Sentience in no way indicates beneficial or even neutral in regard to other lifeforms. If it has survival instinct, the drive would be to develop optimal circumstances for its own survival and continued development... potentially at what ever cost necessary to other species. Just take a look at the history of human development if you doubt this.

Mistral instructed 2us to shadow CM during the Z maneuvering. PP is also not on DED anymore. My girlfriend told me they received a diplomatic dispatch briefcase from the mail courier yesterday. The case has a timelock on it and is TAMPERproof. The case can only be opened on October 13th. The courier was from the Chinese Embassy. She says she has heard of these special type of diplomatic dispatch briefcases but this is the first time she has ever seen one. She knows of at least 5 other embassies who received the the same timelock cases for October 13th. She also doesn't know if the contents of the case is related to the the gulf situation. (I Think it is)

hope they got bomb/biologic agent detection equipment to check the package

Actually both posts were made the same day....6/22..one by Idiots!!! on the They ARE Going to Nuke it thread at 9:20 am...and one by Acolyte on the Breaking rumor thread...3 HOURS to the minute almost..LATER..

When I look at what our leaders have enabled, encouraged even, over the last century, I can only shake my head in wonder.
It seems as though they have had no thought for the future of their own children's children. This is NOT a small matter in that it goes against the very grain of any creature's most basic instinct... continuation of their species.

Can Anyone offer rational explanation for this?
If not, we should start looking to the 'irrational' for clues before we find ourselves unable to survive here at all.

truly a frightening thought...what if....but I thought the Fr. sub was the one who had Omega on board...when the Chinese sub was down there...they got a sample of Omega too?? how would they have determined already that it was dangerous before a certain date, IF it keeps morphing into different forms...Unless the Russians shared their info from Antarctica with them..

Very well said, sir. I, too, feel a kind of vertigo when rational questions languish unanswerable. I doubt that any rational person would prefer conspiracy theory skepticism to the contentment of a stable culture which has noble ideals. But, when we helplessly watch nearly every single political and corporate action to be assaults against us, always favoring social breakdown, how can we avoid the conclusion that our alleged leaders are doing it on purpose? Because we loathe to think ill of our fellowmen, we tend to excuse their actions as misguided, ignorant, or even mercenary. I contend that we have generously overlooked a mountain of evidence while hoping that the politicians, bankers, corporations, etc. really do mean well in their hearts and that they really are not our enemies. Yet, nearly every thing they do is to our harm! The time has come to realize that conspiracy theory really IS the rational explanation!!
I have a collection of photos in my computer of people showing the Satan hand signal. The photos are of presidents, politicians, entertainers, world leaders, corporate executives, bankers, religion personalities, and admitted Satanists like Aleister Crowley. Are they really all fans of the Texas Longhorns? The hand signal is recognized world wide as Satanist, so it would behoove anyone who doesn’t want to be categorized as Satanist to carefully avoid doing it, especially before cameras. But, there they are; are they all innocent? Am I just a conspiracy nut because I interpret their anti-human actions as consistent with their hand-signals?
If we consider the Christian concept of end-time events, a war between Satan and Christ, the collapse of civilization (destruction of Babylon), the many prophecies which are seemingly being fulfilled, then the picture does seem to be clearer in my mind. It does appear to be a struggle between evil and good. Is it not to one’s benefit to distinguish between good and evil, and to support good? Should we not distinguish between actions by TPTB which harm us and those which help us? Isn’t it rational to try to tell the difference?

We cannot just shake our heads forever; there must be some rational explanation somewhere, and perhaps we will only find it by suspecting the very worst about those in power.
It might be that the world has never confronted a crisis which has such dire consequences as the opening of that shaft into the abyss. And our knees get weak in astonishment that our government supports the extreme secrecy which BP demands. We, the common people, are the ones being hurt, and our leaders conspire with BP to hide from us the facts which we need in order to react rationally for sake of our lives. Would a government BY and OF our people act so brazenly against us?
So, it is left to those who dare to ask, like the many searchers on this thread, to find some answers by whatever means possible, even by pursuing occasional nonsense tangents. My praise for the efforts of these sincere people is unqualified. My frustration sometimes flares toward an OP who refuses to assure us that his information is genuine. But, I won’t turn away from this thread until he is proved wrong. Many people are making life-changing decisions based on whatever information we can find, from any sources. We do know that BP and MSM lie to us, so it is up to each individual to survive in spite of them.

If in fact the "cargo" was in the diplomatic pouches, and it would be safe to open it on October 13, the only thing that makes sense is that the Corexit (and whatever they've added to it - nano stuff?) would no longer be effective.

As I recall, the Corexit has a half life of about 30 days per application...so by October it is possible that it would no longer be acting on the cargo in such a way that it stimulates the "morphing."

Another thought is that the 101 days may have started on or about June 26 or shortly thereafter (July 4, for 101 days until October 13).
