What an interesting choice of words:

"Liturgy" is the method or style followed in a religious worship service.
A "liturgist" is the one who prepares the order of worship and is often the one leading the service (minister, priest, etc).
Some who have studied liturgy would suggest there are those services of worship which are designed in ways which are more purely liturgical than are others.
The Christian calendar of dates with the beginning of the Church Year being the First Sunday of Advent and the last Sunday of the Year being the Reign of Christ Sunday is often described as the 'liturgical' year.

Anacoluthon:
An abrupt change within a sentence to a second construction inconsistent with the first, sometimes used for rhetorical effect; for example, I warned him that if he continues to drink, what will become of him?

Why those two words, OP?
