Was getting bored with no one to play with....checking out Live Ships.. [ link to www.marinetraffic.com] Wondering what this group of stationary boats were...noticed RAM 1 and 4 and 10 and 17 all in the area, all moored, no data on these vessels....found [ link to www.navy.mil] RIM-116 Rolling Airframe Missile (RAM)Background The RIM-116 RAM is a joint venture between the U.S. and German governments. It is currently installed, or planned for installation on 100 U.S. Navy and 34 German Navy ships BTW I think it was Tex who was interested in POPE BENEDICT XVI he is hanging out, moored, too. About 30miles over to the east from them is LOOP SECURITY,moored. next to PIPELINE SURVEYER. And the dive boat MR FRED,east of them.... And A WHALE was cooling her jets in Venice last time I could find her...40 mins ago, missind again... Anywho...just stating some obs... Thanks for all the ship info Bevvy! Quite interesting actually. Something VERY sinister is going on out there and it just blows my mind that it all is going on without people being aware that it is!! I just wish we knew more details. When we keep seeing the words such as, FAST ATTACK SUBS, NUCLEAR FUELED, STEEL EATING BUGS, ABLE TO PENETRATE STEEL, etc., it enough to make me want to run for the hills! LOL
