He4 fission = 2x H2
H2 fusion = He4 (hydrogen bomb)

He3 fission = H2 + H-
valencies incomplete thus unstable Hydrogen atom

He3 is rare because it is unstable having 1 double and 1 single bond thus making it energy cost effective in fission
