when I attempted to reply directly to OP's last post...I was thrown off glp...it would not let me back in..booted right out of the window I had it in...and when I was attempting to archive posts yesterday, I had an awful time...my firewall was going nuts...but when trying to reply and it threw me off glp..my first thought was...uh oh...someone doesn't want us to respond to him...and he never did come back and finish what he was talking about...he said he was going to let us think about things for a while...then come back and tell us what he/his gf figured out was the cargo..he still has NOT returned...

I also want to respond to the following....

So primodial soup combined with algae (a simple form of life) combined with magnetisme, nanotechnology, pressure, depth and other chemicals could give a unexpected reaction ...SYMBIOSIS - Symbiogenesis
Have a look at this : [link to en.wikipedia.org]
Remember the part of people having itches ? > Parasitism ?

how many times have we heard mention already of them having found a "primordial" life form coming out of this well??? not just here on this thread...and how about all the pools in S.Fla...filling with algae that pool cleaners cannot control?that in itself almost sounds like science fiction...

Getting samples from the interior of these deposits is rare," says Dr. Scott. "What we're interested in from the perspective of pure science is what microorganisms are in these deposits and what they're doing. Are they in fact causing mineralization?"

Or are they in fact causing de-mineralization? Decomposition? Of the sea floor? or at least of carbon-based forms...to facilitate the generation of simple-celled organisms such as algae which can produce refined hydrocarbons. ???

Now I'm trying to talk way over my own head...somebody jump in and help!

Everyone around the US will be back reading. It's nearly 7pm on the East Coast of the USA and we've been BBQing in the back yard, visiting with family, friends, swimming in the lake
shooting firecrackers and having fun.

It's the Fourth of July. Europeans and Asians don't do the Fourth, or Thanksgiving so there has always been a cross-continental lurch during these holidays.

As of right now, there has been 210,049 views and 5045 posts on this thread.

Not bad, eh. Also, lots of us have had problems with out computers and firewalls a lot, especially this morning, afternoon. I know I did, I just didn't mention it. I would click to bottom or top button, it would take me to the front page of glp. Or, trying to post something, all of my opened tabs would disappear. I think the OP hit on someone's nerves.

Re: Something Just Went BEZERK in the Gulf of Mexico. The US Navy just sunk a French Submarine
My take on this evidence is...

Maybe they were not drilling a well... Maybe they had capped a black smoker in the GOM...

Maybe they were trying to mine for gold...

Maybe the capping of the black smoker caused the demineralization of the metals involved, i.e. the BOP (if that is what it is), the riser, the pipes...

The black smoker has released something that is alien to us but is taken care of by the organisms that live next to these "smokers", so no harm is done...

I think it was the containment of the "smokers" that has released the alien organisms in quantities that nature can't handle...

Just a thought....

Have to think again of that posting about a meteorite bombing the GOM in an other era. There was even an image of the places on earth were such an alien visitor smashed the earth.

Maybe it was burried and kept down there by the ARCH of the volcano. Maybe the nano technology and other factors brought "it to life" (it = bacterial organisme just like the one I posted upon that goes into symbiosis....

First you have to prove there was a French sub out in the Gulf. Then you have to prove that was the one that the fisherman saw or ... rather he saw the periscope. If he did see a periscope, maybe it was an American sub. Right now, it's all hearsay or internet say. No one can prove anything!
Let's say that there was a French sub in the Gulf. From what I have been reading, the sub was in international waters. So, so ... if a French sub was hit, France would be screaming bloody murder. I mean are you kidding me, they would immediately be in our faces and the whole world would know. If you are in international waters, you can pick up anything you want ... finders keepers, losers weepers.

An organism, however ancient or engineered, cannot produce gold from another element. Biological 'machinery' can do many amazing things with matter, it can combine elements to produce a staggering range of proteins and biochemical structures for instance, but it can't change neutron structure. I think the OP has lost the plot here. Shame really, it was fun so far.

