Have you thought about putting all the pages into a Word document and then doing a "FIND" command? Wouldn't be a fun project, but it would give you the same results as putting it all into Google.

Like some web sites have google just for that site.. just like that, only for this thread. I suppose this thread would have to be online..(on it's own page) or would it?

Well I think it is about this vessel : "the US surface Vessel was NOT from the US Coast Guard"
You have the 2us vessel,
the cuban vessel with the dead,
the chinese vessel wich is giving assistence,
and the US vessel that is not a coast-guard vessel which was towing and evacuating the cuban vessel.

HOW can the captain OBSERVE (= SEE) that there are exactly 88 dead ???? So that's why I think that 88 is also a code. The captain could have HEARED about so many dead, but not see and count. They would have not had VISUAL on those 88 dead. Get it ? So that is strange to say.
Is there a reason for Cubans to flee at this moment ? maybe there is but it is again strange that THIS ONE specific is reported by the captain, and that a CHINESE vessel is assisting !!!

This must be a govenment initiated event (evacuating), and concerning a delicate government issue. They do not want anyone to know the real reason those cubans died. So this is a private owned conveyance, maybe a private government contractor. Possebly a 8 men crewed mission. 1:18 = 1 on/to 1, 8 crewed. Which is a limited amount of people knowing about this. To make it seem much less suspicious they arranged a chinese vessel as a convoy escort. But this IS SUSPICIOUS coz of the threat between US and China just recently! So I think it looks or is a chinese vessel with private US = utility squadron crew ! That would make it an Unique Support Vessel ! Limited could also refer to the fact that they do not HELP with the evac and towing of the vessel but LIMIT other vessels to come near ... this ship is a guided missle cruiser !
The USV = unmaned surface vehicle could have been there to investigate the level of danger ... of radiation, poisoning, whatever .. before sending the special forces to go on board.
This all is maybe a strategic coordinance event.

Op used the number 88 which commes back in that former canadian utility squadron which is now under the US Naval system which includes pollution control and fleet support. A naval operational training unit.
IMO the number 88 has a significance coz the 2us captain could not have counted or observed 88 dead people on and IN that cuban vessel, it is impossible to observe !!! So it has to refer to something else.
And that might be a Unit Specification !

I dont understand the part well about that switching control group. But maybe now this will be under different control/command now that there is a bio-quarantine level ... (Which can lead to : fema ... ???)

ok, so is there ANY information that there will be a tsunami or not? Is the floor rising? Has anyone seen a "massive" increase in oil or underwater activity that could correlate this warning?

We see military moving down south, but seriously that is not all that new. We need to know WHERE the military is forming to get a better idea of what their next move(s) might be.

All ships moving to shore - makes sense if the tropical storm is right in their way.

BUT

Why would they head to LA if there is a tsunami threat. It just seems strange.

"88" has been a common signature code in the past few years. It is a multiple of the base "44" similar to the use of "66" as a multiple of "33".

Generally, 33 is used to show the result (incident report) is from orders of the "boss" of Masonic faction.

44 is been a newer code, arising since the '04 tsunami, and is used to show intended result from orders of the "boss" of this faction. Unclear on exactly which group is using signature code 44.

Likely, the "88" in this report is code claiming the incident as an intended attack - and is not code directly from OP, except to pass on the faction message claiming responsibility.

Signature codes were effectively used during the recent Iranian rebellion and were fine-tuned down to a type of Dewey Decimal system. Lots of tweets during the rebellion because news service was open to only "approved" services. Someone posted the Dewey Decimal system for meaning with respect to who was involved. Once you had that numbered decimal system, we could read tweets and wire service reports and understand better what was happening. It was not the same as the news being reported.

[This is one reason Reuters is raising a fuss with glp. They know the codes, but report what and how they want. If we know the codes and chat the "real" news on message boards, it ruins their undeserved reputation as a reliable news service.]

Another example, locally we had a fire to burn down a historical church. News reported that 88,000 gallons of water was used to put out the fire. What the heck?? No one has ever before reported gallons of water used in a fire and in checking we found that there was not an effective way to measure the water use due to line leakage and other problems, and there was no reason for estimating water use. The news media was being used to let the "brotherhood" know that the fire had been deliberate. Long story short, the fire chief "quit" because he found another job in another place.

About the tweeters during the Iranian rebellion, those in Iran sending messages were being found through their phone server (or whatever - I'm no tech) and the word went out for everybody reading the tweets to change their phones to sign in through the Iranian service to make it more difficult (not impossible) to find those sending out messages. that apparently worked because the messages kept flowing until the Iranian government took out the satellite service and all went dark. We got only msm.
