So, I guess they went back to the guys at the Sixth Brigade and told them what a good job they did shooting down the "test" missile when they didn't know it was expected.

I would take it, based on some other stuff I've been reading to mean that in a few weeks, we may all be sighing and crying for our interent, our toys, our whole way of life as we begin a new era and one that may not be that of peace.

What an interesting choice of words:

"Liturgy" is the method or style followed in a religious worship service.