There is another possibility however, if the OP was just speculating. Gold can be synthesized in a reactor from mercury. So if there is a hydrothermal vent spewing mercury and an atomic weapon used in close proximity (which would explain the 'rim' references) then maybe gold was produced. Another possibility could be that these organisms are irradiated, and there is some kind of Gamma reaction going on here, and then resultant runaway mutation of some new and novel kind.

Re: Something Just Went BEZERK in the Gulf of Mexico. The US Navy just sunk a French Submarine
At this point I keep going back to David Adair's 'Symbiotic Alien Engine'.. Keeping it short, Adair was invited to Area 51 to observe an alien engine. When he 'touched' it.. it came alive, that is, it turned itself on in response to Adair's 'touch'. It was a metallic engine.. and yet it was alive. Some will say BS.. I understand that also.

For some reason, this story makes me think of psychokinesis or metal-bending. While I know most scoff at this, I have experienced it on several occasions at "PK parties." Children accomplish it quite easily, and can then teach adults how to do it. It is literally changing the molecular structure of metal through directing energized human consciousness to a piece of metal being held in one's hand. The metal becomes warm, soft, buttery, malleable. You can easily roll fork tines into curlicues, bend spoon bowls in half, bend 1/4" stainless steel rods into semi-circles. My daughter could actually (at age 7) hold a fork at arm's length and the "fork" portion would droop to a 90 degree angle from the handle. These were stainless steel forks. It was always fun to watch the sheer astonishment on the faces of engineers as they experienced this for themselves.

It is almost as if the metal comes "alive" and responsive to the attention it is being given and the energy that is being directed to it. So it is not a stretch for me to imagine a transformation in metal that gives it quasi-living properties. And things that are alive, can replicate.

I like your second part of the posting.
SR37 said that there are hydrotermal vents with mercury compounds in it and that our BLOW-BOP (..lol.. instead of blow-job... hahaha) looks very symilar to a hydrothermal volcano-venting plume ... especialy in the first weeks on the cam and images. It changed a bit when they started to inject all those "substances and chemicals" .... as I said before > many people thought seeing that there was fire in the plume, but now I think it was THE GOLD.
The add of atomic energy is possible but I do not know how they did that.

Yes, it appears likely that microorganisms cause mineralization, which doubles up the reasons for being careful about going where we haven't been.

Some researchers believe that dis-ease is not caused by bacteria as we have believed for many years, but by a type of signal or thought process/exchange that takes place from microorganism upon another.

In other words, you or someone else, can think "you" into a position of dis-ease.

Now, if that "thinking" microorganism is not human, and is thinking 'self-preservation' it may take over human bodies with changes that assist in the microorganisms self-preservation.

Perhaps this is where our third strand of DNA will source, that is, into those human bodies that it does not kill.

I found this to be quite interesting...

The two paragraphs I quoted are not in order I just wanted to express them so that you might want to read the whole report...

Remember this is from 2006 and does not talk directly about the GOM... But it does talk about everything here...

Presently the deepest undersea mines – diamond mines off the coast of southern Africa – are under just a few hundred metres of water. But Dr. Scott points to the offshore oil and gas industry as an example of the possibility for change. The international oil and gas industry went offshore starting in the mid-1940s. Today, about a third of the world's oil comes from under the sea. There are producing wells in 1,500 metres of water off the coast of Brazil, and there's drilling at 2,500 metres depth in the Gulf of Mexico.

Getting samples from the interior of these deposits is rare," says Dr. Scott. "What we're interested in from the perspective of pure science is what microorganisms are in these deposits and what they're doing. Are they in fact causing mineralization?"

"SotoZen seemed to think so when he said: BP has been using the oil as feedstock for self-replicating nanofiber generation in order to make a containment system for the oil that will propagate through the entire spill. I wonder if 'Corexit' is actually the release system for this, being mixed in at the source."

It is not possible, at this point, for me to refer to particular earlier posts on this subject or in other threads. The point is that we've had a poster to suggest that the Corexit (at that time early on in the spill) was being pumped into the oil spout to create a magnified emulsion from the hydrocarbons. The suggestion was that with this magnification, an induction process could be initiated underwater that will swoop up the magnetic emulsion.

