Given that, this message is saying the the US nuclear submarine Missouri has taken exception to protocol because the GCP guarantine proved successful and transfer has been completed.



I took that to be a typo, which perhaps should have read:

"Missouri accepting protocol after GCP quarantine proved successful, transfer complete."

Seems to fit better, to me...



I don't recall that the Missouri was said to be going to GOM. Our information was the ship was in the Atlantic and we were given travel time, don't recall a stated destination. Costa Rica may be the ship's destination.

Suggest that the Missouri is excepting protocol because of the "containment" and "transfer" and is no longer needed with other Odessa assets with which the US Navy is now cooperating.
