It may be a typo. If you open up the documents properties, it is listed as created 5/25/2010


I read the date 10 march 2009 United states government memorandum,
"It has been deemed submitted as of this date and is under review for approval"

So the plans were already there back in 2009.

This is measured in 'survey feet'.

Y: unreadable

Cam 8 is at location

Y:10431512.XX

It would appear that Cam 7 is at Well "A" and Cam 8 is at Well "B" and Oceaneering Cam (6) is at Well "B"