As mentioned in this post, what if it has gotten away from them and the "creation" is multiplying on it own.

A good place to start reviewing:

OP: an hour or so of transcripts between PP, Em. and Mistral passed and the PP confirmed that the isotopes readings matched those on the GCP b3 cargo.. ..
197 Au

for the next few hours we watched and read the transcripts in and out. from this we can make some speculations what the cargo is.. (this is only our view and our opinion)I will summarise what we think is going on

Here the OP makes it clear that it is their speculation, not fact. The last fact is the isotope readings and the death of 8 people including the chief engineer...and the quarantine of the subs.

The next important consideration is: "The PP confirmed the discovery of an unknown prehistoric organism which through nano engineering and extreme depth and pressure morph compounds found in this new oil with seawater into gold.

After that statement, which it is implied that they picked up from the communications, they go off into speculation. What is important, it seems to me, is that there is an unknown prehistoric organism which is both morphing and radioactive in its effects...and which apparently feeds off of carbon life forms such as algae (and other living things).

SotoZen seemed to think so when he said: BP has been using the oil as feedstock for self-replicating nanofiber generation in order to make a containment system for the oil that will propagate through the entire spill. I wonder if 'Corexit' is actually the release system for this, being mixed in at the source.

If they get runaway replication, we will have about two days until the whole planet is 'gray goo'.

Then he went on to say: This stuff is quasi-biological, EMP won't have any effect, it is DNA controlled.

This is WAY worse than I imagined. We are screwed.

I'm off for the day, don't know what to do now. We are so, so screwed.

So it seems to me that there is something still to be understood more clearly here, as effects are definitely manifesting - before deciding what needs to be done about it, if anything CAN be done about it.

 Quoting: Krispy71

Well this is pure speculation. In agriculture, fruits and vegetables are routinely exposed to radiation to effect various desirable changes ie. prevent sprouting etc. Insects can also be sterilized to produce anti-pests that cannot breed.

My idea is that a gamma radiation source, either a nuclear weapon, or some deliberate engineering, could conceivably cause nuclear transmutation in an organism already containing mercury (creating gold isotopes). The OP had mentioned some intriguing 'polar' connections, and subsequent research had uncovered NSF and US military involvement in Antarctic missions. One of the primary research missions in Antarctica is the search for ancient organisms that persist in sub-glacial environments. Maybe they are bio-engineering the stuff down there, a 'safe' environment away from prying eyes.

I'm back for a bit.

For the babes saying we still need oil... who said all the oil rigs in the world would stop putting out oil? But if BP discovered a way to make gold, wouldn't they like in addition to the oil? Or let other oil companies continue while they move on to other things.

And IF this is all one sci-fi book/thread, I've had a hell of a time. Mystery Dinner Theater is exactly how I would describe it and it gets my brain fluids swishing so I'm a happy camper.

However all the information we have posted (and I have said it again) is VALID. VALID scientific information, valid research, and valid possibilities. If this OP is just creating a scenario for fun, I don't regret all I've learned and also feel like I've discovered a few folks that I truly admire and respect in how they think.

So mock us if you want. I'll just assume you are too stupid to wrap your mind around all the data and info that has been posted and not bother with your opinion as it doesn't mean much.

Soto and Krispy...

No need for gamma ray, that link I sent in a few hours ago was discussing the high levels of mercury located at hydrothermal vents, but hydrothermal vents are NATUALLY RADIOACTIVE. There is a natural abundance of uraniun in HTV (that's what I'm calling hydrothermal vents from now on)

High levels of natural radioactivity in biota from deep-sea hydrothermal vents: a preliminary communication

[link to www.sciencedirect.com]

