Exactly, "Enroute" can be to any rendezvous and it never got there. Another French sub got there first. I remember a condition romeo but that was a transfer of the cargo between "Em" and and the unknown French submarine. We know the OP calls that GCP now. Mistral is a command ship it can operate from many theaters far away. Maybe this Mistral is close but its not in the Gulf.

Hmmm.. Mistral could be receiving/transmitting while enroute.

There are many things I wont to report and get out there. I will says these things first.
Mostly everyone is safe. Mistrall have picked up 4 seriously injured with helicopter.

Oh hold on you right, I think the Mistral picked up the injured soldiers. I Got the impression the Mistral is the command ship just relaying messages.

I went the that camera when your posted this. They picked up a box marked MII86

On the screen a red box flashed MII86. I tried to do a screengrab but it wouldn't let me.

Been trying to figure out what MII86 is and I think is Nicotinic acetylcholine receptors.

A residue from loop D and several residues from loop E determine, respectively, the different affinities of DHbE/a-conotoxin MII (86, 95) and the different sensitivities of cytisine for a3b2 and a3b4 (96).
Altogether, these studies support the notion that variable residues located in the vicinity of the affinity labeled amino acids are the major elements contributing
to the pharmacological diversity of the nAChRs.

I felt that we we either in a structure that was filled with something sloshing around or on the seabed at the bottom of the BOP betweenpillars with debris flying everywhere!As I posted I flipped back to the screen to see a light then a square object rush up the passageway really really faSt then stop abruptly!Yes it was white and square and had 86 on it!I thought a ROV had rammed

Especially if one considers one of the OP's last posts that the seafloor was compromised. They may have realized they ran out of time with the seafloor potentially collapsing and have decided to nuke it to prevent the tsunami, which could undermine the damage they worked so tirelessly to create.
