If this is legit, there are more country's subs in the Gulf, A U.S. vessel with no name.... U.N. forces built up in Haiti.

I think by ramming, OP meant possibility of collision. To me, is adds a little bit of credibility. Saying 'ramming' but really intending to say 'collision' or something to that effect. It would be an easy mistake if one was not a native english speaker and just trying to pass information.
