Just to let you know about Something interesting and Puzzling. There is some Controversy over the chinese Diplomatic Dispatch briefcases for October 13th. The cases are the Exact same Size and Dimensions but some embassies are reporting on intranets that their briefcases are twice as heavy as those delivered at other embassies. (weight) while others are even reporting that their cases are losing weight.

I never really trusted the OP in all this, and am still thinking more likely this all a fake of mammoth proportions.
The whole outlook of this is well within the trends of the way our world is headed. It is most likely the OP is in some kind of loop so he is in the know in some capacity.
I am old enough to know of the parameters of why there has to be a reason to look behind all the time, and be vigilant as to being told porkies to out him, but why is it so he could give clues and yet could tell precise truth with fewer words?
Perhaps there is no need to look for clues other than the obvious, the number of ships, the nationals involved, or what is to be gained by said nationals?
Another slight detail as to this coup. If there is indeed a coup, who would head this new directive?
What would be their territory of control?
How would this directive be enforced?

This is interesting. Diplomatic briefcases are not allowed to be opened by any one... not police... not anyone... except the receiving embassy. So if you wanted to get something extremely important to certain people without interference from the 'plebs' then this is the way to go.

There's only so much paper you can stuff into a certain size briefcase... so how come they are twice as heavy... Unless they contain something other than paper... Maybe metallic... maybe a device - or a piece of a device.

If there are a number of countries operating clandestinely in alliance that intend... or have as a back up plan if all else fails, to nuke something - then you would have to have a failsafe mechanism so that one button pushed can't detonate something by mistake. You would divide the detonation device into pieces and apply different codes that each entity involved in the decision-making must enter... in order for it all to come together for the final detonation (if required).

Is it possible that the GOM operations are in the process of setting something up? That something will be triggered to go off at a certain time... That the effects will be 'freezing'... What is coming out of the GOM floor and what is under the rising bubble? Methane gas... which can be contained by freezing. Do they intend to freeze the GOM to stop the explosion of the methane bubble which can set off a chain reaction of landshift and continental change?

And the bad guys (whichever blackops they are)... want that bubble to burst.


Interestingly enough, there was a thread the other day with the GOM tempatures. The temps were dropping. Who knows if this data is accurate or tampered with. Perhaps something to do with the Gulf stream loop stopping? Anyways keep an eye on the GOM temps. The general consensus, is that more research continues so they probably won't freeze it ($ to be made afterall).

The Special Air Service are a regular British Army regiment, abseiling down onto a rig and fixing charges would not be beyond the realm of possiblity for them, but to do it to an American owned rig, let alone one in American waters would be the height of stupidity and diplomatically very embarassing if something had gone wrong.

If such a "special forces" operation did take place, then it must have been by a foreign power hostile to the USA, or carried out by mecenaries acting on behalf of such a foreign power. These mecenaries could well have been British ex special forces, or some other European or American mecenaries posing as the SAS. They could have been working for BP, or a rival of BP. The possibilities are as endless.

I just can't see the British Govermnent allowing regular front line British troops to be involved in anything like this, on the other hand, they do apparently employ a semi mythical outfit called "the Increment" who are allegedly ex special forces and they carry out all the dirty jobs on behalf of MI5 and MI6.

As a previous poster mentioned, oil rigs are the domain of the Royal Marines, rather than the SAS. The Marines are part of the Royal Navy, the Special Boat Squadron are the Navy version of the SAS and specialise in underwater and amphibious operations, they work closely with the submarines; also the Marines have the Fleet Protection Group, formerly known as commachio Company after a famous battle in ww2. FPG carry out various roles, including defence of Nuclear weapons and defence of oil rigs; if they know how to defend an oil rig, they know how to attack it; it could well be the mercenaries i mentioned earlier might have been ex Marines.

There again other countries will have their own maritime special forces, the USA has the Navy Seals, the Russians certainly have them as do the French.



I know for a fact, that Lord Carrington, when he was head of British Intelligence, ran his own covert ops group - answerable only to himself and his elite cronies. This group only formed when necessary, utilised assets and resources from many nations (depending on the mission). The group was not consistent, and people were pulled in/chosen from various regular units, or intelligence units - as necessary.

I know Carrington was not the only one doing this.
Another example is contained in a book called "The Sixteen".

Most of these groups only exist for a specific mission. The members are only told what their immediate job is, and not how it fits into any larger picture. Everyone knows that to know more than you should is a death warrant - even from your own 'side'.

Obviously none of these groups are traceable; none are formed at the bequest of any elected body; and all of them are disposable in worst case scenarios.

These groups are able to act in other nations territories (with permission), able to receive intel and resources, (including black-op subs, helicopters etc) - and all need a callsign/signature ID for when operating craft or vehicles that are detectable by other nations.

My point - it might have been the SAS signature/call sign that registered on the DED - but that doesn't mean it was the actual SAS on an official mission. It was equally likely to be some insta-unit acting on the instructions of some elite group behind the scenes.

Remember - the real powers behind the scenes have NO allegiance to national borders. National borders are only for us useless eaters to be distracted by - they are nothing more than resource checkpoints for the elite, to see who is going where etc.

This is NOT a case of the UK vs France etc - so don't get distracted by shills on this thread who want to wave their patriotic ignorance around.
