Re: Something Just Went BEZERK in the Gulf of Mexico. The US Navy just sunk a French Submarine
When we have a thread such as this one, where everyone is encouraged to post what they find and can provide proof and/or their basis for their belief, whether it be a dream, a news story, or a ride in an ET vehicle. While at first glance this has been described, on this forum, as a "clusterf*ck", the alternative, where input is tightly controlled from the top, whether done openly by an Editor deleting posts that are not in line with the point of view of "Upper Management" or covertly by manipulation of the writers, the result is the same, "Managed News." which after a while of being managed, becomes Bland News, and generally not believed by many.
Which do you prefer?
It is your choice.

You don't like "bland" news that is at least subject to some kind of fact checking and peer review so you believe in a bunch of circle jerk fantasies that you think are exciting?

Talk about sheeple.

Well...I suppose that makes you a sheeple too! hf

Edit to say we are here...and so are you.

And that puts us between a rock and a hard place doesn't it?If it weren't for intuition that is ,the indispensible 6th sense...........
 Quoting: childoflight

Thank you. That is the point I was trying to make. I would rather make my own choices rather than have some dude with a cheap haircut decide what I am supposed to know.
And that if we choose to have our news already reviewed and sterilized, that choice should also be available.

<snip>
On every planet. seriously, "Terrible" was commissioned September 2010, if you would follow this link, no big secret.

<snip>
 Quoting: humbird

I apologise in advance if this info's already been covered but I note that according to French MoD:

06:44 GMT, July 13, 2010 PARIS | French Defence Minister Hervé Morin expressed his satisfaction after today’s successful launch of an M51 strategic missile by the nuclear-powered missile submarine Le Terrible. As is always the case for such trials, the missile was not fitted with a nuclear warhead.

This test validates the submarine’s capacity to launch a nuclear strategic missile in operational conditions. It was carried out strictly respecting France’s international commitments.

Carried out by the Delegation Generale de l’Armement and the French navy, the July 10 test launch took place at 09:32 CET in the Bay of Audierne, in France’s western-most Finisterre district. The M51 missile was tracked throughout its flight by DGA’s missile launch centers at Biscarosse and Quimper, and by the trials ship “Monge”. The missile’s impact area was in the middle of the North Atlantic, at a distance of several hundred kilometers from the nearest coast.

It would seem to tie in nicely with OP's introduction of Le Terrible on 13th July...
"When your eyes are incapable of tears,
your ears lose their sensitivity,
your voice is unable to wound and
your feet are cleansed in the blood
of your heart, then you may stand
in the presence of your master."

Atlantic Ocean flow reversed 10,000 years ago, slowing down again
The flow of top- and bottom-level currents in the Atlantic Ocean appear to be slowing down and may be due for a reversal like one that happened 10,000 years ago, according to new data. By studying sediment samples, scientists have found that, some time after the last glacial maximum, the undercurrent of the Atlantic Ocean switched from flowing north to flowing south, thanks in large part to changing temperatures.

Recently, discussions about the flow of the ocean have centered around what role it plays in climate change. The "conveyor belt" flow of the Atlantic Ocean, which currently goes south on the underside and north closer to the surface, helps regulate the temperature of the water and can distribute heat to normally cold areas. If it were to stop, it might allow for a bit of localized cooling in areas that are otherwise melting.

It was nice visiting, but I wouldn't want to live here.
In the same way that Seinfeld was a show about nothing, this is a thread about everything.

Which is crazy-making.

I came here as a favor to Bad Hair Day, but it wasn't a life contract.

I do appreciate the creativity here. thanks !

It is starting to look like we need to find a new planet to wreck, doesn't it? A couple of years ago I was going to buy a horse ranch in Nevada (near Winnemucca) In the process, I talked to a couple of well drillers in the area.
Very educational. Even in the desert there are underground streams running, you just have to drill down to them. The Truckee river which run through Reno goes a few miles out of town and just disappears! It apparently goes into an underground channel like this one in Germany was. As the water table sinks lower look to see more of these sinkholes show up.

Tests Now Being Conducted for Corexit and Oil ... Results Not Very Reassuring

Real testing is starting to be conducted on dispersant and oil in the Gulf, the results are not looking so good:Crab containing 8,815 ppm of hydrocarbons had NO smell or sight of oil — “We were astonished there were levels like that”
Scott Milroy, a marine scientist at the University of Southern Mississippi, said seafood samples he gathered in September along the Mississippi coast showed levels… hundreds of times higher than the levels the government tests found...

Good thing you didn't invest there. A jet fuel leak in a remote part of the desert out there has trashed the aquifer. If the water gets too low, residents will be showering in jet fuel.
