Great find SR37.

If the U.S. is deploying engineered organisms, then we have just entered an unprecedented arms race. Conventional military forces have now been rendered obsolete.

In Reporting on Oil Spill, Limits Persist on Media Access in the Gulf

By: Bridget DeSimone

Health Correspondent Betty Ann Bowser and I spent last week reporting the health impact of the oil spill in Plaquemines Parish -- Louisiana's southernmost parish, where the Mississippi River meets the Gulf of Mexico.

During that time local officials and media contacts at the Unified Command Center Operations were mostly helpful in finding answers to our questions and providing us information about scheduled media boat tours of the cleanup operations (even if it did take sometimes take them a few days to get back to us).

But there's one roadblock that we encountered that mystified us -- and, we understand, many other journalists. It has been virtually impossible to get any information about the federal mobile medical unit in the fishing town of Venice, La. The glorified double-wide trailer sits on a spit of newly graveled land known to some as the "BP compound." Ringed with barbed wire-topped chain link fencing, it's tightly restricted by police and private security guards.

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services set up the facility on May 31. According to a press release, the medical unit is staffed by "a medical team from the HHS National Disaster Medical System -- a doctor, two nurses, two emergency medical technician paramedics (EMT-P) and a pharmacist."

For over two weeks, my NewsHour colleagues and I reached out to media contacts at HHS, the U.S. Coast Guard and everyone listed as a possible media contact for BP, in an attempt to visit the unit and get a general sense of how many people were being treated there , who they were and what illnesses they had. We got nowhere. It was either "access denied," or no response at all. It was something that none of us had ever encountered while covering a disaster. We're usually at some point provided access to the health services being offered by the federal government.

We tried the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals who told us to talk to HHS. HHS said they couldn't provide us access and said they would get back to us about our questions.

We reached out to local parish officials, who told us to talk to Unified Command Center Operations. Unified Command Center Operations told us to talk to HHS... noticing a pattern here?

NewsHour colleagues -- correspondent Spencer Michaels and Producer Joanne Elgart Jennings -- warned us of the wild goose chase they were sent on two weeks ago while they were in Venice trying to find out what goes on there.

We found we weren't the only ones. Fox News' Dr. Manny Alvarez was also denied access to the unit.

In their May 31 press release, HHS said the mobile unit "will integrate with the local medical community to triage and provide basic care for responders and residents concerned about the health effects of the oil spill," but we heard from local fisherman Acy Cooper, vice president of the Louisiana Shrimp Association, and others in Venice that only those contracted by BP for cleanup operations are allowed to seek treatment at the mobile unit. Cooper also told us anyone seeking treatment was pre-screened by a private company hired by BP -- Acadian Ambulance Services.

After a week of repeatedly calling HHS media contacts, I finally got some answers from Ron Burger, the Medical Unit Operations Chief for HHS's National Disaster Medical System, who spoke with me by phone from Venice. He confirmed that only responders were being treated at the mobile unit. When I asked him why residents weren't being seen there he responded: "I can't answer that" and he added that he didn't know if any residents had in fact requested treatment at the facility. We couldn't independently confirm any accounts that we had heard that residents were turned away.

When I asked Burger if he agreed with comments we've heard from some government officials as well as professionals who have been involved in disaster response that this setup is unusual, he said that this entire operation is run differently because "we are operating under the national contingency plan" which puts the U.S. Coast Guard in charge of the response operation, as well as BP, instead of the Federal Emergency Management Agency.

I thank you and the reviewers Housedad. I do believe that the OP is being coached, but I think most here are aware of this, so the tidbits he throws out, well, the clues are there, if we want to take the time to dig. He depends on this thread surviving, to pass the info. I think if no one posted, he would still post to get it out. If this thread died, he would build another. I think it's important for him to pass this. I've come to the conclusion, that whatever happens on the coast, isn't going to be, no matter what. whether it's a nuke or massive methane release, the results will be dire both ways. By the way, never seen this before, I just had a Chinook fly over the area I was in, heading south, at about 250 feet, cruising. I've lived here for nine years, never ever seen this. No, this isn't normal.

This is bullshit my friend, of the worst kind. To expose people to this, with out knowing the consequences. And you can't tell me "they" have thought this thru either, I've seen to many examples of that in my life. So why in the hell does this even exist , as a weapon?

Agreed. "Desperate times call for desperate measures" is the mantra of the arrogant, but the Law of Unintended Consequences slays all regardless of power or standing. We will be potentially worse off if this stuff works. Synthetic organisms are just the very tip of the iceberg, read K.Eric Drexler if you want more info, the nano age is upon us.

For example, nanoparticles of titanium dioxide are activated by sunlight. That makes them effective in blocking ultraviolet rays in sunscreen. It also could let them render oil spills less harmful when sprayed on water, breaking up the oil.

But the property might also cause them to destroy anything living in the water.

Not harvesting algae, collecting and refining the oil directly in one step.

By harvesting from the algae.

The algae we don't have yet, but will soon I might add.

No. They are using bio-engineered organisms (not algae) as microscopic refineries directly on the oil. This is a nanomachine deployment, and technically a weapon, not algae.

Executive Order 13527 of December 30, 2009

[link to www.whitehouse.gov]

Establishing Federal Capability for the Timely Provision of Medical Countermeasures Following a Biological Attack

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby ordered as follows:

Section 1. Policy.

