All of his other posts on GLP he has acknowledged. One thread on the research ship, and a couple of mistake postings on other threads, instead of this one. It just doesn't sound like OP.. the language and tone. Op has always been very nice and apologetic for mis-postings, etc.

this all started with my SPECULATION based on E=mc2
supposing velocity remains a constant when the energy value increases so does the MASS
that is why i assumed the stuff in the diplomatic pouches was increasing in mass as it was acquiring (magnetic) energy thus increasing its mass as velocity is a constant

btw the reason for not being able to reach the speed of light is because infinite energy leads to infinite mass (or so its taught in traditional physics)

August 17, 2010 -- Thales UK's highly successful submarine distress beacon has been accepted into service with the Royal Navy (RN).

Following a trial period, more than 100 SEEPIRB (submarine-ejected emergency positioning indicating radio beacon) buoys have been accepted into service with all classes of RN submarines, including the new Astute class.

The SEEPIRB has been developed for submarines to provide distress alerting and position information via radio transmissions on a satellite-aided tracking frequency.

SEEPIRB can be launched from standard submerged signal ejectors (SSE) Mk 4, 6, 8 and 10. Launching can take place at maximum operational depth and submerged speeds of up to 15kt. No programming of the SEEPIRB is required. The alert functions, and the vessel and country identifiers are pre-programmed into the beacon as agreed with each customer.

The buoy...is already in service with a number of submarine fleets around the world.

I'm not sure about what is happening with Iran. Usually I am one of the first to bite my nails about Iran being attacked full on, but this time, something is different. Its definitely on the cards though, and lots of stuff is being deployed 'in case'. Look for gold to skyrocket before an attack by 'us'; look for rhetoric from the Whitehouse if 'we' are the initiators of the attack. Not happening. However Israel is definitely being urged to surgically strike Iran's facility. What I'm not sure about, is what sort of planned response might come from factions/nations who will use that as their own trigger for 'stuff'. I do not believe any of the powers are ready for WWIII yet - their big guns and toys are not finished and ready. My money is on WWIII once the USA has its upcoming civil war/martial law - scheduled for the November elections 2012.

Previously Israel went in with a surgical strike on Iran's nuclear facilities - and it didn't trigger WWIII - so I'm hoping that is probably what will happen this time.

The emergence of those splashzones is definitely a global security issue though - and Russia seems to be the only one vocally uniting what assets and allies it can in order to combat the problem. God knows that the UKUSA faction is up to with regards to it - but UKUSA faction definitely know about the splashzones/intelligent oil/organism. Knowing them, they are milking it every way they can to maximise their agendas.
