2 weeks ago I started a thread, sun is late, check it yourself.
I started obeservations july 12th. I can just say that, today, the sun is 40 min too late, since july 12th, to give shadow at the front of a straihgt street, just around the corner where I live.
can somebody shoot at my observations, for so far I understand, this is not the result of shortening of daylight that comes with the seasons. please shoot
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1022186The sun appears to be moving southward as the earth tilts toward the north pole (following summer solstice on June 21). As the tilt increases, the northern latitudes have less and less daylight while the sun appears to move ever farther south in the sky. By September 21, the hours of light and dark are equal, but the earth continues to tilt toward the north until December 21 - and the sun continues to appear farther and farther south in the sky. Then, on December 21, the tilt begins to reverse toward the south pole, and the sun starts moving slowly northward again as the hours of daylight slowly increase. Nothing strange here...
