From BP site ... look at the date ... Look at the date of this HOLY SHIT WTF is going on??????? [ link to www.bp.com] It may be a typo. If you open up the documents properties, it is listed as created 5/25/2010 I read the date 10 march 2009 United states government memorandum, "It has been deemed submitted as of this date and is under review for approval" So the plans were already there back in 2009. Drill and temporarily abandon well location "A" : 04/15/2009 - 07/24/2009 - 100 days Drill and temporarily abandon well location "B" : 04/15/2010 - 07/24/2010 - 100 days
