assist. {Missing US Navy ROVs from a base in Virginia and Russia never confirmed or denied being in the Gulf.] Officially, the US government was denying all foreign assistance in the Gulf and the Department of Defense was only standing by and operating through the US Coast Guard, with no other involvement, likely for legal reasons involving BP's agreement to hold the DoD harmless for the cleanup and containment of the oil in the Gulf.

Mid-summer we got the media reports of Putin going down in Russia's mini-sub in Lake Baikal. The thinking was that Russia was showing that ALL its submersible equipment was in Russia, and therefore could not be in the Gulf. [How long to it take to ship equipment from the GOM to Russia?]

BP, its corp-o-rat allies and US government officials footsied around with this mess until it got totally out of hand. My guess is that when Russia saw that the situation was impossible, that they got out-of-Dodge.

C'mon FE, we have enough cloak and dagger around here from OP.

The c & d OP's left here's intriguing alright BHD... maybe the Russian thing and their gadget's a big RED herring then....?
Quoting: fellowearthling

OK, you haven't read the thread. Until you've got something you can show involving the Russians, beyond what has been directly stated about their benevolent assistance, you need to find information which will support your position.

It was confirmed that US military plans had been delayed some months and that certain ships were being renovated (retro-fitted) OP's explanation was that this was for the calibration, deep freeze, anti-freeze operations. It was also confirmed this summer when the US Navy moved 46 war ships and 7,000 personnel out of the GOM. They had a reason for doing this.

We've had complaints of 'stuff' (organism or whatever) attaching itself to boats in the Gulf and cleaning required before they are allowed in port. This compares to OP's description of 'flocking' on the hull of the sub.

One surface ship out of Tampa had some sort of immediate emergency requiring assistance (Joint Frost), possible because the commercial surface ships don't have calibrators.

Ship traffic has been greatly limited in certain areas and now the area around the McCondo wells has been quarantined for a year.

Can anyone make head or tail of this?
The title is truly intriguing however it could be an accident of translation......

Ok, I made a song and dance about something a few posts back, and either no-one saw it, or thought it was of importance -

The name of the bay near the Great Wall base is ORCA.

Does that not put a spin on anything from pages past?
Quoting: BadHairDay

Oh, wow A/C, thanks for the explanation on Machu Picchu.

Another suggestion, remembering that I, personally, don't think in terms of ET. Like BHD indicates, perhaps ancient places contain elements for magical moves.

There is a place in the Egyptian desert called "Swimmer's Cave" with stick drawings of people in motion. So called 'experts' suggest that the drawings are of cave dwellers swimming and diving in this desert area. I like to think that those who experienced an event, got tossed and tumbled about the inner earth's tunnels and came out the cave hole in the desert.

In the movie, 'Raiders of the Lost Ark' our adventurer went first to ancient Peru ruins to get something, and then took off looking for the Lost Ark. Same kind of thing.

Seeing as we're concentrating on polar regios, can we re-evaluate DEEP FREEZE and ANTI FREEZE ?

Perhaps these terminologies refer to a technique first developed in Antarctica? As in an anti-organism method, a suppressant?
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1086360

Your post got me thinking:

We understand that the organism has been on Earth for a long long time. We understand that the Russians seem to have found out about the organism some time ago. We suspect Lake Baikal, and now we see hints that it may have been under the Antarctic. Being under so much ice and low temps could explain maybe, a hibernation and lack of previous discovery and disturbance.

We understand that the organism splash zones are connected to something incoming from space also.

I'm thinking DEEP and ANTI might refer to the two sources/origins of the organism - and that FREEZE is an acronym for the organism itself
-DEEP = DEEP space organism (incoming splash zones?)
-ANTI = ANTarctica/Inner-earth organism
FREEZE = FReakingEvilExtraterrestialZergingEarthlings

Maybe the organism ...
- was dormant under Antarctica in the first instance
- got disturbed/activated by man, or solar stuff, or et signals
- traveled along the known ancient volcanic lava tubes that run out from under Antarctica and emerged in multiple locations like the GoM, Falklands etc
- I get lost here - where the incoming splash zones enter the picture and signals from space are involved.

but you get my drift

It most certainly does! Well spotted.

Yup nexuseditor, I'm gawping at that post. We monkeys have set something off, by looks. Any timeframe in that?

I am betting 2001 was the year to as was a lot of medical emergencies at that time in the region.

edit to add: I missed the ORCA post (still catching up) It does add to the puzzle as does the naming pattern for bases there, the Russians used Vostok, their first space ship and what a happy accident to place that base on the lake and just across from the magnetic anomaly!

Thread: can you believe this, such a huge anomaly

ummm guys... might this be Augie?

May be Augie's mate.

Hmmmm....

"Information Suppression: The USS ████████ was scuttled with all hands immediately after the discovery of SCP-169 with the permission of the American government. The public is forbidden from entering the archipelago created by SCP-169 due to the conveniently large number of resident endangered bird species."

Doesn't anyone know where a US ship has been "scuttled with all hands" in an archipelago restricted for an endangered bird species?

From last night's scant discussion of SCP-169, we have an archipelago in the Western part of the South Atlantic:

"Fernando de Noronha (3° 51' 0S, 32° 25' 0W) is a volcanic island archipelago 360 km off the eastern coast of Brazil."

And a possible link to the Navy's excuse for Atlantic noise reported to be from burping whales, or Seneca Guns:

"Foundation analysis concluded that a massive underwater organism was the source of the noise, and SCP-169 was hypothesized to be its source, as its "head" is well within the possible locations of the rest of SCP-169. The sound confirms Ɣ6-0421's hypothesis that SCP-169 is gargantuan in size. Future efforts by scientific or civilian teams to determine the source of the noise must be stopped by any means necessary."

Plus, documentation that part of the area is restricted as claimed in the story plot of SCP-169

Atol das Rocas is a Biological Reserve and is only visited by researchers. .....

Atol das Rocas (3°52'S, 33°49'W) is located 145 km west of Fernando de Noronha, approximately 144 miles from the mainland (Claudio et al. 1995). It is disputed whether Atol das Rocas is a true atoll, as it was formed primarily by vermetids and coralline algae (Lithothamnium spp.) rather than corals; it is termed by some sources as an annular algal reef (IUCN/UNEP 1988)."

Following allows possibility for a ship scuttle by US Navy, which will not be reported to the public:

"n 1942, during the Second World War, the Federal Military Territory, as well as the Mixed War Detachment were established there. An alliance with the U.S. Navy allowed it the set up on t he island a Support Base with about 300 men."

[link to www.pousadadovale.com]

And the mapping shows the distance to be about that claimed in the SCP-169 plot:

"...estimate SCP-169's body length to be between 2000 and 8000 km."
[link to scp-wiki.wikidot.com]

Plus, during the hunt for 'Augie' our BEZERK OP reported movement of naval assets to Maldives and UK setting up radio/tv on the island, with a suggestion that the intent was to secure oil reserves, but we really don't know.

In all, it appears that Nexus is getting competition for publishing posts to message boards as a precursor to news.

nexed, ther was mention earlier in the thread of magnatism and the Auganism. Maybe one type has evolved to live in the north with nth mag, and the other in the south with sth mag(anti?). ruskies could have found the northern variety in their own back yard and gone hunting for the southern polarity version after.Might be how they knew about the gulf variety.
