I repeat.. I

Whale tanker is full, omega I (I could be a type I =1 or like II =2, but can also mean an other vessel), level of submarine, naval (probably H is a naval ship), alert 5IE (I thought five international units wich is IU or in europe IE, but it can also mean a posission 5IE),
situation with hull SE (I though South East side, but probably it is with hull of whale tanker and sub), cargo B5 has type II = type 2

But then I lost it ...lol...
This is crazy ....
