Presumably, this would all be directed to our supposed enemies... however, factions with agendas' know no boundaries. Countries are only pawns in a much larger scenario.

If there was any question of the possibility of causing a tsunami by detonating methane hydrates with a nuke, this puts that question to rest. Yes, it is possible.

My personal thinking on the DWH oil spill is that Well A is the problem, and Well B (DWH) was destroyed deliberately, (with absolutely no regard for loss of life), as a distraction and a cover-up... but mostly a distraction.
