Seems to me he is saying that the dangerous cargo on board the GCP is now under control, and a transfer complete, apparently with approval of the USS Missouri submarine. And that the Navy, which was formerly opposing Odessa's military wishes, will now act to enforce that strategy, whatever that is. As I recall, the advanced Israeli sub was entering a cave and was temporarily blocked from exiting by a sub, seems like it might have been Chinese. Speculation was that the Israeli sub might be planting a nuke in that cave, below the Mississippi River, giving Israel a tremendous political leverage. Perhaps that nuke was the Samson option which Navy OPs have disabled. If US Navy is onboard the Israeli sub, it might be that they disabled the triggering device for that nuke. If that's the case, then who is in control of that sub, the US or Israel. This is my speculation. Getting more exciting, maybe.