Hydrothermal deep-sea vent fauna is naturally exposed to a peculiar environment enriched in potentially toxic species such as sulphides, heavy metals and natural radionuclides. It is now well established that some of the organisms present in such an environment accumulate metals during their lifespan. Though only few radionuclide measurements are available, it seems likely that hydrothermal vent communities are exposed to high natural radiation doses. Various archived biological samples collected on the East Pacific Rise and the Mid-Atlantic Ridge in 1996, 2001 and 2002 were analysed by ICP-MS in order to determine their uranium contents (238U, 235U and 234U). In addition 210Po–Pb were determined in 2 samples collected in 2002. Vent organisms are characterized by high U, and Po–Pb levels compared to what is generally encountered in organisms from outside hydrothermal vent ecosystems. Though the number of data is low, the results reveal various trends in relation to the site, the location within the mixing zone and/or the organisms' trophic regime.

Very good find SR37, this provides a source for both radioactivity and extremeophile organisms.

Another possible problem, one that would explain sickness on the coast and among cleanup crews: Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

Quote:

"is a common bacterium which can cause disease in animals and humans. It is found in soil, water, skin flora and most man-made environments throughout the world. It thrives not only in normal atmospheres, but also with little oxygen, and has thus colonised many natural and artificial environments."

and

" It is also able to decompose hydrocarbons and has been used to break down tarballs and oil from oil spills."

and I talked about that 3th strand of DNA also not a double helix but a triple helix.

maybe in their quest for GOLD (literaly and other) in their greed they opened the box of Pandora.
This "organisme" (if it is one and you could call it so ..) could kill people but when people survive or adapt (go into symbiosis with it then a third chain of DNA will evolve!!!
I just read something about combining the qualities of spicies : "Transgenic organisms contain altered genes from other organisms. The host becomes the receptor of the foreign genetic information. It is a blending of species. It is believed that this process could change not only the genetic structure of the modified animal and its offspring, but its development, sensory modalities, disease propensity, personality and behavior traits among other things." A positive mutation.

I have posted that I thought the yellow color of water shown in some of the GOM surf pictures was caused by an extraordinary amount of sulfur in the water. Perhaps not.

“The chemistry of vanadium is noteworthy for the accessibility of four adjacent oxidation states. The common oxidation states of vanadium are +2 (lilac), +3 (green), +4 (blue) and +5 (yellow).” [link to en.wikipedia.org]

Vanadium is a by-product of industrial processes and is carcinogenic. We have former industrial sites contaminated with this stuff.

From the link we have yet another reference to the color “blue”:

“Copper Blue Blood. While Professor Ernst Bayer of Tubingen University was still a graduate student, he began to study the ability of marine animals to concentrate some of the rare metals found in sea water. The sea squirt, Phallusia mamillata, for example, has 1,000,000 times more vanadium in its blood than the water it lives in; the deep blue blood of the octopus has 100,000 times as much copper. If sea squirts and octopuses can do the trick, asked Bayer, why shouldn't human chemists?

The color of the yellow surf, and red fungi/algae/moss/goop may not be just Corexit or minerals in the water, but verification of a magnitude of specific life form.

Also, please look for it and you’ll see newly initiated references to the color “Blue” in many places such as msm, reports, cartoons and news stories. Is it just me or someone in charge hit the “Code Blue” button?

More evidence of underwater mining....

Again let me high light some of the pertinent info to this thread....

But proteins are hard to handle and almost impossible to synthesize, so Bayer looked for simpler compounds that would do the same job. After many tries, he put together a black granular material that picks up copper and uranium only. When this "chelating agent" worked well in the laboratory with simulated sea water,

Good news about Pseudomonas aeruginosa though:

"Medical-grade honey may reduce colonization of many pathogens including Pseudomonas aeruginosa."

If you're on the Gulf coast, start eating honey, or put some on a Q-tip and swab the inside of your nose (as recommended by a Ukranian doctor friend).

Hey Soto,

Could you explain more about the iradiation and Gamma reaction ? blink

Yes good thinking ...

Can someone look up if any kind of work down there could involve radiation in any way ? Maybe used by "fracking"-techniques or other things.
I read about some compounds in the volcano being radioactive from themselves ... so how about that ?
(and in my head it is repeating > the magnetisme key ...lol... )