It is the policy of the United States to plan and prepare for the timely provision of medical countermeasures to the American people in the event of a biological attack in the United States through a rapid Federal response in coordination with State, local, territorial, and tribal governments.

This policy would seek to:

(1) mitigate illness and prevent death;
(2) sustain critical infrastructure; and
(3) complement and supplement State, local, territorial, and tribal government medical countermeasure distribution capacity.

Sec. 2. United States Postal Service Delivery of Medical Countermeasures.
(a) The U.S. Postal Service has the capacity for rapid residential delivery of medical countermeasures for self administration across all communities in the United States. The Federal Government shall pursue a national U.S. Postal Service medical countermeasures dispensing model to respond to a large-scale biological attack.
(b) The Secretaries of Health and Human Services and Homeland Security, in coordination with the U.S. Postal Service, within 180 days of the date of this order, shall establish a national U.S. Postal Service medical countermeasures dispensing model for U.S. cities to respond to a large-scale biological attack, with anthrax as the primary threat consideration.
(c) In support of the national U.S. Postal Service model, the Secretaries of Homeland Security, Health and Human Services, and Defense, and the Attorney General, in coordination with the U.S. Postal Service, and in consultation with State and local public health, emergency management, and law enforcement officials, within 180 days of the date of this order, shall develop an accompanying plan for supplementing local law enforcement personnel, as necessary and appropriate, with local Federal law enforcement, as well as other appropriate personnel, to escort U.S. Postal workers delivering medical countermeasures.

Sec. 3. Federal Rapid Response.
(a) The Federal Government must develop the capacity to anticipate and immediately supplement the capabilities of affected jurisdictions to rapidly distribute medical countermeasures following a biological attack. Implementation of a Federal strategy to rapidly dispense medical countermeasures requires establishment of a Federal rapid response capability.
(b) The Secretaries of Homeland Security and Health and Human Services, in coordination with the Secretary of Defense, within 90 days of the date of this order, shall develop a concept of operations and establish requirements for a Federal rapid response to dispense medical countermeasures to an affected population following a large-scale biological attack.

Sec. 4. Continuity of Operations.
(a) The Federal Government must establish mechanisms for the provision of medical countermeasures to personnel performing mission-essential functions to ensure that mission-essential functions of Federal agencies continue to be performed following a biological attack.
(b) The Secretaries of Health and Human Services and Homeland Security, within 180 days of the date of this order, shall develop a plan for the provision of medical countermeasures to ensure that mission-essential functions of executive branch departments and agencies continue to be performed following a large-scale biological attack.

Sec. 5. General Provisions.
(a) Nothing in this order shall be construed to impair or otherwise affect:
(i) authority granted by law to a department or agency, or the head thereof; or
(ii) functions of the Director of the Office of Management and Budget relating to budgetary, administrative, or legislative proposals.
(b) This order shall be implemented consistent with applicable law and subject to the availability of appropriations.
(c) This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity, by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.

SR37:
In regards to that EO giving interpol DIPLOMATIC IMMUNITY.

In the video below a good friend of youtube member (vocalbrush) sent the following letter to the DOJ.

Below the text of this letter to the DOJ watch the video below about the Reply letter they received from the DOJ.

Letter to DOJ goes as follows....
>>>
Dear Attorney General Holder:

I am writing for an opinion from the DOJ on Executive Order 13524. I understand fully that the President has the authority to amend E.O. 12425, as amended in E.O 12971 by public law 22 U.S.C 288, especially section 1, but it seems to me that making the archives and records of INTERPOL inviolable would create a possible constitutional issue.

The immunity from any judicial review might interfere with Due Process and the discovery process in any trial where the subject of Interpol investigation is a citizen of the US.
Perhaps you can address some of my concerns:

1. How would a US citizen be guaranteed due process and discovery where they are being investigated by INTERPOL, in light of this Executive Order?
2. How can a person being investigated by INTERPOL gain verification of whether an agent is a valid agent of the organization since under Executive Order 12971, which remains unchanged in Executive Order 13524, their agents are not required to register as a foreign agent?
3. How would the US protect itself from possible illegal activities of this agency since it is effectively shielded from all scrutiny under Executive Order 13524 and INTERPOL has a direct connection with the Justice Department?
4. In criminal and civil cases brought in this country against foreign based nationals or corporations how would corroboratory evidence held by INTERPOL be available since their records are held to be inviolable?

Please direct me to more information on this important issue and the protections in place not only for citizens but also for the country as a whole where an agency of this scope with connections into the global criminal justice system can operate with such immunity from search, access to records, and with such freedom of action.

<<<

Then the DOJ sent back a Reply Letter.

Re: Something Just Went BEZERK in the Gulf of Mexico. The US Navy just sunk a French Submarine
Guys, something has been bugging me about Corexit and not just in the "Oh my God, it's toxic", although I recognize that possibility.

Ok, I think the idea of this WAS to create a 'dead zone' as we discussed. And I don't think they realized how the chemicals in Corexit would react with such high volumes of methane (as I was talking about with the combustible foam deal mixing dishwashing detergent and methane. I also used to own a salt water aquarium and remembered having to lower the phosphates in the aquarium to keep algae growth down...

So by pumping the GOM with phosphates at this level, in this extreme volume not only creates a dead zone (too much phosphate levels and the marine life will die) but the more phosphates in the water, the more ALGAE growth.

Still researching the data on phosphates being used in Corexit, will post when and if I can find it.

God, I hope pure human greed wasn't the cause for this. I think I would rather hope it's alien particles or something.
