Something Just Went BEZERK in the Gulf of Mexico. The US Navy just sunk a French Submarine

I don't necessarily ascribe to this, but again in the spirit of GLP, I will say it.

Ok, you have a really nasty oil spill in the Gulf.

It could be so bad as to threaten the entire population of the southern US (and therefore the government), and, if the report of a living organism of probable deadly tendancies is true, then it could threaten the entire world.

While it is being cleaned up and plugged, from whatever source, you cannot have hurricanes or bad storms keeping the ships from doing their job.

What do you do?

You have HAARP.

The increase in HAARP opreration,the weather destruction around the world, and the hurricanes that seem to peter out in the Gulf of Mexico all start to make some sense, don't they?

If you change the weather pattern in one place, disrupt the jetstream, you have to expect really odd weather changes elsewhere in the world.

If anyone wants to check the possibility of this, they couold check to see if the barometic pressure around the gulf has been unusually high for the last couple of months compared to the same time in past years.

Then something maybe came between the plans ...

Some IF's :
With the supposed manage-power linked to the fires and the floodings in other parts in the world, the US has a position of advantage. Many countries are going to NEED the grain and food resources that the US has in their possession, this means gain and a growth in a leaders-possition (just what they want) They can squeeze every country or nation that is knoking on US's door for help and supply. This is a re-inforcement and power enabling/stability plan.
IF a major huge hurricane devastetes big parts of America they would have to devide their energy and use it for their own recovery.
So, a stalling in huge devastating hurricanes is giving them major benefit ... (if they can create hurricanes, they can also prevent them or divert them ...)
This gives them time to re-enforce stategic plans and points ... Their position right now is so different then russia who is in great distress and has to put imense efforts into practise to deal with the situations occuring and to plan and anticipate in strategic warfare.

Never let a good crisis go to waste,
and never let an opportunity to weaken the opposition go by ...

One other thing. The HAARP is obviously set up to be a form of flat panel array. This means that it can be focused. IF they have another HAARP station somewhere, an the two of them are working together, They can just target the hurricanes together.

OP assumes that what he has posted here is a problem for those in charge, it isn't until it becomes known by the masses. Then him and his girlfriend will disapear and the news will report a suicide pact between two troubled people.
